I took my Long haired Persian and she was matted, even though I thought I was doing a descent job combing her. Well, the Owner took my Grace and did a Fabulous Job!!! The place is a Happy place and I am Very Satisfied!!! Thank you Ladies ♥️

I love Chrissy at Canine Carouse! She takes such loving care of my standard poodle King. Chrissy is also a tremendously talented groomer and listens to what each owner wants for their dog. We gave King bell bottoms last visit. She is very knowledgeable about the various breeds and how to groom their particular hair/fur. I recommend a visit to Chrissy to all of my friends!

Once groomed my 70lb Golden always looks gorgeous and she acts like she knows it!

During This current pandemic, Terenia agreed to take my long haired cat Pasha (who had terrible mats all over) to try and groom him. Since I was a new customer she wasn’t sure how well he would do. Everyone at Canine Carousel was fantastic but Terenia was amazing! She was in touch with me as to how he was handling the grooming and asked what kind of cut I wanted on him. She called to tell me he did not do well with a bath so they were going to skip it. I loved the fact that even though I was a new customer, they treated me like an old friend Pasha came back looking beyond adorable. And no more mats. Hopefully I can get him to start liking brushies again!! Thanks!!

Paid $90 to have them shave my dog completely. Don’t expect your bill to be any less than $80 here ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? The value for this place is ridiculous might as well pay $50 at pet smart for the same cut and spend the $40 on a nice dinner.

Bad. They don’t I left. My dog 3 hour earlier after Thad they call me back. Just for tell me hoo. we can do lunas grooming but very but ????????

Terenia is a terrific groomer.

We took our cute toy poodle to get groomed and my dog was actually shaved! It’s been a day and my poor baby is in complete shock! Our poodle is usually very high spirit and energetic but the last day since bringing home from canine carousel he has not been the same. I would not recommend this place at all!

Rocket has always been well taken care of here. They take him for potty breaks and give him love as well as a great groom!

Took my cat there from Ashburn with an appointment to do caps on her nails and they couldn't do it. Don't know why they said they couldn't do it before I drove 20 minutes. They never have a cat person available. If you have a cat, don't waste your time. Go somewhere else!

I scheduled an appointment here for a full service bath and grooming session. When I arrived early morning they claimed my dog was scheduled for only a bath. They didn't offer to groom her or even squeeze her in the next day. Terrible experience. I had to go to Chantilly to even find an available groomer around for that day.
