Ray takes very good care of our two dogs! They love it when she comes over to walk them! She is very good with them, and very reliable.

Fetch was very responsive to my last minute request. I liked the Fetch app with the real time feed back as I was out of town and needed to make a plan for the remainder of the day. The dog walker noticed the individual personalities of my dogs!

Fetch has been such a breath of fresh air with regards to our pet care. We have an elderly dog with health issues. Our dog sitter was very attentive during our meet n greet noting the particulars of working with our fur baby. Our report cards we received on visit days reflected that our pet sitter did exactly what our boy needed. It was wonderful as we left another service due to them not doing what he needed. We've used Fetch in Northern VA before, and always had a great experience. This was our first time using the service in the Richmond area. Our sitter, Nora, was very professional during our consultation. We received daily updates on how our cat was doing while we were away, and she did a great job. Excellent service which we would not hesitate to recommend.

I have used Fetch! in Chesterfield, quite a few times now for daily visits and when I go on a vacation (unfortunately not all places allow dogs). They have been great! Very reliable, caring and patient with my senior yorkie (Raynelle is amazing!). It is so hard to find a service and a sitter you feel comfortable enough with to allow into your home and take care of your dog in your absence, and I am so happy that I was referred to Fetch! Excellent service. They obviously care about pets. Lots of attention to detail, texting me every day while I was away and careful to leave the house and pet care areas very nice (actually, um, better than they found the area around the litter box! They actually swept up loose litter around the box.) Will use them again and again.

The pet sitter arrived for designated times and took good care of my dogs. She even sent photos a couple of times to let me know that they were doing OK.

We adopted a cat shortly before our summer vacation, so finding a good sitter for the first time was very important! I found Fetch's services online, and we were soon meeting with Annette. She was very professional and trustworthy, and our cat liked her right away. While we were gone, she sent a text and picture after each visit and took great care of our cat. When we got home, we had a clean litter box and a happy cat! We will definitely use Annette from Fetch again in the future.
