I will not be taking my dog here to get groomed anymore. Several times I have been disappointed. Today I took my toy poodle to be groomed, and they told me there was no one to trim him, they also lied and said they clipped his nails when they didn’t. The grooming staff looks and acts very unprofessional. I will NEVER take my dog here again and would not recommend it to anyone!

Don't bother trying to take your dog here for grooming if they have heartworms. They'll let you schedule the appointment only to turn you away when you actually show up. I was offered a free groom for the inconvenience (for when she's heartworm free and I don't even know when she'll reach that point) but I still wasted time to drive there and I had plans to run to nearby stores for Christmas shopping. Instead I had to drive all the way home and then back out. Could have just left my dog at home if I had known they wouldn't groom her. Very upsetting.

Was looking for a particular flea and tick shampoo for my dog, couldnt find it with the other shampoos. I asked someone working and he took me right to it and I laughed cause I had overlooked it and he said a lot of people do and he laughed about it too

My name is Julie Williams. My dog is Caesar & I thought it fitting to use his name since Lindsay worked so hard to get his ear medicine so he didn’t have to suffer another day. I called & asked her abt an ear med they had that was saying out of stock on their website. She took her time and went in the back through many of boxes of inventory they had just got in to find this small bottle of ear meds. When I went to pick it up, she was off for the day, but I told her manager how much I appreciated it. He showed me the huge pallets of boxes she went thru just to find this medicine for my dog who was hurting w his ear! Caesar & I appreciate Lindsay more than I could ever tell her! I will continue to use only PetSmart for all my foods, treats, flea collars, toys & meds for my 4 dogs just because I appreciated what she was willing to do for us!! Thank you Lindsay! I will never be able to thank you enough, but Caesar sends you all his love! Thank you! It’s was truly appreciated!!!

The store seemed adequately stocked. I didn't see more than one leopard gecko in one enclosure, which is great! Didn't have any hornworms in stock. There was a seriously stressed itty bitty baby normal ball python wall surfing. I wish there were more frozen rat feeders available than there was. That definitely needed stocked. Otherwise, the staff was friendly, I found my frozen silver sides with ease. The store looked and smelled clean. I'll definitely shop there again.

Was convenient for few items I needed to grab for my dog. Pricey but convenient.

The little puppy I went to adopt was held in a small gated area, about 8 puppies all living in their own feces. Once I got her outside she smelled horrible. I stopped by Petsmart hoping they would give her a bath because I was 2 hours away from home. They took her in right away and she came back quickly looking beautiful and smelling wonderful. Everyone has always been so nice and friendly at Petsmart. It is definitely the place this pet parent goes.

The grooming employees at PetSmart are amazing! The fee for having my Pitt's nails clipped was only $9, after a $1 discount.

Terrible experience second time I show up to the store and they cancel my appointment that I've had more than a week out we'll never go back

While the product I wanted to purchase was out of stock, that was a manufacturer issue not a store issue. I normally find whatever I go for. Staff is always helpful and friendly.
