Beautiful setting affordable pricing for boarding and pet services. The staff are friendly and caring. Our Lexy was happy and well taken care of.

This Kennel had a Kennel Cough epidemic. I have given this place a 5 star in the past. However new staffing and bad employee attitude has taken over this kennel. I have an older dog. The one employee who walks him has pressured and hinted to me in the past that I should euthanize my beloved dog. The other employee with the short and purple hair wrote me an email stating that I should immediately pick up my dog because he had loss of Bladder control. The vet checked him out and cleared him of any issues. These worthless lazy employees develop lies and drama as an excuse to not take care of your animal. He is in good condition but his lack of care here by certain employees has given him diarrhea. Food comes back unfed at times and meds are not given. Any denials here won't work. I know who these worthless, Lazy employees are. I really liked this place until I was starting to get pressure to euthanize my beloved fur child.....

This is the first time we have returned from a vacation and our dog (Bruno) has not been so upset and stressed that we have to cope with his diarrhea and anxiety for weeks. Although he was happy to see us, he was not as disturbed by our absence as he has been in the past. Thank you for taking good care of our guy.

I am trying to not come from a place of anger while writing this. My husband and I left our two dogs in the care of this pet resort from July 2nd to July 6th. Upon drop off we were not informed of an upper respiratory infection that had caused them to close their daycare services and weren’t informed until the day after when I called because one of my dogs was sick. When we picked up our dogs on the 6th the first thing we were greeted with was a giant infected sore on our German Shepherds face. The woman who brought them out to us then proceeded to ask if it was there when we dropped off and when we told her no she nonchalantly said oh well she must have rubbed her face on something. Irritated we left, our entire drive home our dogs were heavily panting and as soon as they got in our home the proceed to drink two bowls of water. About an hour after getting them home our lab was hacking and spitting up mucus, we immediately were scared and got a hold of our vet. The next day we were informed it was kennel cough from our vet and that we were the 12th case to come from this resort within the week and that they had informed the kennel of the outbreak before we checked our dogs in. The next day our German Shepherd also began to show signs of kennel cough. I am sitting here writing this review with two sick dogs that I have been up with for the last 4 nights. The resort told us nothing until we called and informed them our dogs were sick and started asking questions. They never called us though having all of our information to tell us our German Shepherd was injured in some way and didn’t notice that it had become infected. The pictures I’m sharing are the day we brought her home and it was already scabbed. They ask us for our vets information and make us sign something stating if something is to happen to our animals that they reserve the right to take them to the vet and we are to cover the bill. Instead of informing and honestly noticing at all this turned into infection and two more cases of kennel cough. I am livid. I will never bring my dogs back. I urge anyone that had their animals there during the time period we had our dogs there to get your animals checked out.

The pet resort was great. We were able to book last minute to have our morkie spend the night while we visited Great Wolf. They treated him wonderfully.

We live in Colorado and had to find a place to board our dogs while we were staying in the Williamsburg area. Setting everything up long distance is never fun, especially when you are going into it sight unseen, but the staff at Pet Resort at Greensprings helped us through the whole process of getting the appropriate records and notes to them. The staff was great and our dogs came back to us bathed and happy after a week. Very nice, clean facilities. Recommend highly.

I can’t say enough good about Pet Resort At Greensprings and their staff. You have to earn our trust before we will let you care for our pups and they have definitely earned our trust. They cared for our four pups and the grand-kitty during our 10 day vacation. We received updates, including texts and a picture, while the crew was there. These updates were not the generic “they’re doing good” updates but detailed updates about our crew, correctly identifying their personalities and quirks. I gave the Pet Resort 5 stars and I would give them 10 if I could.

Recently boarded my dog for a few months and every time I called I was told how good he was doing and that everyone loved him. After picking him up I could tell he was well cared for and had made many new friends amongst the staff. Will be my go to boarding facility for the future.

This is by far the best pet boarding service we have ever gone to! The people were so friendly and accommodating. We were so impressed with their boarding service that we have started using them for their grooming services as well. Amazing services they provide for my ‘little guy’ (ie 83lbs puppy) - always great quality service and they always tire him out (in a GREAT way). Highly recommend!

Pets get tons of playtime and they evaluated our pets for compatability types better than any pet daycare we have ever been to. It was a great choice for us, but they might want to do a better job at sanitizing the front room which always smelled and this is avoidable

My puppy was really scared the first time he had to go get his nails clipped. The ladies at the resort were very patient with him and apparently he loves them because he is always excited to go back!

We stopped off to see a bit of Williamsburg. Since some areas didn't allow pets we chose this facility to watch our dog since it was near our campground and saw some favorable reviews online. The place was well organized and day one of two was dedicated to see if our dog was ok to be with other dogs. After bonding with a couple of handlers he was let in with the other dogs on day two. Both days he came home nice and tired which is what we had hoped for. We would gladly return should we be back in town on another stay.

My family has used Greensprings for our yearly weeklong, summer boarding for about 6-8 years - we are on our second dog with them. The prices are reasonable, every one has always been really kind, and they're easy to schedule whether on the phone or online. I have lived in Nashville for about 3 years now and my parents are still in Williamsburg. I still board my dog, Kaya, at Greensprings when going on the family vacation versus leaving her somewhere in Nashville. Despite generally going once a year, Kaya still runs inside - I think she remembers the place! This past visit last week, I signed her up for a grooming (her stay was one day under the required bath, which I think is a great practice, for what it's worth) and it honestly is the best grooming I think she has gotten in her almost 6 years of life. She looks so clean, brushed, PERFECTLY trimmed, and smells great! I will always bring Kaya to Greensprings when given the chance or need.

Staff was very friendly and took great care of my puppy. I will definitely be taking him back there. Great job!

Today was our second day for half day doggie daycare and sadly, it will be our last. Because I work from home, the only interest we had in having our puppy at this facility was to interact with other dogs and run her energy out. I called two times prior to enrolling her and spoke with a woman, I believe her name was Jessica? I inquired about schedules and emphasized that even if the half day schedule included some crate time, we would pay the entire amount, but I wanted to be made aware of ONLY the times the dogs were out and running. This way, I could ensure I only dropped our puppy off when she would be out and running. I was told specifically the afternoon was from 1-6. I was even told about the midday break for staff and dogs from 11am-1pm. Sounds great, right? We decided to take our dog at 1pm. Today (day 2 at camp, day 1 of playing after the initial evaluation day), I decided to go pick her up early at 4:40. I asked if I could go observe her playing to see if she was having a good time and to my dismay, I was told she was already in her kennel for the day. WHAT!? I asked why and was told that they bring the dogs in at 4:45 for the day to kennel. Issue 1) it was not yet 4:45. Issue 2) I specifically asked about kennel times and was told directly that they were out from 1-6. The woman at the desk apologized and she said she didn’t know where I got this information from. I understand people choose dog daycares for all reasons and that the staff absolutely needs breaks. However, we chose this place for playtime only.The issue I have is that someone misrepresented and lied about scheduling to entice me as a client. Was my puppy ever outside or did she stay crated the entire time? I don’t know and won’t ever know. The extra puppy treat I paid for... did she get it? No clue! I will NOT be recommending this place to anyone simply for the fact that you truly don’t know what you’re getting or what schedule they choose to follow on any given day.

I really like this place, even though per night, it’s more expensive than my mortgage. My dog seems to like it, in as much as he seems happy when I get back. The more I come here though, the more I wonder if it’s because he’s happy to be leaving. Twice now they have lost one of his chew toys and as with another dog owner in the reviews, we got home and he couldn’t get enough water. Really makes me wonder how much he drank when there. I asked for his nails to be trimmed, and they were...barely. That’s fine, but I was hoping for a little more attention to that. When I dropped him off, I left a bag of treats to be given to him when he was being a good dog. I have done this twice and both times, staff informed me the treats were all gone. This last time I was told it’s because my dog is a picky eater. That’s pretty unhealthy and unacceptable. Treats are not to be fed to a dog like that. Completely erases what little training I have been able to accomplish, not to mention the damage to his digestive constitution. I heard there’s an ap where you can find dog sitters. Ill do that next time, I think.

I take my dog here for grooming. He’s been a problem child since I got him. The place I took him to before kept him all day just got a haircut. I love the groomer her. She’s so good with him, and I’ve never been disappointed.

My dog enjoys going to dog day camp. He gets to run off a lot of his energy that a puppy has. He recently stayed the night in their boarding services. Well taken care of. Will continue to use.

Clean great pet resort with helpful friendly staff!

I was very skeptical about boarding my lab anywhere. Considering he is a senior dog and has never been boarded. The staff here reassured me that he will be taken care of and all he needs would be met. In fact they were! When I pick him up after work, he seems to want to stay there a bit longer. Thank y’all for everything and I will continue bring Harley on a weekly basis.

I recommend this place for boarding. They took very good care of our dog Zoe!

we requested that our dog not be shaved or his hair cut. Request was not met and the groomer cut him with a razor in two places on his stomach. We went back and they offered to give us back the tip we left for the groomer... "no sorry we didn't do as requested".

My dog is shy and has not been boarded in years. The staff was very kind and sensitive to Bailey's needs. Anytime I called to check on him they gave me an update. I felt very comforted and did not have to worry. We will be back!

This facility is wonderful! We have used them twice now while we are in Williamsburg at our time share, it makes boarding our dogs worry free! The best part is they give them a bath and they come home smelling great! ????????

After confirming our reservation and reassuring us that our Ginger would be welcomed, they refused service on a technicality. I don't know if it was really a bread issue (she a warm, strong and friendly Pit bull mix, that was so excited about her first overnight stay) If it was my business, I would be thorough when reserving a room so that people from out of town aren't caught in a situation where there is no where else and have to possibly cancel their trip! It was su h a beautiful place, that didn't properly share their policies and procedures before accepting a request for boarding. Up front declarations can save time,money, and anxiety.
