We have loved this place in the past, but they are no longer open on Saturday and they never seem to answer the phone. Time to find a new groomer for my two dogs! Update....since they moved out of the old location and I now have Friday off, we are back with The Classy Canine!

We can't say enough about Donna and the Classy Canine! They have been the absolute best for my little Bear buddy. My dog is small/anxious and Donna always helps him stay calm through the grooming process. They treat customers like family at this business and their quality/consistency is perfect. Thank you Donna!!!

Used them for the first and last time this week. It took them 8 hours to get my dog groomed. I gave instructions when I dropped her off on how I wanted her groomed. Come to pick her up and am shocked they completely shaved her. Never called me or asked permission to do this. I have a goldendoodle, suppose to be furry and fluffy now she is hairless!

I have a very friendly, sweet, darling 5 pound poodle. However, she is very anxious. We tried very hard to like this place, we tipped well, were kind to the groomer and staff. You know what they say about intuition. There were signs but I ignored them. They always ask when do you want her picked up? Rude, unprofessional, gave me a number of a chicago groomer (to be nasty). Our sweet pup started peeing on herself the last 2 visits she was so tramatized. I have NEVER given a bad review. But this was totally uncalled for. I give it 1 star..........due to the very rude abrupt manners and the complete butcher job yesterday.

I am shocked to see the one star review. We have been coming here for a bit under a year now, and they have always called us to give a heads up if our babies needed a shorter cut/some shaving due to tangles. Sometimes pets do need to be shaved if they are matted. Ripping mats out of your pups fur hurts them and it gives me peace of mind knowing they don't do this! My tip is: If you want to get your dog back early just let them know when you make your appointment, or drop off early! That's what I do. Thank you guys for all you do!

Dog got cut the way we asked. Have used multiple times and they have been very professional. Also a vet right next door.

Donna is the best! She always takes great care of our pup and treats him like family.

I called to see if they had anything available to get my dog groomed and before I could even finished me sentence they cut me off and told me they didn't have anything available until April in the absolute rudest way. I will never consider taking my dog here again. They should really learn what good customer service is. Very disappointed.
