Dr Tolley and all of her techs are always top notch.

After several visits to other veterinarian/maintenance for my dog and even couldn’t get an appointment with my regular veterinarian it was very pleasant to be able to talk to Dr. Talley on the phone as well as staff very very pleasant and professional. Day of appointment very clean and presentable you actually go in with your animal to a designated room in today’s society to be able to be treated with dignity and respectAnd professionalism was a uplifting experience thank you to Easyvet clinic and her staff Daniel Franklin/Junior

Was not cheap and affordable!! Do not go here! It was Wayy over priced for the service and what they had given him for the diagnosis didnt even help. Had to take him to a different vet two weeks later!!

Dr. Tolley and staff are wonderful! I love their approach with dogs to make them comfortable and not fearful. My young puppies who have only ever been here absolutely love going. They really listen and do not rush any concerns you may have and even follow up with you. I always recommend everyone in the area to come here.

Wonderful experience with Dr. Tolley and her staff!! I was able to get an in person appointment as a new client in just a couple of days. They were great with my nervous cat who had not seen a vet for a while. His exam was thorough, professional, and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!!

First time at EasyVet. I was very pleased with the staff and service. The Vet Tech was very patient and listened to all the concerns to communicate with Dr. Tolley. Dr. Tolley took the time to observe and examine my animal in a timely manner; never felt rushed. The best part was the communication from the Vet Tech and Dr. Tolley. The medical recommendations never seemed forced or with a sign of guilt. What was done for my animal was affordable and also my choice. Finally, the environment was very clean and inviting. As a new patient I highly recommend EasyVet. The reception was welcoming and respectful- they even took the time to look up past Veterinarians for history. Thank you!

They were all very professional and very nice. They took very good care of my fur baby Jack. I will be taking Jack there for future Vet needs.

Recently suspected my cat had a tapeworm, so I called my primary vet. They were booked, so they referred me to easyvet so I could get an appointment before the holiday. They made availability the next day even though they were booked. My appointment was quick and within the hour my cat had his dewormer shot and I was out the door with flea prevention medicine as well. Overall fair pricing and efficient service.

Treat my babies with respect. They take their time to talk and make Sophie feel like she's home and comfortable. Love coming here to Easy Vet. (Today was a last minute visit. Dog was not feeling well.) The vet is very honest and truthful. And we got answers today. Thank you Easy Vet & all the employees. Oh and by the way, you can go in with your animals & talk with the staff. No curbside drop-off here. Thank You and coming back when we need to see Easy Vet again, you'll love them.

I have been going to this location for just over a year now, since they moved into this building. I have always had an amazing experience here and they are always very kind, understanding and helpful with any questions and help I need.

Dr. Tolley does a terrific job with our dog, Walton. She kind and knowledgeable and gives a very extensive exam. Appreciate their text messaging reminders and quick appointment times. Friendly staff.

Thank you Dr. Rachel and staff for your kindness and compassion. Our 14 year old pug, Max, took a dramatic turn for the worse on Monday Nov 8, 2021. Our usual vet is closed on Monday. We were able to bring him in last minute to have him seen. Unfortunately, the decision was made to ease his suffering and put him down, but I couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Rachel or her staff. Everyone was so kind and compassionate to us even though we had never been there before. I can't say enough good things about this practice. Thank you so much again for the compassion.

First, the front office staff and vet techs were amazing. I brought my guys in, one of which was clearly having allergy/infection issues, when we couldn’t get a timely visit at our usual vet and had heard great things about Easyvet. First pup’s appointment was totally fine and what I would expect. I outlined the issues my other pup was having (we go to our usual vet multiple times a year for them and switched vets until they were correctly diagnosed/treated in the past) to the vet tech and most records had been sent over with his history. Dr. Tolley’s attitude towards him seemed completely different than with my first pup - she seemed frustrated at the vet tech for some reason and instead of talking about the issues with me, gestured in a circular motion in front of my dogs face and said “I need to come up with a plan for this disaster.” They left the room right after to do lab work/shots with him, and when he came back it was just the vet tech. She did a good job explaining Dr. Tolley’s recommendations (literally just Zyrtec for his allergies - which to me is not a “disaster” and to come back if anything worsened). I had additional questions and asked them to the tech, asking if the vet was coming back in. The tech did a great job answering but explained the vet wasn’t coming back in. In a nutshell, there should have been more follow up with me directly and that comment was not professional. Will be taking my pups back to their usual vet whenever possible, would just recommend Easyvet for an emergency/sick visit.

I love this veterinarian, they are the best. I took both of my pets here. I have two dogs, had a situation and they needed some treatment. This place allowed me to be at ease because they are very responsible, clean , organized and well put together. I pay the best of the for my dogs. This is definitely the best place ever. ✔️

Update....first couple visits were really good. Then, called ahead to inquire about making an appointment for a steroid injection for our dog that has terrible seasonal allergies. He is older and they work great. Was told, certainly, come on in at 1. I arranged my schedule and came in only to be told when back in the room that they don't do those injections. They tried to have him take an allergy shot which might last 4-8 weeks only and is 4 times the price plus he has never had it before. Clearly I was annoyed and said that I had called ahead and specified a steroid injection and they said come in. Then the vet tech or whoever it was(did not introduce herself and of course had a mask as did i), she said the person I spoke to was only the receptionist who does not know anything. The conversation was repeated...I asked if she could call another vet, she did but came back and said they did not answer the phone. Told me to just call around despite my dog being miserable. Then as I was leaving she told me not to come back. I said the whole thing was not my fault and she said she did not like that I was very annoyed. Anyway, we won't be back. I called another vet and got an appointment for Thursday. First visit was great! We have been looking for a vet for a few years ever since our vet was killed in a car accident. None have had the combination we were looking for...knowledge, professionalism, empathy, compassion, personable and having common sense until now! Dr Rachel was excellent and we will be back plus transfering our current records to them.

I was calling around to vets since mine wasn’t available and they were recommended. They were able to see me in a couple of hours. The office was cute and clean. The staff was OUTSTANDING! My 10 year old Frenchie felt very comfortable with her new friends. They were very through and explained long term treatments. The price was very reasonable. We highly recommend them!

I took my pup Bean in for a few issues. Bean and I are always treated like we are family. The staff is kind and patient. They took the time to answer all my questions. Everything is done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them!!!

It took me 2 weeks to get an appt with my regular vet. I called easy vet and they were able to get me on the same day! Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Reasonably priced. I may have just found my new vet!!
