Excellent staff. Very good with the animals

Just moved here and was looking for a Vet for my older dog and two new puppies. Everyone here was super nice and great with both the old and new. They were very thorough and very affordable. Plan to continue using their services.

We loved it, they were quite welcoming and our puppy like the extra attention.

Coming from NJ where vets can accommodate sick visits and serious situations, I was shocked to have to wait 2 weeks to discuss possibly euthanizing my dog. If you can wait 2 weeks or make a sick call at 7:30am to possibly get into the vet, then this place is fine, but don't expect them to go above and beyond to accommodate, even for difficult situations. Very disappointed I chose this vet for the last part of my dog's life.

Very friendly and caring staff

After just one visit I can tell you I won’t take my Rottie anywhere else. They were wonderful with him and helped me solve some allergy issues he’s had for two years of other vets just treating the symptoms. All of my family take their dogs here and now I know why!

I can’t even tell you how long we have been with Dr. Bills, now Brandt’s, (pretty sure I was a young child, I’m now 37) but, they are always on point! I’m sure the pandemic has caused them some struggles, for they are absolutely the busiest vet around… but they are handling it with grace! We moved 45 minutes away, and still wouldn’t go anywhere else! We love y’all!!!

I have been going to Dr Bill's when he was next to Food Lion many years ago. My last visit was on April 2nd of this year. I have lived out of state for 13 yrs and continued to go to there on and off. I now have a new puppy for 3 weeks and I'm visiting family and needed a fecal check for the puppy as she is having loose stools. Staff asked Dr.Steve if he could do it since he knows us as well and he said no as puppy not an established patient, but just took my last dog in April and that one had not been there in 10 yes. Since he has taken over things have really changed. He has staff that can't answer the phones and work on computer same time. Wish Dr. Bill still ran that place.

Such a kind and caring group. We took one of our dogs here years ago for a cut on her pawpad and we loved them so much that we decided to bring all three of our pups here permanently. We drive 20 minutes away across the river to vet visits with having 2 vet offices within 3 minutes of our house. Would definitely recommend Dr. Bill's.

Wow, you guys are in serious need of new front desk staff and/or customer service training. After waiting two weeks for an appointment, I was called with less than 24 hours notice and told my appointment would need to be rescheduled due to the doctor having a family emergency—totally understandable. I was then told the next available appointment would require another 10 day wait. So I’ve already rearranged my week to accommodate the first appointment, been canceled on last minute, and now I should be delighted to wait 10 more days? After waiting on hold for about 5 minutes, the staff that answered the phone for my reschedule was rude, unapologetic, cut me off mid sentence multiple times, and quickly suggested I make an appointment elsewhere. We have been loyal clients with our 7 pets for many years, and I understand their are still struggles from the pandemic, but customer service is basic. Just like there are slots built into the schedule for emergencies, so should there be for canceled appointments. I will be taking your staff’s suggestion of taking my business elsewhere.

I always receive the best care for my many animals at Dr. Bill's. The vets are kind and competent. I trust them with my pets.

I have been taking all my Pekingese to Dr. Bill Pecorraro for the past 29 years and never have even considered taking them elsewhere. He is very professional, compassionate, and caring!!! I can easily tell that he loves animals and loves helping them.

Dr. Kate was awesome at treating my sick, older kitty. Worked us into very busy days at their office. I appreciate their being available.

Gave contact info never heard back called but always on hold today someone did finally answer after 30 plus min waiting but immediately said this is not a vet emergency please hold and then I waited until I could not wait anymore. I will probably pay more at the Woodlake vet but it’s nice to have somebody answer and get back to you

Dr. Bill and' Dr. Steve are extremely passionate about what they do and their love of animals is obvious. When I've lost pets, they are also very compassionate. Even though I don't live near the infirmary, I've been taking my pets there for years and can't imagine going anywhere else

They are an amazing group of people. So far, I have had two dogs that I have trusted with them, from the time they were puppies until 17 years old when it was time to let them go. I have no hesitation recommending them and taking our newest family member to them.

I adopted a shepherd from the shelter and she was experiencing diarrhea for days. The vet gave a diagnosis without checking stool sample. Also, the office is so unorganized. The vet was not communicating to the staff the services rendered and I kept having to pay after initial payment was made because they said the vet "forgot" to add (service) to the previous bill. They have an online portal for vet records which contains no valuable information. My pets, that they have previously seen several months ago, did not even have a weight on file. When I called the office to make appt changes, I was put on hold several times for over 15 minutes each time or directed to a voicemail that was full and was not accepting anymore message.

Such a caring and loving place. We had to say goodbye to our 11 yr old Chloe. She's been sick for a long time and we knew the time had come to say goodbye. This clinic is wonderful in everything you want and need for your pet. We highly recommend it.

They take the time to listen to our concerns, they explain what's going on in understandable terms and we feel like they really care about our furry family of 5 cats and 3 greyhounds.
