Seneca Hill Animal Hospital and Pet Resort is a great facility. They offer excellent veterinary care and superior boarding and animal care. I have used most of their services and find them outstanding. Their medical staff in the hospital are well trained, knowledgeable and all every helpful. The Vets are caring and work together to provide the most up to date care. This is a clean, modern practice and I highly recommend them.

My dog, Teddy, has developed some advanced-age problems, and Dr. Newland recently did a thorough exam and explained in detail the lab results and her own findings. I felt confident that Teddy was in very capable hands and will return to her when further age-related problems arise. I trust Seneca Hill Animal Hospital and will recommend this veterinary hospital to friends and neighbors.

Why if you don’t treat the illness and miss diagnose , I have to bring him again and again and get charged every time $85 ? I don’t think it is fair . If you have money to waste go to this place . I will not any more.

They take great care of my basset hound, Norm. Very easy to schedule and coordinate with, they've made good adjustments to keep everyone safe during COVID, and always call to follow up on Norm after an appointment or procedure.

They are incredibly courteous here and provide very attentive follow up. After a visit they always call to see how your pet is doing. I had an appointment with Dr. Ludwig today and he was super thorough and clearly up to date with the latest evidence based practice. He took a lot of time explaining everything. The only thing to be aware of is that they are expensive. But this is a situation where you get what you pay for. The care and customer service are exceptional.

We have been bringing our pets here for years and they are wonderful. Dr. Ludwig is a fantastic vet and the techs are wonderful. We have also had extremely good experiences when boarding our fur kids too. Highly recommend.

I've been taking my two cats here to see Dr. Ludwig since 2012. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and the medical team is top-notch. The facility is clean with a spacious waiting area that provides separation between dogs and cats.

Seneca Hill Resort and Spa is a great place for your beloved pets. Everyone who works there is invested in making your pet feel cared for and pampered. My mini schnauzer has attended daycare and has been boarded there because he is so well taken care of.

We've been taking our family pets to Seneca for well over a decade. Now that I have a family of my own, taking my own pets to Seneca was the obvious choice. The doctors and techs all show a tremendous level of care, kindness, and knowledge. I continue to recommend Seneca to all who are looking for the very best in veterinary care.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Seneca Hill. We have been taking our dogs to the Vets and resort for years. It's comforting to know that our pets are well cared for, which allows for us to enjoy ourselves when we are away from home. Having a resort and hospital combined is a real plus! The resort is spacious and clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Rude Staff. I was dropping off my dog for an emergency plane flight as my mother was dying. They were much more concerned with filling out a form on a dog that had been there a lot and very recently then ensuring that I made my flight. Just rude, no ability to be empathetic - and it's not the first time. It's a young staff with an its "all about me" attitude.

They have cared for our dogs for many years, and we have always been happy with the care.

Beautiful facility with friendly staff

My pups and I are brand new clients, as I just added two puppies to our family, and wanted to take them to the very best veterinarians, boarding facility, and an all encompassing place for my two little guys! They are brothers, and we saw Dr. Ludwig, who was amazing!!! They loved him, loved the staff, and had no fear, as they were pampered with treats, love, and he, and the other staff, all are on the same page to make sure they are happy there. As puppies, they are already so excited! I brought them back for something, after their first appointment, vaccinations, etc., and they were so excited to be there again! Now, that was a first for me to witness any pet wanting to go to the vet! :). Dr. Ludwig was extremely knowledgable, and was so good with them. As a "new mommy" to these pups, I had so many questions, and he answered them thoroughly, and patiently. Excellent bedside manner with my little guys, and their Mama! :). I have been dealing with the entire staff there, including the resort side, and I love how they are all about positive reinforcement with our "babies", and also with their parents! :). Thank you Seneca Hill! You are not only the best facility I have been to, but you all are so so good to your furry friends, and their humans!!! Love this place, and so do my little guys!!! :).
