Dogtopia really saved us when we were in a bind! My family was going on a week-long trip and needed to find someone to watch our dog, Finn. The place we used to board him was completely booked, which we only found out six days before we had to leave, and we were already hesitant to board him there for an extended time because after just a few days there he came back limping and scratched up by other dogs. In a last ditch effort, I called Dogtopia Tysons to see if we could board Finn and schedule a Meet and Greet, which they were able to schedule us in for right away. Given our anxiety surrounding Finn’s last boarding experience at the other business, we only wanted to board him a few days and we’re going to have a friend pick him up and watch him The remainder of our trip, however, upon landing in our vacation destination, we discovered our dog watcher had developed COVID and would be unable to pick him up. Following a frantic call from the airport, Dogtopia assured us they would be happy to let Finn stay the remainder of our trip (in the middle of the holidays I might add!) and put our concerns at ease. Through their webcams, we have been able to check on our Finn and have watched him roll around and have the time of his life with the other dogs. They have also made sure he had plenty of breaks if he was getting too tired. I would highly recommend Dogtopia to anyone looking for a safe, amenable location to board their dog!

The staff at Dogtopia Tysons are friendly and easy to talk to. They have a genuine sense of caring for our dog, and by way of the camera's that are accessible on our phones, we can see that our pup is safe and happy when he's spending the day.

Everything! Every employee we encountered was friendly, outgoing and amazing! I am so impressed with this place that I cannot wait to use it more! I have already raved to a few friends about it...thank you for providing such a great place for dogs and very talented and caring staff.

This location was just awful. The staff seemed more interest in taking smoke breaks and sitting around doing nothing than they were in taking care of the dogs. My dog was attacked by another aggressive dog in the big dog room more than once. The place also wreaks

Another dog bit my dog and they didn't even noticed or notified me, they had like 30 dogs in a room for one person. And, obviously, they are not paying any bill. Check other reviews, I am not the first one. Look somewhere else.

Five stars to Dogtopia in Tysons and especially to BJ for being a ray of sunshine!! My puppy loves being at Dogtopia and I love having him there. The staff are super friendly and know how to work with pups of all ages, breeds, and needs. My only recommendation would be to hire more staff for greater efficiency and shorter wait times.

Really great customer service. Staff is always so kind. I love that I get a report of my dog upon pick up and if there are ever any issues (only happened once where some dogs got in a scuffle) they give you a call right away.

Our dog Harley loves it! She went regularly as a puppy up until she was about 1 1/2. She had to take a break due to knee surgery but 2 years later she back and it’s like she never left. It’s a great way to socialize your dog a s get them good and tired by the end of the day. Tysons locale has been around longer and a bit bigger than the others which we like. Highly recommend.

I had genuine concerns about the lack of feedback I was getting on my new dog's behavior and comfort level, and was contacted by Chrissy the manager to discuss this. They are already putting practices into place to correct what I felt was a disinterest in providing me with enough info to determine whether or not my dog is enjoying herself and behaving appropriately. Based on that conversation, I am comfortable bringing River back again as I feel they took my concern seriously and without a shred of annoyance. Thanks, everyone.

My GSD is always excited to go to day care at Dogtopia; all the staff know her by name and it's clear that they're 'dog people' and genuinely like caring for dogs. It's great knowing that she has a safe place to burn off energy while I'm at work and has made lots of dog buddies; I also recommend Dogtopia for stress-free boarding.

We cannot say enough good things about Dogtopia in Tysons. Maddie and the crew there are absolutely delightful, super knowledgeable, and make our dog Lavender's visits really enjoyable and stress-free every time she goes. Lavender has a bit of anxious and the Dogtopia team expertly handles these issues and make sure that our dog and the others stay safe and play carefully. We love this place and will recommend it to everyone! The location is really conveniently located and super clean and spacious, and the webcams are fun to watch when you get a free moment.

I love bringing my puppy here. We take him once a week for daycare and he always comes home tired! I like being able to check in with the cameras and see him playing with the other dogs. They also post a lot of cute pictures and videos on their social media. Would definitely recommend!

I love seeing how my dogs light up every time we pull into dogtopia parking lot. When Madie, Chrissy, or Naomi come to my car my dogs just smile and get so excited to see their favorite humans. They especially love Madie when she does dress up for picture days. Snoopy photos were so amazing and the fact that snoopy (aka madie )came out to get the dogs. The Santa pictures were so amazing. Thank you dogtopia of Tyson’s for an amazing time that my pups have there. And please continue to have Madie as the holiday dress up for pictures. It’s absolutely amazing to see how all the dogs react to her when ever she walks into a room or when she comes to get the dogs. If any of them leave dogtopia of Tyson’s it will be a sad day. To see how much all the dogs and us pet parents love them. Truly amazing management staff they are keepers.

We started taking our pup to Dogtopia and really like it thus far. The staff was very patient in answering all our questions and you even get 3 trial days in your first week before you commit. The Meet & Greet may sound daunting but is very easy. Our pup loves going in to play. Weekdays have more than double the amount of dogs than weekends. The staff is super friendly and I appreciate they know all the dogs names. shout out to Naomi - she really sold us on how genuinely caring the staff is. The one caveat is the toybox and weebox cameras are down very frequently. With the Webcam being one of the top reasons we chose Dogtopia, we really hope this issue is fixed and stays fixed!

My dogs really loves Chrissy, Lydia,Naomi, Bj, John, Travon, Ian, Hailey, Andrew, Eammon, Peter,and Sam. The staff of dogtopia of Tyson’s is amazing. Their love for the dogs makes me feel at ease. Love the fact that they raise money for the dogtopia foundation a dollar at a time and each treat day at a time, to help out our finest veterans. This makes my heart melt.

These guys are fabulous. They worked with my dogs after they were attached to get them comfortable being around dogs again.

Dogtopia Tysons has been my go to for daycare for my dog, they have been professional, friendly and attentive. They are also very proactive with the pandemic and responsible to the point I feel safe continuing daycare no matter the climate. My dog always has a good time and whenever I pull up my dog is jumping in the back seat to go inside. She is always happy to see the dog handler and leaves tired from playing with the dogs all day.

Wonderful staff who care about the dogs who come in. It is very important to me to be able to check in on my dog throughout the day and the video cameras provide peace of mind. I can always see that my dog is safe and having fun while I am working!
