As always, everyone is caring, understanding and accommodating. The physicians are knowledgeable, informative and skilled.

Dr. Deutsch, Ann, and the entire staff have offered me the best service over many years, particularly during very difficult times when having to deal with serious illnesses in my cats and making heartbreaking end of life decisions.

All of the staff is so caring and professional . Dr Rocky is the most patient Dr and my pets have just loved him .

Partial service was provided. Booked an appointment for grooming and was told needed to get the year examination. I agreed to both services but the grooming never happened. Was told groomer had an emergency. No follow up appointment was provided for their lack of service because they are booked for 2 months and Was told To call another groomer in town to see if they had availability. Sad I had just recommended it to my neighbors.

Signal Hill Animal Clinic is a very caring veterinary Clinic. The doctors and staff are professional and take wonderful care of my Yorkie.. We have been going there for over 10 years. We love it !!

We’ve been going to Signal Hill for years. They have taken excellent care of our dogs and were extremely caring when it came time to say goodbye to one of them. We got a new kitten last year, and they’re excellent with her too. They adapted quickly during COVID to keep providing care, both routine and urgent, for patients while maintaining safety for staff and clients alike. They’re very responsive to questions or concerns!

The entire staff at Signal Hill Animal Clinic is excellent! We adopted two puppies in 2019 and brought them in the next day. They gave us great advice, took great care of our puppies, and told us what to expect next. Since then, they’ve become like part of our family! They send us reminders in advance when the dogs need shots or regular check ups, and always call within 1-2 days after a visit to check on the dogs and see how they’re doing. If you’re looking for a vet and trusted team, look no further! Recommend 100%

Dr. Drake was very knowledgeable and helpful. During the visit, I she was thorough and answered all my questions. I left the visit feeling confident about my new puppy. I will be returning for all their services regarding my pet.

Signal Hill gave us an emergency appt for our sick dog. Winter is not the most personable dog, but your staff was fantastic with him. They assessed all his records, listened to everything I had to say about him, and diagnosed his problem. They checked back with me a few days after. They were responsive to my concerns, professional in their treatment of him and me, and demonstrated that they are reliable with their post visit checkin. I am very pleased with their practice.

The exotics vet is really great. She seems to love the animals and when my chameleon was sick, they got me in asap. I’ll definitely return here with my other exotics. Staff very friendly as well. Definitely recommend.

Great clinic! I took my two turtles to trim their beaks, and prior for a check-up. I’m glad to find a place that can provide reliable services to my uncommon pets’ needs. They are quick to reply to inquiries, online or by phone, and are professional in working with me and my cold-blooded babies. I highly recommend them!

I take my two dogs and cat here, and they all are so calm before and after the visit. Everyone is always so nice to us and our animals. They are very friendly and have great customer service. They follow up to make sure our animals are feeling okay after any type of shot or procedure. Best vet ever!

Love everyone, always helping me to find the perfect time to see my dogs. ( I have a difficult work schedule). They care for my dogs like if they were their own. I highly recommend this practice. Always the best and a great support when you need it the most..

I absolutely love them. If I could give them 20 stars I would. The best animal clinic ever. I will recommend them to everyone. I only seen Dr Drake so far and love her the staff so sweet and very informative. Definitely bring your furry baby here.

The entire team was outstanding! Cristina took my original call, very friendly and customer-oriented. Our cat, Boo, had an urgent care situation, a wound that needed immediate attention. When Cristina advised me they were scheduling 30 days out, my heart sank. She took my number and offered to call back if they had a cancellation. I didn't expect to hear from her. She called back in 20 minutes! I wasn't expecting the call, so I didn't return her call for more than an hour. She still was able to work her magic and got us on the schedule that morning. We were immediately put in a treatment room and Dr. Deutsch saw Boo within five minutes! The wound required more care than I'd expected, and Boo had to be sedated, treated and kept for several hours, the equivalent of day surgery. I'm used to waiting HOURS at human clinics and hospitals; the promptness and sense of urgency the team worked with was truly, truly impressive. The follow-up and checkout were equally efficient. Cristina called this morning to check on how Boo did through the night, and I was happy to report that he did very well. The team at Signal Hill Animal Clinic is second to none!

First, I could be enter (with a mask, and everyone was wearing mask, so you feel safe) and be present with my 2 dogs. Not all Vets do that anymore and having a consult on the phone does not work for me personally. Plus, everybody was very nice, on the phone, in the room, etc. Most importantly, Dr Deutsch, is competent, he took time to explain everything and did what needed to be done all in once. The services are a little pricey but worth it.

Signal Hill is wonderful... Doctor and staff all very knowledgeable, personable, and caring. My cat Louie is hard to handle, but they gave very careful, thorough care to him. And explicit explanations and choices to me. Highly recommend!

Quick easy especially with 3 animals.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Questions were answered and advice given that really made the experience welcoming and understanding. Being a new puppy owner, and never having one previously, we needed somewhere that would be sympathetic to misunderstandings and misgivings. This place is all that.

I cannot say enough about this office. Dr. Rocky Duetsch is the best vet you will ever find. He is extremely patient, compassionate, friendly, and his knowledge is beyond measure. Dr. Duetsch and his staff get to know you and your animal personally. Our 18-1/2 yr old Schatzi unfortunately just passed, but I truly feel she would not have lived such a great life if it wasn't for his care and him guiding us through all the old age bumps in the road. Anne is amazing and is always so helpful and caring. His staff have hearts of gold. They always check up on your pet, answer all your questions (even when there are a million of them), and never oversell you. Highly recommended!

My first visit here was an emergency visit a month ago, where I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and caring and knowledge shown by the vet and the staff. Because my usual vet couldn’t fit in an emergency and was also a ways away, I decided to switch to this one. I’m very glad I did. This visit was a general yearly visit with shots for both my dogs and a recheck for the one that had the emergency. Again, everyone was professional and caring. I also very much appreciated that the vet explained everything well to me. It’s always fun to learn something new!
