I took my dog to him for all his life. When he got what Dr.Miller said was bronchitis we gave the meds as we were supposed to but my dog 's cough just kept getting worse. My daughter and I both told Dr Miller this but he insisted he sounded the same. Worried about my dog I took him to another Vet and found out he had congestive heart failure and that his hips were in such bad shape he would need an expensive surgery. After 11 years of being his doctor he never once mentioned a problem with his hips - or his heart. He could not have that surgery because his heart was so bad. Yesterday we had to have him euthanized and my heart is broken.

Dr. Miller and his office are amazing with my pets. Our pug has had to have a couple surgeries and she has always been well cared for.

I called Addison animal hospital to have my 14 year old mini schnauzer and they gave me a price over the phone . Told my family and we decided to move forward we said our good byes and drove to the clinic when we arrived the price went up drastically twice before we even walked thru the doors . The person who was giving us the prices was so unprofessional and seemed like she didn’t care so we actually left with out having our pup put to sleep the whole staff there is unprofessional and we are looking for another vet for our other dogs will never go back again

In addition to being great at their jobs, it is such a gift that this group of people understand your heart when you don't have words.

Had my fur baby neurtered here. They took good care of him and let me know that they are there to help if we have any issues. Thank you Addison Animal Hospital!

I brought my cat Willow here with concerns about dermatitis/stress grooming and a possible food allergy. The vet chalked it up to fleas and sent her back to me with a $200 bill for a steroid shot and some topical flea/tick medication. I understand I'm not a vet, but I got a gut feeling that my concerns were being dismissed when I asked about where she got the fleas, and why I was seeing no actual signs of them to begin with. My other kitten showed no signs of fleas, and the cat who was itchy clearly only had dandruff and a couple scabs in specific spots, (one of which is a point of trauma from her spay surgery.) There were no red-welts, no sign of fleas or their droppings, etc. The excessive grooming continued after the steroid shot wore off and her scabs are back, (all in the same spots, and again, with no signs of fleas.) I've since kept up with her flea and tick medication and have had no success in stopping her itching since. I've owned animals my entire life, I know what flea infestations look like, and I also know what dermatitis/food allergies look like. I'm convinced the vet was wrong, and that my initial concerns should have been given at least more thought. Trust your gut, you know your pets better than anyone else, and if you feel like your concerns aren't being taken seriously, then find someone else who can help. At the end of the day, I just want my cat to be healthy and irritant-free.

If i could give Dr Miller 100000 stars I would ! Our sweet girl suffered a seizure and he got her in as quickly as he could! It was our first time going and we will definitely be back! Our fur baby LOVED him and his techs. He’s very informative and actually listens to your concerns about your fur baby!????????
