I really love bringing my rabbits to Dr. Long. She and the staff are very caring and knowledgeable about them and love seeing them. I bring them once a month for nails and revolution since it's by weight, and my make rabbit was neutered by Dr Long. She will be spaying our female at the beginning of the year

They do good vet work, but I have never scheduled an appointment and THEM not be AT LEAST 20 minutes behind. If you schedule an appointment, be ready for them to see you a half hour late

Very nice group of folks. Also help with wildlife when not getting paid for it. To me, that makes them both exceptional and shows their compassion for all animals.

We love them! They have treated us so well at every turn. When our pet pig fell ill they treated us with so much care and compassion, and helped us make the tough decision to put her to sleep when we had to.

I give Animal Care of Gloucester 10/10!! I have had animals my entire life and never have been a part of a vet as good as this one! They have always been super accommodating with emergencies, prices are reasonable, and staff is AMAZING! I will never take my animals anywhere else!!! Highly recommend!

Dr.DeAngelis was thorough and listened carefully to me. She talked through her thought process regarding my pet’s care so I knew what to expect. The staff was friendly and professional. I am so happy to have found a place that values their patients. Thank you!!

The doctors and staff are the most awesome, caring, supportive, dedicated, and professional caretakers of your furry family member. They will do everything possible to keep them healthy and happy. I recommend all of the vets in the practice without reservation.

What an amazing Vet office. SO my puppy is only 4 months old and we had not gotten her a permanent Veterinarian yet. The previous owner gave first round of shots and we were waiting for her to turn 6 months to get the rest of her shots and to also be fixed. However our lil knuckle ripped her toenail and they took us right in!!! From the front desk to the doctor explaining everything in detail and answering all of my 500 questions!!! THEY WERE ALL SO AMAZING!!! So kind and my knuckle loved all of them!! Thanks so much for taking awesome care of my baby!!!!

First time appointment and for sure is the last . Didn’t have a chance to meet the vets and technicians so I have no input on that. The attendant that took my cats for vaccine was nice and listened to my questions and answered them when She got back with them. Front desk leaves you waiting 30 minutes before even checking you in , when it does , “FORGETS” to give you the paperwork to sign and check in …. Then makes you wait 30 more minutes…. Do give credits to the lady that check me out , she was respectful and apologized. When I called to cancel my appointment after finding a new place for other consultation had to wait a whole lot on the phone…. So not sure if they didn’t had their Stuff together just today or if always like that but not coming back to find out after first impression…

We couldn't appreciate this clinic more than we do today. Had an emergency come up with our dog and they took her in right away to make sure she was okay.

Every time I have taken a pet to be seen at Animal Care of Gloucester , I have Received courtesy and kind service . My pets have been well treated and communication with the Doctors has been professional and helpful.

We absolutely LOVE Animal Care of Gloucester. The Drs and staff take such great care of our kitties and pups, like they're their own. It's so nice to receive follow up calls to check on them and responsive to calls, emails and texts. They're amazing!

First time here and the place was exceptional..the check in, and check out process was fantastic.Dr.Verderame was great..She was very detailed and took her time when discussing our GSD'S issues and follow up care..Staff was very kind , efficient and helpful.

I didn’t realize until we got there that we had to wait in the car while our pet went in for his visit and unfortunately I wasn’t told before we got there so I had an interesting time keeping my 18 month old busy in the car while we waited. (If you take your kids, take things for them to do while you wait!)This was our first time taking our dog here and he was taken well care of from what I could tell. They were able to quickly help him with a medical issue he was having. Hopefully the next time we go back we won’t have to wait in the car ????
