Currently my 12 year old chihuahua is going through a very rough time. Dr. Greenwalt is the greatest, she treats the dog with tenderness and care and he loves her, never groused at her before this last appt., where he felt he was poked and prodded enough. She felt bad because he groused at her. She is amazing with all of my animals, I even had my parrot going to her, she loves all animals, is kind and compassionate. She works with you and helps at every corner. I've been dealing with this business since I moved to Virginia in 2013, I'm glad I do, I and my animals feel safe here.

I have been using Dr. Locke Taylor for over 30 years and his new location on Staples Mill is no exception. The staff was friendly and courteous. The place was clean as a pen and the bonus was Dr. Peace was awesome and explained everything very thoroughly and patiently to me. The bonus was my new puppy is a Golden Retriever and she is an expert. Highly recommend all Dr. Taylor’s clinics and Doctors.

Every vet I have had take care of my pets with Locke Taylor Veterinary services have been very capable and compassionate. I have used the Woodman Rd. and the Crossridge location and both locations are super. My pets are my "fur babies".

First visit after years at another vet who. Shut down. Our vet was very knowledgeable, and nice, and best of all they didn't charge us an arm and a leg for a simple upset stomach visit.

I had an emergency situation with my almost 10 year old Dane and I was told by an emergency vet to contact my vet the next day. I called and Joanne and all the staff and doctors told me to bring him in and they would work him in. I was laid off after 24 years so I am at a new job so its hard to make arrangements at the last minute. They did a wonderful job with my boy and took such good care I was so pleased with them. I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone. This was our ride home from the vet.

Jack, the beagle, needed a shot to be able to go to Holiday Barn when we make our beach trip. Called and got an appointment the same day. Dr. Locke Taylor has set the tone for this new location, his many years of professional service to our community is evident in this new location. We'll be seeing Dr. Lynch at the Staples Mill location from now on. More convenient and same great service.

Dr. Lynch is the best vet ever

My husband and I had a great experience at this vet. They were very knowledgeable on how to treat my dog's allergies. We will definitely be back. The vet on duty was so gracious to explain everything to us including specifics about medication for our dog. Thank you again!

Love Dr. Lynch and all the associates. They treat the pets as if they were there own. Very friendly and knowledgable.

The Vet's care was good (they did surgery on my baby and she did well), however, our experience with the staff was most times rude and unprofessional. They seem understaffed, and the front desk girls weren't helpful in providing important information, nor did they seem to care to help. We were getting weekly medicine (they wouldn't give us a month or more worth because of supply issues, but our new vet had no problem giving us 6 weeks worth of the same meds), and each week the price was different on the same exact dosage. They jumped from $20/bottle to $67/bottle, and didn't even care to explain, and when I asked I was met with attitude and no good explanation other than it is what their medication provider charged them. Doesn't sit right with us. Can't say I'd recommend going there.

I brought my new puppy here to receive his vaccinations and was not disappointed. He received all his shots and more. The vet answered all my questions and concerns, gave me heartworm medication, dewormer, flea medication, and even gave him a bath! I was beyond impressed and satisfied with the service and will continue to visit in the future.

I love the doctor and the people that sit at the front they are nice and helpful very friendly! Its was my bunnies first time going to them i will definitely come back!!!

My puppy LOVES the vets here. They are an amazing team of womderfully caring human beings. Thank you for taking care of the health of my beloved dog. She is a rare breed and I want her to have the best care I can give her.

Dr. Peace was so compassionate and caring when I had to put my 17 year old Betty cat to sleep about 6 years ago. Dr. Peace recently treated my 7 year old stray cat Buck that found a home with me after living in a culvert for 3 years. Dr Peace gave the same compassion and kindness as before. The girls that work at Locke and Taylor were wonderful handling the checking in and out. Everything was very efficient. I felt like my cat was in good hands with the best of care. I would not take my cats anywhere but to these Doctors. Thank you all.

Locke Taylor's New Location. Dr Peace was lovely. Staff was great as always. Been using the practice for 7 years. I moved an hour away and still drive in!

An amazing vet! Everyone there was so nice and they even care for exotics like my birds. Dr. Greenwalt was very nice and informative!

The staff and Dr Lynch were do kind a compassionate.

Scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance. Left work early to get there on time. Texted them at the number they gave me when I got there. Called them. They denied receiving the text. Ended up leaving at 5:30pm.

The treated my dog with great care.
