Everything was good except the fish, there were matipal dead fish which I can imagine traumatized so poor kid.

I like to look at the saltwater fish at Petco. But do most of my shopping at a competitors shop that carries my cats' food-Nulo

Paco is very good place to shop for cat food I buy instinctive instinct wet raw cat food Where are you at good the price and I highly recommend it

Scheduled a grooming appointment at 8am online. I drove 35min to the appointment just to find out that they are closed. Customers shouldn't be allowed to schedule appointments online if they are closed. This was a complete waste of time.

We've never had an issue with stores breaking ADA guidelines, however this one seems to nonstop. Per Virginia law, service dogs with off leash tasks do not need to be leashed in public, unless in a leashed area, in which they need to be controlled by electric recall. The store manager, Jake, came right up to me and my father and (somewhat rudely) demanded his service dog be put on a leash. His tasks require him to be off leash. We explained, and Jake very loudly went "whatever! Do whatever I don't care!" And stormed off. It seems solely Petco has issues with ADA and what not. Very upsetting, considering this was our favorite store previously. I understand being upset but not being willing to just listen to a customer and perhaps actually looking up ADA code is frankly outrageous. We're too far in the future to still be arguing with service dog handlers and removing them from stores for lack of ADA knowledge.

Very disappointed! I went on a Saturday to adopt a cat. It was advertised that the cats available would be there. I drove a long distance, only to discover that the cats were not there on the day advertised!!!

Went for goldfish to brighten a friends day. Merchandise being stocked which u cant avoid if u buy I guess. Girl helping me select nice. Didn't know goldfish were reasonable! Go brighten someone's day too and have a big bowl to put it/them in!

Venture here occasionally for a better price on salt water fish and supplies or dog supplies.

Terrific vet staff! Very broad selection of food, toys, and clothing items for every pet!

We love going on Saturday to see the dogs and cats they have for adoption from Henrico Humane Society - we also love to look at the chameleons they are so effing cute. Great customer service, clean store

The store was clean, the employees are always so nice, and they host a dog adoption stand on Saturdays.

Service wasn't bad but..... I purchased mealworms to feed my bearded dragon. They are kept in fridge so they are cold and not moving when you buy them. Ok fine, left them out for a few hours a few moved so I used those to feed him. Left them out because I use them so fast it doesn't matter. Came home and 75% were dead. Returned to store no problem so that was good. Went to PetSmart and bought the same amount for $5 cheaper. And they are alive! Sooooo guess where I will continue to shop.????

Had the product I needed when Petsmart didn’t - but was irritated with how long it took me to find what I needed due to the lack of signs. Circled the store twice before we found what we needed

Over priced apparently being next to a Trader Joe's is invitation to hike your prices. Also the staff is kinda snotty.

Unacceptable! You turn yourself around, this instant, and go smoosh every one of those animals. If you can't take 10 minutes to unstress by rubbing fuzzy faces; you are being pushed too hard. Who hurt you???

We have 3 large dogs and a very hard time finding chews / toys that are safe and last more than 2 minutes. We happened to be walking by Jan and asked her for recommendations. She was not only extremely knowledgeable but honest about what would best suit our needs. She was super friendly, and we are so grateful for her help. We shop at this store frequently and have had great experiences, and tonight was above and beyond!

These stores really need to be pickier about who they hire. Over 10 years of going to these store I have yet to find someone that actually knows anything about animals. Every bit of information they have given me from fish to ferret to dog. Wrong, wrong, wrong. If I get a pet from this store I always have to call the people who sold you the pets to get the proper information.

Decent prices, but great customer service.

Very friendly customer service. Store actually smells nice to be a pet store. As soon as you need help whoever is free helps right away. They know what there talking about and quick to let you pet or hold animals (fairets, guineas, hermits.)

Terrible experience with the grooming department. Made an appointment and then they refused to take my dog the day of his appointment due to him being medically compromised. Will not come back here.
