Was a first appointment with them and sat for half an hour waiting. Lady at front desk said over phone system we were there twice

Everyone was amazing. They were so caring, explained everything clearly, and everyone loved seeing a 9 week old puppy.

Awesome staff! I needed to fit my girl in for Progesterone testing and not only were they great at communicating available appointments but they have an IDEXX machine. Results were fast which I completely appreciate!

I was 11 minutes late and they wanted to charge me $40 for being late. This is my dad’s dog and veterinarian. If it were mine I’d tell them where to go !!!

Absolutely phenomenal experience with this Vet Clinic. Our loveable idiot of a dog got himself injured (again), and having just parted ways with our prior vet, we were on the urgent hunt for a place that could get him the care he needed. We called as soon as the office opened on Monday, and they had us bring in our pup that very same afternoon. The office is pristine, the Staff is exceptionally professional, and the Doc addressed every need and concern we had. The Vet Techs are caring, considerate, and clearly focus on the wellbeing of the animal being treated. It just so happens that the cost of care was more than fair, as well. A pleasant departure from our experiences at other local clinics. Our cherished family pet is on the mend, and we've found THE veterinarian for our family. Cannot possibly express how pleased we are with this place!

Great Customer Service. Great Customer Service. Great Customer Service. Did I mention Great Customer Service. I feel absolutely comfortable taking my dog here. The prices are often surprising, but I think that's just the veterinarian field in general. No one ever thinks to get animal health insurance.

This has to be the nicest Veterinarian Office ever. So compassionate and caring. We received the nicest condolence card from the staff, after having to put our beloved Bud to sleep. Thank you so much from the Logue family.

Great place they know what they're doing

Pointless to have Appointments. Don't get seen until 20+ minutes after appointment time. People seem nice though.

Very long and sad story short we will never return with any animals and I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone. How I was treated, how MY companion was treated will never be something I will get over. I have not heard from this provider since he was sick and in their care. We were just simply LEFT HANGING.. Even after they ordered blood work, xrays, fluid/electrolytes, medications, etc. In the end, we had to take our canine to have 2 emergency procedures done with another provider. That was over a year ago and our family member passed away unfortunately. I still have yet to get a call back. SICKENING.

I appreciate the care they give to our dogs but their professionalism is appalling at times. Took 2 hours for our visit last week, just a regular check-up. Wouldn't normally complain or write a review, but this has been our experience the last 3 visits, 2 of which were pre-covid. Regardless of procedures, you should be able to find an appropriate rythem for scheduling appointments and be respectful of people's time. We miss work for these appointments, you can at least coordinate more appropriately for basic visits and run your business more effectively. Not too much to ask when you pay $70 for an "exam".

The most awful place I have ever been to my husband took our dog there due to her falling down. We paid over $600 for 15 minute visits they told us nothing was fractured or broke just to find out that both her legs was fractured. Let me not speak on the owner not supportive at all if I could give them no star I would I'm beyond mad now my dog is require to have a $5,000 surgery. All they gave us was pain medicine. I'm so disgusted with place.
