We thought we were fortunate that they would take our dog in a few weeks ago. They had him for 48 hours and it was over $3200. They never really figured out what was wrong with him. He was only a little better when we brought him home and then he came down with MRSA that he almost certainly got there. I would find any other place to take your pet!

Please if possible avoid this place at all cost. They are money grabbers that move on from your pet when they don’t know what to do. We took our Baby girl in for Emergency care for something they admittedly missed in a 2020 Xray. 6,000 dollars later and a damaged Baby girl, they dumped her in our lap with syringes to get her home if she had a seizure. Then Management called my wife and I liars when we called them out for their mistakes. I also got falsified reports for a consultation that hasn’t take place. These people if you can call them that. Have no shame. They will create a narrative to prove they didn’t mess up.

They were fantastic at finding out what was wrong with our car and let us really say goodbye to him in a very caring and loving way. They are so professional and loving people we will never forget their kindness and how much they treated our baby like their own. It was the hardest thing to do but they helped us through the process.

Just wanna thank The Lifecentre for being so kind and thoughtful while we had to say our goodbye to our baby. They let us have as much time as we needed to spend with him til it was time. It was our first family dog and it was a tough day for all of us but Lifecentre was there for us the whole time. Thank you for everything and we highly recommend anyone with a pet to bring them here!

Had to bring our goldendoodle in for swallowing a pair of underwear. It was late Friday night and every emergency vet we called said they were at max capacity. A very kind woman who answered the phone at Life Center told us she could fit us in and we were so grateful! We arrived and they quickly saw us, assessed the situation, and safely induced vomiting. The entire staff was extremely nice and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this vet!

Lisa helped me stay calm during our emergency with our 4 pound Maltese. The staff was friendly and thorough during everything. Highly recommended for their emergency services!

Their cardiologist Dr Welter saved my dog's life. Fantastic staff , best in this Area.

The LifeCenter has an excellent group of veternarian medicine professionals. In particular was Dr. Mary Buelow. Our cat had a dental operation on a Friday. She gave us her personal email, so that she could be reached over the weekend, it case anything came up. And it did. Excellent professionals and exceptional service.

Excellent service and they saved my cutie Dixie and I appreciate it greatly! Amazing service and excellent tummy rubs . I live a hour away and I have let them know numerous times. We schedule appointments all the time and they ask for a time to be put down to see ur pet or to pick them up but when u arrive u always have to wait in the parking lot for atleast 30 mins and up. I don’t get the purpose of making appointments if they are never ready when they have u schedule it.

No wait time for emergency after hours when other Vet ERs had waits of 6 hours or more. Very knowledgeable, fully explained everything without rushing. Accurate cost estimate. Great care.

We always receive the best care from the vets and all of the staff for our pooches.

The ER was able to see our senior cat within half an hour on a Saturday, even though they were swamped. They’d even asked for us to send photos of her injury ahead of time so they could advise us whether or not to bring her to them. She got the best care and we’re grateful she was able to be treated by them. We’ve used the ER before for our senior dog. We always know our animals are in the best hands. Docs, techs, and all staff communicate well and are very thorough. We have also been very impressed by their cardiology, internal medicine, and physical therapy departments. They have given us many more quality years with our cancer fighting cat and dog with heart issues. They’ve truly partnered with us to extend the lives of our animals, while ensuring their comfort. The PT docs and staff provide care you can’t get anywhere else. I’d recommend it for anyone whose dog is not just dealing with an injury but also arthritis, the earlier the better. It’s worth every dollar.

Always very caring and tender allowing the Pet's owners time both before and after their pet has crossed the bridge. They also take excellent care of pets when they're ill and allow you to spend time with your pet if they're hospitalized. They're very reassuring and comforting when the time comes for your pet to cross the Rainbow Bridge.

good place if you have a pet emergency after hours, just be prepared for the bill that comes with. Staff was all very friendly and they have helped my dog through 2 emergencies.

Professional and compassionate. I had to take my beloved cat to the er on Tuesday morning. I was seen immediately (due to covid, someone came to my car and took my cat inside). I was advised of wait times and given updates via phone calls. My cat was experiencing breathing problems, so they ensured he was comfortable during his stay with oxygen and a steroid. The vet was upfront in stating she suspected cancer was the culprit, and she put together a plan and an estimate cost for me. The team worked hand in hand with the cardiologist and oncology. My baby has indeed been diagnosed with cancer. However, the vets were all very kind and spent lots of time on the phone with me as I sobbed hysterically. We came up with a chemo schedule, medicine, and plans to optimize quality of life. I went from nearly losing my best friend to having a plan. TLC has given me hope that my cat and I will have time together. I cannot say enough good things about their nurses, reception staff, and everyone working there. Bless you all.

Very pleasant experience. With the pandemic a tech. will come to your car to get your pet and information. You wait in your car , then the vet will call you and tell you what their diagnosis is. The vet was pleasant and let you ask as many questions you needed. The cost wasn't as bad as I thought.

Dr. McKoy and the rest of the hard working overnight staff were very friendly and helpful during our emergency with our dog Annabelle. Very thankful to have had their kindness, patience, and expertise last night.

Short wait in the car for the cat to be returned

I had bad experiences with my dog . AND I had the worse experience with my cat . The assistant came Crying ( not sure if she was faking or not )telling me that my cat will die if I dont leave my cat to them . She give me to two options to pay almost 4k ( includes cardiology fee for consultation) or put him to sleep for free. I dont trust them I make a decision to take my cat somewhere. Next day animal control came to my house saw my cat in good condition and left. I took my cat to Hope Advanced Veterinary Center very and reston animales center very professional and I trush them .

Very professional. Center was extremely busy and Dr. McCorkle took the time to keep me up-to-date and answer any question I had. Entire staff extremely nice and helpful - from reception/in-take through surgery/procedure. Highly recommend should you need emergency care for your pet.
