All of their animals look depressed except the hamsters. The staff seems to be effected by this and it reflects in their customer service at the til. I recommend they permit pet therapists to visit their store to comfort their animals.

I think Emily is smoking crack. This place is amazing i take my cat here all the time. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and handles all pets perfectly fine. Great selection of cat toys too!

The store is completely unreliable. Walked around for 10 minutes nobody asked if they could help me. They're out of the dog food I feed my dogs now for 3 to 4 weeks. Very unapologetic did not even offer to call another store to see if they had it in stock tried to get help from another employee they were too interested in writing one of the flat carts around as a giant skateboard this store is a joke

Pet salon open for appointments and curbside puck up available. They did a great job with Java, English Staffie. Got an appointment exactly when I wanted it. Military Tuesday discount is always helpful.
