Dr. Scotti and Sheila are super nice to work with. They were both caring and understanding of our situation, as many attest to. Sheila was the first person we were in contact with from Journey’s End. She coordinated the onsite visit and did so with compassion. Dr. Scotti came onsite the day of our appointment and reviewed everything with us. She made sure we were comfortable with everything and offered suggestions to make our dog Tucker more relaxed. It was a heart wrenching time for my family, but Dr. Scotti was there for us. We truly appreciate their compassion and guiding us through this difficult process.

Both Sheila and Dr Scotti were absolutely amazing. Sheila discussed in detail how they navigate through the procedure and also different resources that are on their website such as an informational sheet to help us understand if this was the time. Dr Scotti not only spent an hour talking about if this is the time, but also allowed my daughter to hold her dog through the procedure. Though it is one of the hardest things to go through it was wonderful knowing that you have such caring people out there that help you put your animal first. She even made little footprint molds as we said our goodbyes. They are absolutely the best…

I cannot thank Sheila and Dr. Scotti enough for all they have done for our family. Our cat was diagnosed with cancer a few weeks ago, and things went downhill VERY quickly. Sheila spoke with me at length via email, phone call, and even TEXT about Willow’s condition. She listened to me share stories and cry, and gave me the best advice along with the strength to let our kitty go. We had planned a day in the coming weeks that my husband and I would be home, but Willow’s condition rapidly worsened, and Dr. Scotti offered to come on a Sunday to help our poor girl find peace. Words truly cannot express how incredible these two women are. My husband and I keep saying how everything went exactly the way we would’ve hoped for Willow, with Dr. Scotti being such a calming presence for us and for our little girl. She went above and beyond for us, and made the process feel so personal, even though this is a service she does daily. We can never thank them enough. We are so appreciative of these women, and we hope we are able to use Journey’s End for all our fur babies when their time comes.

Highly recommend for reducing stress for a very stressful and sad occasion. My cat hated and feared going to the Vet so much, and was able to have peace at home to the end. The service responded quickly to the voicemail I left and was able to accommodate my request. Dr. Scotti was patient, compassionate and gentle, with an obvious love of animals.

I took our Graice to the ER Vet at 6am, they told me she had a very large mass on her heart and there was nothing that could be done. We were devastated, she was my husband's therapy dog. I called Dr Scotti crying hysterically, she was so calm and compassionate. We scheduled her to come to our house at 1, Gracie was getting very distressed. I called Dr Scotti and explained how Gracie was acting and she came over immediately. I can not say how wonderful she was,, especially in such heartbreaking experience. She is an Angel.

Journey’s End made my whole experience so comfortable and special. I had to bump up the date because my cat was declining faster than expected and they accommodated me when needed. Dr Michelle Scotti was so great during the in-home euthanasia process. She was so gentle and kind with my cat Daisy. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. Very affordable as well. 100% recommend.

My 13 year old, Tristan James (a border collie/blue heeler mix) was declining rapidly, weeks after a necessary foot surgery. I began making calls to Pet Euthanasia groups the morning I realized that there was very little time left, praying the ENTIRE time that the RIGHT group would call me back. Journey's End was the ONLY group that called me back, and I COULD NOT BE MORE GRATEFUL!!! Starting from the VERY first phone call with Sheila, to set everything up (...she was SO incredibly LOVELY, and COMPASSIONATE....and was able to schedule our Tristan for that day---which, given the circumstances- felt like an absolute MIRACLE, when he was in such decline). Dr. Scotti is an Earth Angel. Her spirit is absolutely OUTSTANDING. She brings peace and calm when she enters your home. She understands how hard this is for you and your family, and is SO VERY GENTLE with you and your baby. She even looked Tristan over one more time, in case there was something that may have been missed (for potential recovery). I have had other pets euthanized at the vet's office (and surely, there is nothing wrong with that), but I can confidently say, after this AMAZING experience with Dr. Scotti and Sheila, that this is the VERY BEST way to transition your pet. And I pray to God that I am blessed enough to have Journey's End transition my next baby to Heaven. :)

We had to make the most difficult decision to let our dog go. He was able to pass peacefully at home with his family. I could not have imagined it any better for him. We made the right decision and the vet was very understanding and compassionate. Thank you for helping us with our sweet dog.

I am very grateful to Dr. Scotti and her staff for the kindness and patience as we made our very difficult decision for our Jersey girl. They were thoughtful and considerate and we are extremely pleased with the ease of the procedure. They made the unbearable just a little bit easier.

Dr. Scotti put down my cat last year and was really great throughout the whole process. She walked through everything step by step with me, made sure my cat was comfortable and both of us plenty of time before we began, and was also kind to my dog who was there that day as well. And not that you’re really thinking much about it, but her pricing was reasonable and includes a clay paw print mold for you to keep. Overall, she was compassionate, gentle, and so very kind.

Pet euthanasia is a very difficult decision to make, but Dr. Scotti was truly wonderful, caring, and kind. She made any accommodations we requested and was ready to answer any questions we had. The whole experience was caring and dignified. If the need arises again, this is who I would go to in an instant.

Dr. Scotti and her husband assisted me today at the last minute with the crossing over of my 14 year old very large golden retriever, Kip. They went out of their way to help me in a situation where my dog could no longer stand up and walk and was too heavy for me to pick up due to a back injury - and we live on the second floor of an apartment building. Dr. Scotti explained everything before and as she was doing it and allowed plenty of time for me to say goodbye to my friend. He drifted off as if going to sleep. She also assisted me in understanding how to help my other dog cope and allowed him to be in the room with us as the procedure was completed so he would understand his friend didn’t just disappear. Kip wagged his tail for the first time in weeks when she arrived - he knew she was there to help him. The experience was dignified and peaceful and I am incredibly grateful that it was made easier in these ways ???????? Thank you again, Dr. Scotti

Dr. Scotti was wonderful to our family during a very difficult time. I am truly pleased to be able to review and share our experience with others. She was the only at home vet to call us back within 30 minutes. She was able to fit us in with her schedule that day. Upon arrival, she immediately approached our beloved mani and explained every step of the process and even guided us with our other dog to help the grieving process. Thank you again for your compassion with animals during their end of life and we are truly grateful to have had your help.

Dr. Michelle Scotti was simply AMAZING in helping me and my 25 year old twins yesterday when it became apparent that my sweet kitty, Noelle, had deteriorated in her terminal cancer fight. My own vet is closed and I had never used an at home euthanasia service before. Not only did I get an almost immediate response when I reached out to see if Michelle could help me the day before, she arranged to come the next day. Everything was perfect and she took exceptional care for safety during this COVID-19 crisis without compromising our very intimate experience having Noelle cross the Rainbow Bridge Her kind, loving, caring and professional attitude helped all of us, especially my son who had never witnessed an euthanasia procedure before and was very ambivalent. He was so touched at how kind, peaceful and loving it was as our sweet girl, who had been part of our family for over 12 years, passed. I will never do a traditional vet procedure again and I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Scotti and her company.

Ms. Scotti made us feel the most at ease as possible. This is obviously not an easy time to go through for anyone but she was amazing at explaining everything, making sure we knew what was going to happen throughout the process and she did not do anything until we were ready and okayed it. She was amazing, professional and caring. I highly recommend her to anyone needing this service.

The loss of my best friend and buddy of 13 years, Duncan, is still too raw for me to speak much about it; however, Dr. Michelle Scotti's understanding, compassion, and concern made this process as gentle and loving as it could be. Her gentle nature was evident from the first call to the final goodbye. I am, and will be, forever grateful for Dr. Scotti.

Dr. Scotti was wonderful with Charlie. She has such a calm demeanor and took every precaution to make sure he was comfortable and peaceful. She also gave us his paw print which is really comforting to have, and I’m glad I didn’t have to wait for it. Thank you Dr. Scotti for making my worst day the best it could have been.

Dr. Scotti treated my cat Yoda with love and compassion making a very difficult situation in our lives easier. I would highly recommend her to anyone and really appreciate her professionalism and empathy. She made me feel extremely comfortable as I thought I would be embarrassed to completely break down in front of a stranger but her presence was very comforting. R.I.P. to my best friend of 17 years and one of the purest loves of my life.

The most heartbreaking moment is when you come to the realization that your dog is ready to say goodbye. Dr. Scotti was absolutely amazing. She came to my family’s home where we sat in the family room with Bailey who was laying in his bed cuddled up with his favorite blanket. We were able to sit by him, pet him, kiss him, tell him how much we loved him and that it’s okay to let go. Dr. Scotti was so sweet and kind and wonderful to have by our side during the experience. Never again will we go to the vet if faced with this tough decision again. Thank you so much Dr. Scotti for helping our pup and our family feel comfortable and at ease when Bailey crossed the rainbow bridge ????????????????
