The staff at Pouncey Tract Veterinary Hospital has always been so kind and accommodating. They have fit us in when our pup needed an urgent vet visit. They are also so patient with our other pup who needs extra care for his nail trims. They are the best!

We recently switched to this vet since we are new to the area and they have far exceeded my expectations! Every person I have talked to at this clinic is so nice, friendly, and seems to really care. They have been super accommodating when our dog is sick and they are fully booked, they will still try to fit her in by allowing me to drop her off and the vet will fit her in sometime during the day which I really appreciate. They call the next day to make sure everything is going ok after the appointment. 5 stars because they are awesome and I am so happy we chose them to be our vet!

Always professional and friendly service!

I was looking for a vet that was available (had some open appointments) to see my dog because her face was extremely swollen and we knew something was wrong. We suspected that she had an abscessed tooth. My wife’s friend recommended to contact Pouncey Tract so I did and the folks there were extremely professional and kind. I was able to schedule an appointment and later took my dog Maggie in. Just like we thought, she actually had two abscessed teeth and we scheduled the surgery with them two days later. Pouncey Tract performed the surgery, gave me the medications that she needed (antibiotics and pain meds), and a packet with her information. They even gave me some follow up phone calls a few days later to check on her. I’m very impressed with their staff and the organization as a whole. I highly recommend Pouncey Tract Veterinary Hospital.

I cant express the great service this veterinarian hospital can offer. My miniature schnauzer is a very moody dog and needs hands on attention. He was greeted with care and professionalism he just went in with the technician like he knew where he was. They told me he behaved well and now is on a his way to recover. This was during the snow and closures. We will keep coming here for everything!!!

Excellent service and quality. My dog experienced complications from surgery on a Friday evening and they saw her at 7AM Saturday AM despite a full load of appointments that day! The staff there was super helpful and Dr. Morris took great care of my dog Poe, even though she didn’t perform the surgery to begin with! A great organization with people who really care about taking care of our fur babies!!!!!

The most wonderful vet hospital I have ever taken any my many pets to. Every team member is kind, bright, and cheerful, and of course headed by the BEST vet ever, Dr Z. We live much closer to a number of other vets, but we are willing to take the time to drive the extra miles to PTVH because the service is so wonderful. Members who answer the phone are kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Team members who check you in and come get the pet are patient, friendly, and helpful! I'm always impressed by the order and cleanliness of the facility and the hospitality of the team members. I can't say enough good things about this office!

PTVH is an exemplary Veterinary facility. We adopted our Yorkie when he was 8 yrs old (now 11 years old). He had been a patient at this Clinic all his life, so there was no reason to change. "Dr. Abby" is superbly knowledgable and, more importantly to us, it is apparent she genuinely loves and cares about our "Sam". Staff is delightful as well. I gave only a "4 star" rating this time though because the cost of the care at this facility is extraordinarily high. We are feeling the brunt of this fact now as our fur baby ages, naturally requiring more care and services. On the flip side, one gets what one pays for and the care is and remains quite stellar.

New to the area, I was referred to Pouncey Tract Vetenarian Hospital by a neighbor. My dog was having GI issues and although they were booked for the next few days, Michelle got Lily in to see Dr. Abby that day. From Dr. Abby and the staff, to the quality of care and genuine kindness, I am so very grateful to them all. Dr. Abby was thorough and provided excellent medical care and diagnosis. She took time with me to explain the treatment and offered sound advice. Lily and I thank you all very much! Btw, Lily loves the food you sent her home with and was feeling better that same night Thank you.

I cannot imagine taking my pets anywhere else. I have trusted three generations of pets to Dr. Z over the last 20 years. The standard of care is amazing.

Everyone is happy. They obviously adore our pets. Dr. Morris takes her time explaining in detail her findings and treatment plan. You never feel rushed or that your being a bother with questions, she is a delight. There is no other clinic for me. Dr. Z and the whole crew are the best!

Michelle at the front desk is so wonderful! She knows my dog and truly cares about him. Love hearing her voice when she answers our call! Dr. Morris is beyond amazing! We LOVE her care, knowledge, and how she cares for our dog! She is a doctor living her passion and making a difference in our world!
