Hello, Today was my first visit to Pets R Family, with my new puppy Dax. Dr. Zraibi, and his staff couldn't have been nicer and more welcoming. All treatment was explained, and all billing questions answered. Will definitely return. Pricing was good value.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and Dr Z took the time to talk with me about current health of my digs as well as future challenges for my older dog. The dogs liked everyone.

Love Dr. Z and the staff here! Pets R Family was able to take my cat in on extremely short notice to have several issues looked at. They kept me up to date on everything happening and the prices were extremely reasonable. Dr. Z took the time to sit down with me after to discuss my concerns and a plan of care for him as well as what to expect in the upcoming weeks and when I would hear back with his testing results. It was my cat’s first vet visit with me and they treated him extremely well and kept a first time cat owner’s anxiety to a minimum. I can’t say enough good things about Pets R Family!

Pets R Family Animal Hospital is a place I would definitely recommend. I don't often make recommendations but Dr. Z and his staff are worth it. They follow up unexpectedly to check on my pet. They don't schedule extra unnecessary return appointments. They provide quality care at a decent rate. Thank you! Be sure to tell them you came because of my recommendation. So far he has been great. Staff is lovely! I wish I didn’t spend so much each time I came but it’s for his own good and he does get better quickly after any issues.

We love Dr. Z and the staff. They are very nice, understanding and will take the time to listen and explain. No question is a stupid question and I love not being made to feel like I can’t ask questions. I was recommended to this place by my groomer and I thought it would be easier to come here than drive to Fredericksburg but I was obviously made a mistake. Took a week to tell me results when a simple text would have been fine which takes 5 seconds. I was put on hold for 10 mins. I emailed to get a new rabies certificate cause they spelled my dogs name wrong on it and haven’t heard anything yet. I am never bringing my dog here again I am going back to my old vet in Fredericksburg who has very professional people and they respond quickly to me. Very disa

We switched over to Pets R Family several months ago, bringing our dog and new cat to them. We've appreciated their care and readiness to help out. Dr. Z is quite good -- friendly, professional, and willing to take the time needed to answer questions and give full attention to our pets. We've also been grateful for the simplicity of getting our cat's claws trimmed; we rarely have to wait.

One of my cats developed a nasty bald spot and they were able to schedule him for a same day appointment and take care of him right away. They also saw another one of my cats and performed a bladder surgery on him. He made a full recovery and is as good as new. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful and you can see they truly love animals and respect their families. Would 100% recommend.

We brought our puppy Dexter to Pets R Family to get neutered. They were very caring and friendly from the start to finish. They even called to check on him a few days after his surgery. I would highly recommend using them for all your pet’s needs!

Go HERE! Simply THE BEST of the Best! Dr.Z is Amazing! I am so happy my Westie and I found him. I use to go to another clinic before here where they treated by puppy like a number (in and out). No getting to you and your pet, forcing medications on him. The worst. Then one day a friend told me about this clinic and WOW the level of customer service and professionalism is so satisfying! Dr.Z takes the time to get to know you and your dog and he is super responsive. My Westie has several allergies and has given me many scares in the middle of the night such as rapid reverse sneezing, vomiting bile and super red irritated paws with hair loss. I needed help. Coming here to this clinic has calmed my worries so much! What I love most about this clinic is that whether it be the middle of the night or a Sunday. When I email the clinic, the following day I get a phone call and response from the office and Dr.Z. It’s so relieving to know there is someone who actually cares about your pet. I truly value Dr.Z time and appreciate how well he explains what’s happening to my dog and the treatment plan we are going to start. Truly amazing! I see why they are called Pets R Family.
