Dr Rice and the team at Towne is by far the best Veterinarian clinic we have worked with. Highly recommend Towne Animal Clinic.

I would have liked to be able to go in with my dog for our first visit. I understand Covid precautions and their usage, however I believe a policy that was instituted that very day could’ve been bent for someone who could prove vaccination and masked; however they were very nice and the doctor seemed very sincere with her care and conversation over the phone.

All the doctors and staff at Towne Animal Clinic are empathic, caring, and responsive to the owners concerns and the pet’s symptoms. Also, they will advise what procedure or approach the pet truly needs. I HIGHLY recommend!!

I’ve never had a bad experience with Towne Animal Clinic ! They are the BEST of the BEST! They care about their customers. I drive over an hour to get to them and I will continue to because of how wonderful they are ! Highly recommend!

Dr. Rice is so kind and knowledgeable. Not only does he follow up with a phone call at home to give detailed results and instructions he also sends an email with a complete description of his findings and recommendations. The technician that met us at the door as well as the front desk staff also are very kind and professional. Very pleased.

Towne is a wonderful place for your pets. Dr. Rice is extremely thorough during exams and explains everything in detail. He always provides multiple options if possible. You never feel rushed. My pets love going to the vet and I know it's because of the kind and professional care that they get from Dr. Rice and all of the staff there. Dr. Rice has been taking care of my pets since 1998 and I am truly lucky to have found such a talented and compassionate veterinarian. The staff at Towne treat your pets like you would treat them! You seriously can't find a better place. Kudos to all the staff there for being amazing!

It was a very nice and great customer service

I was able to get my dog, Lily, in on the same day that I called as she was unwell. Dr. Rice did a thorough assessment and Lily is already feeling better with antibiotics in her and eye drops. Much appreciated!

Staff are all very friendly as well as kind & compassionate, even toward animals that are not cooperative/well behaved in their office.

My dog was having bad diarrhea, and I was looking for vets in the area and I found Towne. After reading the reviews I called, and not only were the able to get us in on the same day, but the receptionist was so friendly! When we came in later we had to wait some time, due to an emergency. Everyone was very apologetic and we were continuously acknowledged. The visit was discounted since we had to wait, which was very much appreciated. My boyfriend and I both got to go back with our dog, and they provided us masks since we did not have them. Our puppy was with us as well, and they allowed her to come back too. Dr.Wade did amazing and was so kind and helpful. We brought our puppy back for her first exam and shots yesterday, and not only did we receive a puppy packet containing lots of detailed information, but Dr.Wade gave us full disclosure as to what was necessary and what wasn’t regarding shots and preventatives. Everything has been very decently/fair priced, and we will continue to take our dogs here!! Definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a good vet in the area!

I took my dog over that clinic (it was my first time) and they offer me a different test and medication, well the test were done not knowing was I will be charge for, they charge for everything and the price of the medication were a lot more from the same medication online, Walmart or pet store, they need to let the customer that what will be charge for and if they would like to do that

Dr. Barker (really!) has been our vet for our last dog and now our new shelter dog. She has always given us good advice and has a good manner with the dogs. And the dogs seem to like her!

I'm disappointed in the service I received. I've heard only good things, but then I brought my puppy in last week because he had had diarrhea for a couple of days. I called my primary vet, Banfield, in Petsmart, but they had no appointments. I had a standing appointment with them, but it wasn't until this week, and I felt it was too long to wait for him to be seen. The office/tech staff were lovely, and the Dr. was also nice. The Dr. gave me a stool kit to collect my puppy's stool at home and then mail it in. I sent the kit the next day, Wednesday. Today is Tuesday of the following week. The day of my Banfield appointment. I called Towne Animal Clinic to find out the results because they had not called me. They had not called me to check on Max, nor had they called with the results. So I called them only to find out that they did not have the results. Today, at Banfield, they were able to tell me exactly why my puppy, Max, has been having diarrhea for a long time. He has giardia and another parasite. All this time, I should have had Max on antibiotics. He has been suffering all this time. If Towne Animal Clinic could test on-site, I wouldn't have wasted the trip or the money on my visit. Today, Banfield provided me with all the medication (antibiotics) Max needs to recover. Like I said, very disappointing.

This Vet service takes special care of my kitties. Dr. Rice is the best!

I have had several pets over the past 15 years and all have been patients of this practice. They provide great service and are responseive.

Friendly staff, clean environment, Dr. Rice is a thoughtful, caring veterinarian. I appreciate his thoroughness and attentiveness to my dog's health. The front desk is also professional.

I would give even a like, I took my cat for a simple digestive issue not just they didn’t help but still they said I have a balance for a service they didn’t do and when a new vet asked for my cat’s previous records they didn’t want to send them bc this fake “balance “. Worst “animal hospital “ ever!!!

All the staff and providers are Towne Animal Clinic take their time to listen and properly evaluate and treat our dogs. They always present multiple treatment options and help us find the right plan that works for us and our dogs. They are always very respectful of my dogs boundaries and work with us to ensure a successful visit for our one very fearful dog.

Towne Animal Clinic has been a safe haven for our pets. The best doctors the best staff and the best care. We have been coming here for 10 years now. I don’t want to move out of the area because I know I’ll never be able to find another animal hospital that can live up to Towne. (No pressure there) All of the Doctors are wonderful but Dr. Rice has been our go to. We can’t thank Towne enough for taking care of our kids ????‍⬛ ????

I took my dog in there couple of months ago because of a limp. I called around and this place took her in the very next morning. I couldn't go in with her due to covid restrictions .. but the vet (sorry do not remember her name) she kept in contact through the whole time. I had also asked if possible.. to cut her nails (she doesn't allow me to do it) . When she was finally done (longest 2 hours of my life) and we went to get her. Kennedy came walking out carrying my 90lbs trouble dog.. she had nicely trimmed nails and was happy (which usually doesn't happen if she is away from us) I told my hubs (we now live hour and half away) that I wanted to keep them as her vet.. and he agreed .. Frigg and I will be back ❤❤
