If I could leave 0 stars I would! I paid more than $70 for this?!! I deliberately asked the groomer NOT to touch her ears! She has this uneven piece just chopped off on one ear, I am LIVID! I asked for her NOT to be shaven down and she was. I cannot believe they returned my dog looking like this! She looked a million times better before her haircut. I had a wonderful experience before with Tiffany but she was not in today so they assigned Emmanuel for her grooming. I chose the holiday package which included a bandanna, did not receive one. It also included cinnamon spritz which would have her coming out smelling of Christmas and she does not! I paid for that service and did not receive it! My husband picked her up so I just saw her when she got home, I have called them and there has been no answer. I will never take my dog here again if they will do whatever they want and not follow what has been asked for. Save your money and don’t put your pet through such a horrendous haircut! I would have done a much better job! Update: I took her back to try to fix it since Christmas is this Saturday. Will was very helpful and apologetic. He tried to even out the horrible cut. I truly appreciate him but there was not much he could do. I did not receive a refund and am very unhappy with the entire situation.

We needed aquarium supplies and really liked the way the store was set up. It was very neat and clean. We weren't able to get exactly what we wanted, but we made it work. We wanted decor for our aquarium, but almost all of the ones that were for sale were to sharp or rough which certain fish, like the Betta, shouldn't have as it can tear their fins. Other than that, we love this location. Very nice store!

Great place to get pet supplies and a vet check up or pet vaccines on the weekends(sat-sun) with Vetco services. Very friendly and helpful staff. You can also get discounts on pet prescriptions and other pet products if you order online for delivery, repeat delivery or pickup. Save a buck and some time! Order online.

The staff there is always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean. It is just a nice shopping experience.

Very nice attentive staff and lots of items for sale.

Went to ask questions about a project I want to undertake and Duncan took time to explain everything I need to know. Petco has a lot of brochures and pamphlets to help educate people. I was impressed. There is a grooming section for your pets, and an adoption box with beautiful kittens. Highly recommended.

Petco has a very good inventory and the prices are not overly inflated and the staff is very friendly and ready to help, they come up to you and ask if you need help.

The groomer associate, I believe his name is Tim and the store manager, Chris have extremely poor customer service skills. Every time I go to Petco it’s always some sort of issue or an excuse. Chris is an awful example of leader and should be removed immediately. My pup and I will not return there to get any type of service. Keep it up guys and you won’t have a job to return too. I’ll be sure to support our local groomers moving forward.

It's a pleasure to shop at your store. Employers are great! When I need help with a heavy bag of dog food, it's carried to the register, and then carried out to my car. Emmanuel grooms are golden doodle, and is great guy to work with. He is a pro, and our pup loves him. You guys are the BEST !!!!

Very expensive on all products. Also good luck trying to get into the “grooming” department without a appointment. You cannot make a appointment for dog nail trimming online. But they will happily accept your money for the “care” service ($20/month) that accepts unlimited walk-in nail trimmings. Just be aware when you get there they will judge you based on appearance & not help you. I once stood in line for a hour & had to ask one of the many unintelligent workers for assistance (AKA- Employee CHRIS) & they still didn’t help me. After the 4th time of not receiving service for my dog, I had to start cutting my dogs nails myself. Very rude employees; terrible service. My dog does not deserve that.

Petco is the only place I know of that carries Sustainably Yours cat litter, which is the best litter I have ever found!

The Staff treat us as family. The know us as soon as we come in. Also the store condition is Excellent. The store is always clean and organized. The Prices are great. Thank you for the staff and keep them going.
