I really appreciate a Vet and her Staff that show such concern and compassion for my animals. I was really scared at this last visit. My dog Sarah had eaten something that could have been potentially serious and they responded immediately to help me with her. That evening was a touch one, but the end result proved to be a positive one. For this I give you a high five!!! Thanks again.

Chelsea at West End Veterinary Clinic is wonderful! She takes her time to assess my 3 crazy dogs and provide me with detailed information on how I can continue keeping them healthy. The clinic is also very clean and all of the employees are very friendly!

So glad I started taking my babies to Dr. Mason! She is so good with both my dog and cat and the staff is helpful with appointment scheduling, medication refills, nail trimmings and every other little thing that comes up in my fur babies lives. They are the best! We moved to chester, but still make the drive over to short pump for them. They're worth it!

staff was very helpful and efficient. waited to see Dr but she may have had an emergency. it was fairly busy before we left. Dr was through and explained everything in detail. she was very friendly. not sure how many vets work there .

This is the best vet I have ever been too. We recently took in a puppy whose owner was going to surrender him. He still had his tags, which had this vet listed. We already had a pretty good vet, but he had such terrible anxiety with humans that we thought it would be best to take him (and our senior pup) somewhere he already knew. The receptionists are so friendly and helpful. They do follow up calls to make sure everything is going well. They called when the lobby was empty so we could take our new human-fearing pup inside. They were so patient with his non-stop barking at them. He remembered Dr. Mason. Only barked at her for a few seconds and then instantly started playing with her. She got on the ground with him and used his playfulness as her way to examine him. I have never had a veterinarian actually get on the ground with the dog to make them more comfortable. She gave a lot of good advice on separation anxiety / human socialization. It was an extremely pleasant experience and we will definitely be sticking with West End Vet

Been going to this location for years but it used to be short pump vc. They didn't bother to tell me that they were no longer honoring the free vaccines for life I paid for a few years back so I was stuck with an extra $120 on my bill. I will be shopping around before my pups next visit is needed.

I have been looking for a new vet that was closer to my house, saw a Facebook review on Dr. Mason and gave West End Vet a try yesterday and I can't say enough about how awesome they are... from the receptionist, tech's and Dr. Mason, they do an awesome job and I now have a new vet! Thank y'all so much for being so caring and you can tell you love what you do and that is taking care of our fur babies.

Dr. Mason and her team are amazing! My dog is very nervous at the vet and we have had the BEST experiences here. At other practices, going for an exam was a stressful event for my dog and myself. West End vet is thorough, compassionate and very reasonably priced!

There is not a veterinarian with more care love and compassion for your pet! Intermittent! Dr Chelsea truly goes above and beyond in every way. She's highly skilled and knowledgeable at her patient care. We almost lost our dog too of bigger dog bite and she was right with us every step of the way. I couldn't do more grateful.

Awesome people doing awesome work! We just happened across them and went for one visit. After that, we decided to move completely to their practice.

Very clean, well run, office staff were very welcoming and great with our pup. You get to stay with your pet for the visit and the doctor is incredibly personable and wonderful!

We have a Maltese and a Coton De Tulear and prior to Dr. Mason, our poor puppies hated going to the vet. They would begin quivering from the parking lot and we would feel so bad taking them to see any vet...That was until they met Dr. Mason. Our puppies enjoying going to see Dr. Mason and we know this because of the wagging of the tails and kisses they try to give her. What’s even better, Dr. Mason’s facility accommodates my husband and I being are in the room during their examinations and she takes the time to explain to us what she is doing and why. She is AWESOME!!!

This office is amazing!! My situation with my senior dog was not easy. He was in desperate need of a teeth cleaning, which would have cost me nearly a thousand dollars had I not been informed of the pet health insurance plan. Needless to say, I quickly enrolled him in the plan and his cleaning was covered (w/exceptions to the extractions). Also, the office is very professional. Their team ensured that I was informed prior to and after the dental surgery. Great team and highly recommended!! Thanks West End Vet!

Dr. Mason is wonderful. The staff is so kind and caring.

Much better recently than our past visits. We had switched vets due to multiple poor experiences but had an emergency that forced us to find the soonest available surgery for our cat. Prices were much better this time around and staff was much better as well.

I took my cat Lua to Dr.Mason and her team for her first wellness checkup after I adopted her. Dr.Mason and her team were all very professional and took extremely good care of my little girl. Lua is generally scared of new environments and people but the staff was super friendly and polite towards Lua and made her feel comfortable. I decided to get Lua spayed from them, the staff called me post-surgery to get an update on her heath and to ensure she was getting back to her normal routine. The clinic is clean. Most importantly, the staff at the clinic is amazing! Thankyou Dr.Mason! :)

Met with Dr. Mason and her team a few weeks ago for my cats yearly check ups. LOVED THEM!! Everybody in the office is amazing and even my two jumpy cats seemed to be calm (more so than usual at the vet, anyway) with them. And really, its their opinion that matters the most haha. Would totally recommend them to anybody.

Wow! I am the person with five rescues who is pickier about her vet than her own doctor. ???? I have been searching for a new vet and the kindness of the staff when I have taken my dogs in for nail trims made me decide to try Dr. Mason. Was so impressed with her cat side and person side manner, the way she listened to my concerns about my 12 yo cat/dog/person combo, and the recommendations she made for Lilie’s care.
