I had to uthenize my cat Peaches in April. Nobody called to notify me about her remains. I had to call and check on the status. To find out that Her remains were there waiting on me to pick them up.

My Dad recommended this place after moving back to Vallejo..I had a 3 year old cat then....Over time we took in my son's dog. My cat is an indoor cat and has always been healthy...She just turned 15 in April and had her Senior lab work done...It was found out she has thyroid problems,normal with older cats(I had a previous cat with the same problems). After putting her on meds for it,the medicine didn't agree with her & she stopped eating..So we tried something else,plus she was now on nauseous meds., and a diluted pill($196.00 later). After 15 days on the new thyroid med. I was to bring her back for yet another lab test...I show up for her appt. a few minutes early..I called 3x's and finally got someone on the phone bc you have to call to let them know you are out there.. 20 minutes after her appt. someone comes out!..Yet more $$$ to dish out for a previous appt..I had already spent $589.00 in the last 1 1/2 months and it really isn't about the $$$ but to have lab work done on a new medicine? Didn't I already pay for it on the first visit? I declined the visit right there..Was not told there would be yet another fee for labs that she just had done 6 weeks prior. Then they have the audacity to call me as I was leaving parking lot and tell me how important it was to have her seen.. I know how important it is! My cat is my cat..She is old and filling her with meds and tests is only enlongating her life. Places like this only want the $$$..They get away with it too! I paid $388.00 the first visit which included the Senior lab,a lab fee(???) and her shots..Then the $196.00 for her change of med visit and nauseous pills.. No thank you... I hope for their sake they never call me again!

I called today to speak to someone regarding my Cat. I spoke with Stephanie. She was utterly polite, nice, friendly and knowledgeable! Love them!

They were booked till July my cat ended up at Apollo Vet Clinic where she was euthanized

Not allowed inside with your pet and takes forever to get thru on phone always on voicemail. Be happy when this virus thing is over.

The staff is friendly, compassionate, and very helpful. I have seen 2 of the doctors and both have been very knowledgable and treated my fur friends with dignity and goodwill. The office follows covid protocol .

Only giving them 2 stars because my they were very quick with my puppy’s shots, and the staff was friendly. I’m down rating them because it takes WAY too much time to get them on the phone. Not even kidding you will probably need to call at least 5 times to get a hold of someone. Not happy with this service- you can at least answer and put someone on hold. This was the most convenient vet for me but because of this I’m going to switch to another.

The team at Bayside are compassionate, well informed, and they give you the best customer service. They are respectful and thorough. I highly recommend!!

Their not the friendliest bunch of people. Some of the staff are friendly. Not really affordable as alot of vets. But I have to take him my 11 yr old Shih Tzu bcuz of his allergies, eyes and his age. Its convenient for me bcuz I'm not mobile.

I'm always confident that my dogs are getting the best care with reasonable cost. Twice, I have gotten on the spot care in emergency situations for my Black Lab. Very reassuring, accurate and caring!! I give this business my highest regards!

My 18 year old cat was dying and they told me to come right in. The staff was wonderful and the Vet was very compassionate. It was a difficult decision and they made it so easy for me. I will be returning with all of our pets from now on!????????

I tried booking appointment and they was fully booked. I was but on cancellation list and I received a call the same day. So bayside is Responsive and gives hope .

Even though vet's have been slammed because of covid and the holidays they still saw my kitten with a upper respiratory infection same day! Also, they were so nice and caring and the prices were very fair compared to what I'm used to. I've been using the same vet for my special needs cat for a long time but I'm thinking about moving her care to this clinic.

The receptionists are perfectly nice people, but I've been to at least three different doctors in the nearly two years I used them. Each one only seemed interested in up-selling the service/expense du jour instead of really focusing on a comprehensive treatment plan. Consequently, the service is scattered, frustrating, and not worth the price.

Super expensive and no space for me and my cat...

They did a great job fitting me in, and have figured out all the social distancing too

My cat is currently sedated. They called me and I feel very safe with la la being there. He is very violent towards the vet. But she came out smelling like a flower.. i pick his misunderstand kitten self up in 30 minute. Thank you ...so much... i am terrified of going to the vet. Please know he calls me ma ma ...i am good to him. But know this more he loves living life. He seeks to entertain myself and his dad

This place is awesome. First time bringing my Min Pin here day after I took her to Apollo for surgery! Do not use Apollo. All they care about is money. Bayside is very caring, reasonably priced. And overall is all about your pets well being. Thank you.

Dr. Christensen and Staff showed love and support upon my pitbull Joker's passing. I could really sense their care and compassion.

I've been using Bayside for nearly 7 years. They have always been extremely helpful, kind, and eager to help. They recently remodeled the wait room and exam rooms, which really updated the place. Appointment days/times aren't booked months out. I've typically been able to get in within a week. And what I like most is they have reasonable rates. I've tried a couple.other places throughout the last 7 years and I can say theres a difference in rates others are charging. Give them a try, I'm sure you'll be happy that you did.
