Dr Savino gave clear explanations and guidance, and showed great patience with our talkative Husky, who was stressed out. Lena is fantastic! We needed to get Addie in as soon as possible due to fluid in the pericardium that had been tapped over the New Year's weekend and she found a slot the day we called. Lena scheduled Addie as soon as possible!

Great experience overall. Friendliness, bedside manner, professionalism were top notch. Dr Lefbaum is the best cardiologist and I have used her with all of my Cavaliers.

Everyone was very kind and helpful from the person making the appointment to Danielle the lab technician to the doctor. It's hard when you know the news is not good , but they were all fantastic. They explained everything while they were doing it and everyone was just wonderful.

You have a great combination of veterinarians, associates , technology and savvy business practices. As long as they all work for the health of our beloved pets, you will always have my business. All the best to your fabulous team !

I was worried that the appointment would take a long time, but they were very quick. The doctor I spoke to was very kind and my overall impression is that they genuinely care for the pets in their care. Both the tech who got my dog from my car and the doctor who explained everything to me were very kind, friendly, caring toward my pet, and didn't seem hurried.

Dr, Savino and her staff was outstanding and very professional. I did not know what to expect but Dr. Savino and her staff exceeded my expectations. This was my first time hearing about VCA and CVCA . I was so impressed by their compassion for my furry kid. CVCA bedside manner out weigh any human doctor visit especially when you are feeling overwhelmed due to you animal health concerns. Thank you Dr. Savino and your staff. I felt so much better after my appointment. Also the write up was detailed and easily to understand. She said it will come via email that after and it did. I did not have to follow-up and request the information. Again, thank you Dr. Savino and staff.

Easy process overall and really good discussion during the procedure about what we were seeing on the screen. Then a thorough review of the results after. Answered all my questions very well so that i fully understood the situation.

They're basically the only dedicated cardiology option in town, so there's limited points of comparison. That being said, everyone I interacted with was great in handling my dog, who can be a bit rambunctious. I appreciate that I was allowed to come in with him to observe the procedure but that there were also mask requirements (including types, e.g., N95, KN95) for everyone's protection. The explanation of the tests and what people were looking for that might denote a problem with my dog were thorough and clear.

Excellent service. We were very pleased with Dr. Holdt, Natalie, and Ashleigh’s care. We appreciated that they were gentle yet firm with our cat who was quite wiggly. They also explained everything clearly and spoke softly so as to not further aggravate our cat.

Overall, wonderful care. Doctor and assistant were both kind, efficient, good communicators, thorough.

Schedule availability, ability to compassionately restrain Leilei during the test, compassionate and knowledgeable bedside manner, Thank you so much for seeing Leilei the same day that she collapsed and stopped breathing. The tech was amazing! It has always taken me and a tech to hold Leilei down for echocardiograms. She was able to hold her down without causing additional stress to her breathing during the test. Everyone was so calm and understanding during the whole exam. Thank you, thank you for seeing her and providing her with meds the same day. She is already showing improvement.

We will never go anywhere else for cardiology needs. We love the friendliness of the staff and Dr Lefbom. Everyone always makes us feel that our dog is the most special. We have been patients at CVCA and with Dr Lefbom for over 4 years. Highly recommend her; she is wonderful.
