Love Dr Anita and miss this wonderful, caring Veteran office. We moved to Leesburg and cannot replace this family oriented Vet. Jack loved her.

I am so glad I found this practice!! LGVC is a major animal hospital with full lab capabilities and an impressive facility. The staff is very professional and friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I had some unusual blood tests and they were able to handle everything right there. Dr. Walton is very thorough and explains everything, as well as providing homeopathic alternatives, which is so hard to find in this area! I always feel that I am included in my dog's treatment. Most important for me, my dog was happy to go there and he walked out wagging his tail.

Not the best place for an anxious puppy or dogs with fear aggression. When the doctor said "we treat your puppy like a wild animal" (pre-Covid) and the techs wrapped him in a blanket over his head for shots, I knew we needed to move our dog's care elsewhere.

The staff met us outside, due to COVID, and we were done quickly. Everyone was helpful and the charges were reasonable.

The Vet is too friendly. Offers many services free. Cheaper than surrounding vets. Office staff needs to work on attitude but will help you all she can.

I love them here. They always know my dogs, and know who I am without even asking. Everyone is super friendly. I reccomend them to anyone in the area. I know my pets are in good hands when they are here.

I didn't think anyone loved my babies as much as I do. The staff is always helpful and AMAZING!!

Great place and the dogs like them

They did an EXCELLENT nail trim on my dog. Normally my previous vet (I just moved here) only cut the tips off and I needed to take her back about every 2 weeks.

The veterinarians here truly care for your pets

Do not go to this vet unless you want unwanted tests done. The tech asked me if I wanted them to run a heartworm test on our female dog before taking her back. I advised I wanted to discuss cost of the test first. Sure enough, she brought her back with the vaccination she was supposed to have AND the heartworm test completed WITHOUT my go-ahead to even do so. I did not advise that this test could be completed and it was done and I was charged for it anyhow. Had to cancel my other dogs appointment here, because if this is the way they take care of business, I will not be taking my fur kids here and I'll advise all friends with animals to avoid this place and seek other vets!

We had our kitties at another vet in town and were appalled by the nickel and diming that was going on. Dr Amy and her staff are wonderful and she knows just what approaches to take in difficult situations. Veterinary care can be expensive but we never feel nickel and dimed here. And the staff is so pleasant and helpful.

Love this place, very reasonable and the whole staff and veterinarians are wonderful. My puppy loves them.

3 stars only because they are fairly expensive in my opinion. But the staff is caring and friendly and helped my dying kitty as much as they could.

I cannot in good conscience recommend this place, at least the experience we just had with Dr. Erin Casey. She seems very inexperienced. Instead of calling in extra help while she tried to extract blood with a syringe out of my pet, she asked for me to get on the floor and distract him. She yanked the syringe and stabbed me in the arm with it. They had the audacity to still charge me the exam fee!! Five minutes looking at my dog and stabbing me with a syringe and they charge me an exam fee. I will never ever go there again and will never recommend Dr. Erin Casey.

The couple that run the clinic clearly have large dog issues. They requested we not come back when our German Shepherd barked at the doctor.

Dr. Walton has taken care of my pets for over 16 years. Couldn't be better!

Great to walk and get info on battle field

We have taken our pets to Dr. Walton and staff at LGVC for over 16 years and have always received excellent compassionate care. Dr. Walton and Dr. Clayton...you are the best!
