You will be greeted warmly by every employee at Old Mill, it was like seeing old friends, though we had not been in before. Every room we saw was sparkling clean. Everyone we met was efficient and completely focused on my cat and her needs. I brought my cat in for our first appointment with Dr. Plant, to get kitty's vaccine updates, and was pleased to find that cats get a yearly dose instead of the 3-year dog dose. Much better for kitties! Dr. Plant was amazing with our stressed cat, taking the time to talk gently and cuddle her close while she took vitals, assessed her health and gave her vaccines. I am so impressed--kitty was calm and normal as soon as we got home--she didn't play hard-to-pet as a little payback. You and your pets will love it here, too!

I am a receptionist from Florida who called to request records. Miss Leila was professional and had a welcoming, friendly tone. I also appreciated how she forwarded the records (by sending 2 different attachments instead of bundling everything in one email). Never in my 3 years working within this field have i been informed of the charts size and positive attributes of the patient and owner. :-)

Best there is, has been a rough year with the pets and they have been reassuring and comforting all the time, and I have multiple dogs.

I have been coming to Old Mill Hospital for about 12 months for my senior dog’s care. My dog is NOT an easy patient and I can be a worrier about how even short appointments leave him feeling traumatized. While all of the staff at the clinic has always treated me and my dog with kindness and patience, Dr. Judy Bardsley goes above and beyond every time she has worked with us. She always presents me with all of the facts and options and she never leaves me in a position of feeling guilty when I need time to consider finances or what is best for my senior dog’s quality of life. Dr. Bardsley kindly gives me updates over the phone about how my dog is coping during his exams which really helps put me at ease. These small details make a HUGE impact after years of being discouraged and facing judgement from previous veterinarians for my dog’s behavior and my own financial constraints. We are so happy at Old Mill!

We used the groomer services from Old mill and were very happy. Brittany came highly recommended and she did a great job with our little 5 month Shichon puppy. He looked adorable. Will try to use their other services in the future.

The experience was amazing from the time we left our beautiful babies to the day we picked them up from getting back from California.we got all sorts of notes on things they loved and how they did each day. They came out so happy and excited. The grooming service was fantastic. My wife and I were very pleased and would trust them with our dogs any time.thanks again for the wonderful experience.

Old Mill Veterinary Hospital is exceptional. They have incredible veterinarians, wonderful vet techs, and an immaculate facility.
