Every time I come to the office, I feel very important and know that my dog is going to get the best care!

I have used Springfield Veterinary center for about 20 years and trust the practice for all our furry loved ones needs! They have shown compassion at our pets end of life and professional expertise through out their lives that has always provided us the comfort that they are getting the very best medical care.

My cousin FAMILY Dog was killed at this facility yesterday, Dec 13th!! She came in for 3year rabies shot and within an HOUR.. Dead Dog! She was a very healthy dog prior to visit. The facility refused to refund money. Now our family is without a fury member at the hands of Springfield Vet????. The kids are heart broken.

The staff at Springfield Veterinary Center is always friendly and knowledgeable.

We have been trusting Springfield Veterinary Center to care for our pets for over 20 years. We wouldn't take our pets anywhere else! The entire staff (veterinarians, veterinary techs, receptionists, etc.) cares for every pet AND the pet owner(s)! The vets at SVC go above an beyond on a daily basis to care for each client.

Caring, professional, responsive and good to work with. The doctors are tops, the rest of the staff is same. Have worked with them over the years with great success.

Helpful and friendly staff helping me take care of my aging large breed dog and also our Italian Greyhound. Very helpful when there are sudden issues, thankful for this vet practice.

I have known Dr. Escobar for 30 years. Dr Scotti almost that long. I love these doctors and have taken many fur babies to them over the years! They are excellent!

Dr. Scotti, Dr. Escobar, and Terry, along with their caring staff have helped me navigate every health challenge with each of my 4 dogs that have been in their care. They will take the time to listen and communicate with you - it is a partnership. I've had some bad experience with other vets in the past which is why I feel so confident that my much loved dogs were always getting the best care possible.

I made an appointment for my 7 month old pup for PennHIP x-rays. This was my first experience with Springfield Vet Center and I was totally impressed. The facility is clean and well kept, the staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Escobar explained the procedure clearly to me so I knew exactly what to expect. Because of my experience, I have considered transferring my primary care to Springfield even though I live 45 minutes away,

The vets at Springfield are second to none. They are extremely knowledgeable, more so than any vets I have seen within 100 miles. They always take a great deal of time to explain everything about your dog's checkup, testing and necessary treatment. They make sure that every question you have is answered. I use them for reproductive purposes and their prowess is phenomenal. The office is immaculate and the staff is extremely professional and helpful. Dr. Escobar even gave me his cell phone number to contact him when one of my dogs was pregnant. I have been using the practice for about 20 years, so they have been there for me through every stage of the lives of my dogs. They have been calm and offered completely solid advice and assistance in time of emergency. They have been available when I had puppies that would not nurse. They have helped me when I have had behavior problems with my dogs. And most importantly, they have been beside me, supporting me every minute when I had to tell one of my beautiful babies goodbye. I am also impressed that they remain one of the few veterinary practices that has not sold out to corporate lines where the only real emphasis is on the bottom line. There are at least 20 vet clinics within 15 minutes of where I live. But, I drive 40 minutes so that my dogs can get the care they deserve and I want for them. It is worth every minute.

Everyone at Springfield takes such great care of our animals, and they take great care of their owners too. They take the time to clearly explain everything that is happening, and answer any and all questions we have. It's clear they have a great rapport with the animals and are doing the best they can for them all the time. Thank you!

I have been bringing my pets to Springfield Veterinary Center for well over a decade. They always provide the best of care for every one of their pet patients. The front office staff is always friendly and quick with a smile. The veterinarians clearly love and care for the animals they treat.

Not professional. I called to make an appointment. They said that they are finally taking new patients. I was happy. Then they canceled my appointment saying they aren't taking new patients. Really? Shouldn't they have taken me since they made my appointment? Even if they messed up, they should have honored my appointment. Not cool!

We treat our dog, Mae, like a family member, not like a dog. At Springfield Veterinary Center they provide caring, professional services that duplicates that same family approach. From the intake staff, to the technicians, to the doctors, everyone is professional, caring, and, most of all, loving to our family member. Thank you everyone at Springfield Veterinary Center.

I feel Bella is in great hands with Dr Scotti and the staff at Springfield Veterinary Center. She recently had dental surgery. They took excellent care of her, answered all my questions and followed up the day after surgery. Our pets are family to most of us and I would not hesitate to recommend these veterinarians to all. Springfield Vet has been taking care of our two dogs for 12 years. We have had some big scares over the years and they are always very responsive. I know I can trust that they are getting the best care from the incredible staff which is a huge comfort.

We have been going to Springfield Vet Center for 3 years with our first dog. Whenever our dog has a need, the whole team has been great. The front office staff is always helpful and efficient with getting you information or a same day if needed. Dr. Kolster is patient and spends the time you need explaining situation. I always know our dog is in good hands with Springfield.

Springfield was able to work us in with only a few hours notice for a side by side breeding on our female, on the day after a holiday. Not only were they beyond accommodating, but the vet called me personally after the procedure and informed me of how it went and spent ample time to answer any questions I had. She also consulted about future visits to help ensure pregnancy and a healthy litter. Highly recommend!
