Called in speedy medicine. When I wet to pickup, computer was down, but I was still able to pick up his medicine.

They our new puppy in on an emergency basis immediately. The staff were super friendly and the doctor was amazing and answered all of my questions.

I have had 2 cat emergencies and Lakewood always helps when other places wouldn’t. I can’t say enough about how nice they are. Lakewood really cares about my cat and always follows up with a text or call to make sure she is ok and taking meds. I’m not sure what I’d do without them! Thank you all at Lakewood!

There must be something deeply wrong with Dr. Amy today or she simply doesn't like big dogs. Horrible service and in 13 years of doing business I can simply say RUN, don't walk away from this business. The disaster that occurred this morning when her and her staff tried to force my Saint Bernard puppy, who they did not introduce themselves to, who was clearly nervous, to go with them by dragging and choking him was completely unacceptable. When I emailed her about her complete lack of professionalism, she woke up my dog, refused to do surgery and told me to come and get the menace. She refused to listen to me about how to approach my dog, cut me off, hung on me. and accused me of yelling at her when I could not get word in edge wise. The MOST unprofessional interaction I have EVER had. 13 years of being a customer and holding my hand as my pets passed away meant absolutely nothing this morning. I am deeply concerned and absolutely distraught over this entire interaction.

They were so compassionate when our first dog died. Our hearts were so broken it took us years to bring another animal home. We rescued a dog last week and have returned here for our new dog. It's been years and they still remembered us! We wouldn't go anywhere else or trust anyone else .

Drs. Amy & Andy as well as the entire staff always treat us like family. They are knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and have always found a way to see us if there was an urgent concern. Most highly recommend!!!

Lakewood Animal Hospital spent time analyzing my dogs skin condition that has been occurring for years. Within a day we had a solid plan moving forward without breaking the bank. The Vet and the staff were the most professional team I have encountered in awhile. Curbside service kept everyone safe. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Took our dog here for shots and a check up. They were so wonderful with her from start to finish. The staff is really sweet to you, the owner, but more importantly they're super sweet to your fur baby. What I loved the most was a small town feel. Would recommend them to anyone!

This place is absolutely great !! Dr Andy always explains fully about your baby and he listens and answers any question you have for him .I feel so relieved after bring my 2 baby's for there visit and they are always very happy lots love from GiGi and Maddy thanks for taking such good care of us !

My kitties love Dr Andy and Dr Amy. They have such wonderful bedside manner and a brilliant way with pets. My kitties like the calmness of the examining room and the friendly touch that all of the text have when they do their blood work. I can't recommend Lakewood enough give them an 11 out of 10!!

Great doctors! They were able to cure my dog of bladder stones without surgery! They're a little pricy but definitely well worth it!

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Olson. She treated our dog with kindness and did her best to save me money! She and the staff are wonderful!

We took our fur baby Leo to get a wellness/ sick visit. The staff was amazing. Incredibly friendly and very professional. Dr. Andy treated our baby and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend this Animal Hospital.

Everyone here was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Everything went smooth even with covid protocols going on. Doctor explained everything and wasn’t pushy at all about treatments. Cost was less than half of what I expected to pay and he even helped me find the best price for the meds my dog needs. 10/10 would recommend.

I have taken my cats to Lakewood for years. The doctors are compassionate and professional, and care is reasonably priced. I love my cats and trust Lakewood with their care.

Simply outstanding, they made a short notice appointment for my boy for a ball playing injury and fixed him right up. He or I couldn't be happier with their service.

Took our dog there today for her 1st appointment since adopting her. They were very nice and did a great job of social distancing. We are 1st time dog owners and they were very informative and took the time to answer all of our questions. ????
