Service and wait times are extremely unprofessional. Tabitha was the only kind assistant I've dealt with there, the others really make sure to keep their 'heads down' to avoid eye contact or providing an update. Went in for about 4 appointments and the attitudes never changed.

Not upfront about pricing. Called this morning to make an appointment for our cat to be seen. They said they had an emergency appointment in about an hour. It was urgent that our cat be seen this week, but not necessarily an emergency. However, we went ahead and took the appointment. The receptionist conveniently left out the fact that emergency appointments are $90, not $50. My wife did not find that out until she got there. They claimed that they had told me on the phone. Seeing as I was on speaker next to my wife when we spoke, she knew that was clearly a lie. Money is tight right now and we could have waited a few days for our situation. Had they told us the markup, we wouldn’t have gone today. This isn’t the first negative interaction we have had with staff here. The icing on the cake is the sign on the front desk that states: “We think our staff is pretty amazing! Please don’t kill their spirit with negative or unkind words. If you think you can do their job better, we are accepting applications!” The passive aggressiveness is really unnecessary, but it tracks considering the lack of being upfront with customers. We won’t be returning.

Dr. Ahmad and his staff have always taken amazing of care of my cat Stella who has had liver failure for a year and a half. They make refilling her medication easy and get lab work done really quickly ????

Excellent that they are open 7 days a week. I do not know any animal hospital except for emergency room is open 7 days a week. A tab a little bit more money you have to spend but it's worth it. Where you can just walk in and get treatment for your pet.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Ahmad. He is a very caring professional who works very hard to ensure he provides first rate veterinarian services. His staff is very friendly and customer service oriented. I highly recommend Hope Animal Hospital.

Actually compassionate and CARES for animals, which means being caring and kind to the animals’ people. Would recommend 100% hands down.

I don’t even go here but a woman who works here chased me out of an empty PUBLIC BENCH outside their place which I sat on bc I am 6 months pregnant and had to take a call. Unbelievable.

Unprofessional staff. Expensive. Better options out there.

Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The doctor is amazing and takes great care of all the fur babies that come in bo matter what. I recommend this facility to anyone looking for a great experience!!

I made an appointment for my cat and when I showed up 15 min early, I called to check-in. I was told as soon as a room opened up they would call me to bring my cat inside. 45 min after waiting I decided to call to find out how much longer it might be. I was appalled by the callousness and I unprofessionalism I encountered from the person who answered the phone. She explained that I had a “squeeze in” appointment which until then I had not been made aware of. She then said she couldn’t tell me how long it would be because they had two sick patients being seen at that time. I was concerned about the gabapentin I pretreated my cat with wearing off and no empathy was shown. When I said I may have to cancel then she promptly “that fine” and abruptly disconnected my call. If that is how they treat people I don’t want to know how they treat animals. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING THERE!!

My normal vet is closed over the weekend and my dogs ate something that I was afraid was toxic. I called 2 different emergency vets: one flat out refused to help me or answer a single question - instead they told me to call animal poison control which requires $75 up front! The second place would not answer their phone. Well, thank God I called Hope Animal Hospital! The lady I spoke with was so polite and professional, and she asked me how much they ate and their weight and then assured me that my dogs would be fine. I am so grateful to them!!

5 stars! My poor Golden was super sick and the staff were amazing. First they were actually open on July 4th! Then theymade scheduling the appointment and intake a very easy process. The staff were so incredibly kind and Dr. Ahmad is fantastic! We just relocated here and they will definitely be Hudson’s vet moving forward! Many thanks!!

Dr. Ahmad is like a pet whisperer. I've never encountered a vet that can tame my feisty chihuahua-terrier. She did her usual barking and growling when she went in to the appointment, but when he came in to see her...nothing. She was very docile and made little to no fuss. That takes a certain level of gentleness. She received a thorough exam and he answered all my questions and took very good care of her. There was a bit of a wait, but I have no plans to take her anywhere else.

I have a 7 yr old German Shepherd. He has severe anxiety & social disorder. His back paw swelled up. Hope was the only vet willing to see him on short notice. Long story short his other paw had a toe nail split the 1 in question looks like something stung or bit him we just don't know. But with having to put him to sleep to even get close to him they where so so good to him. Dad had to be with them because mommy just couldn't handle seeing her big baby like he was. They made him as comfy as they could. I will be taking him back to them from now on. So hard when you have a big boy that has been abused & finding vets that will be willing to see them. I highly recommend Hope Animal Hospital. With Rex pass his 1st yr of life wasn't all that great so he has server trust issues Hope understood him so very well. Update. This vet called the very next day 24 hrs later & check up on our big baby. They are the 1st to call & check on our Rex. I don't ever remember any vet calling & checking on our other German Shepherd. I will be keeping this vet.

We have been taking our German Shepherd to Hope Animal Hospital for over 5 years. Dr. Ahmad is super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and really cares about his furry patients and pet parents--and it shows. His staff is also very friendly and helpful! Most recently our dog had to have a biopsy for a tumor. We knew our dog was in good hands. Dr. Ahmad was very patient and answered all of my (many!) questions. I can't imagine taking our dog anywhere else but to Hope Animal Hospital.

We called on a Sunday about our dog limping and they got us seen within the hour! The doctor was so thorough and knew exactly what was wrong with our dog. Within 2 days on medications she is acting her normal silly self and we couldn’t be more thankful for this pet hospital! Now it’s Tuesday, and the doctor himself called to check on our pupper! The best place we could’ve ever found

The doctor will prescribe medications that are over the counter (found at Chewy.com and other sites) and charge 10 times the amount. If you must go there ask specific information regarding prescriptions. He will over charge you.

Great staff that cares and Dr. Faiz truly wants the best for our fur babies. Our reese had some issues and Dr. Faiz was able to help her. Great prices and no appointment charge on Sunday for shots; which is amazing!!

Avoid this place like the plague the doctor doesn't know what he is talking about I got scammed out of 170 bucks and my cat is still in pain what a joke

Hope has taken care of the most minor issues up to humane euthanasia for my dog with a tumor obstruction.

We have been coming to Hope for several years, and have had 4 of our dogs cared for here. We have been through two euthanasia visits for our elderly doggos, and two puppies that are loved by this facility. This is hands down the best place that we have ever had, and would highly recommend for any family with pets.

I drive from Locust Grove to go to this place. I trust these guys to handle anything and have been using them for 6 years. Absolutely fantastic veterinarian office.

I've been taking my dogs here for several years now and absolutely love them. The staff is always friendly and Dr. Ahmad is amazing. Always ready to discuss any concerns you may have and explains everything in detail. Also the fact that they are open every day is very convenient.

So we originally saw Dr.Ahmad when we first moved here over 6 yrs ago Our GSD had anxiety about going to the vet so we decided to get a mobile vet. We had noticed some changes in our GSD and our mobile vet came to check in on her. She was diagnosed with cancer but we chose to try and let her live out her best life. Sadly her conditioned worsened. We talked with our mobile vet and she was completely booked(which we understood due to the snow we had received she had to reschedule her appointments) I reached out to Hope Animal Hospital and they were nothing but compassionate and accommodating. We took our baby girl in on a Sunday so she could cross the Rainbow Bridge. They allowed my family to come in and say our goodbyes. We chose to have her ashes returned to us which we received in a week. Today we received a card from the office with Dannis paw print and a note from the whole staff. I truly appreciate everything Dr. Ahmad and his staff did.

We love Dr. Ahmad and the staff at Hope. He saved our dog before and answered his phone extremely late in the night when we had an emergency question about caring for our pet. I would not dream of taking my dog anywhere else.

Dr. Ahmad is such a gifted vet. Our two Persian cats have been going to him since they were kittens. One of my cats had a unique situation and he was very supportive. You can tell he truly cares about our pets. He has always gone above and beyond for my cats. He knows what he is going. Highly recommend!

Do yourself a favor and show up 45 mins later than the appointment time you booked or you’ll be sitting outside for that long as you can’t wait in lobby . Otherwise good service.
