I scheduled my two dogs to be boarded for 5 days. Less than 12 hours before I was scheduled to go out of town, I received a phone call saying one of my dogs was not allowed to come because he had been to the vet to receive an updated rabies shot within the last 5 days. I was never told about this 5 day policy when I called Dog Services to schedule their boarding nor did I ever receive an email with this information. The employee who called to tell me that my dog was not allowed to come was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and showed no empathy for the situation they had put me in. While I understand the company’s policy, they need to do a better job of communicating it to their clients prior to booking instead of leaving their clients stranded. I absolutely will never be boarding my dogs here again.

I had trouble logging in on their site and so I stopped by in person and the young lady who helped me was very helpful and explained that it's not always accepting of your information from phones. Just thought I'd point that out. The place looks clean , the dogs sounded ' happy' and the hours are great. I really like Paws inn too bit they do not have weekend hours. We also need a trainer and this place is very knowledgeable about dogs.

Our dog Penny LOVES LOVES LOVES Doggy Daycare and has been going for 7 years now. She also boards there when we are out of town. We recently introduced our son & daughter-in-law's new puppy and she loves it, too! It is apparent that the staff love the dogs and we are confident that they are well-cared for there.

To anyone who boards their dogs at this facility, this is what it says on the DogServices website- “ DogServices welcomes dogs for sleepovers by reservation. Our buildings are staffed round-the-clock so your dog is never, ever left alone.” Well this is not true, I worked here for 8 months and if there is 9 or less dogs staying overnight nobody stays with them. If there is 10 or more then someone stays overnight, otherwise your dogs is left completely alone overnight. This company lies and is money hungry.

This day care does not have a clue what they are doing. Our dog has gone here quite a few times with no issues. This morning he was dropped off and after an hour the staff called my partner and told them they had to come pick up our dog because he had kennel cough (as if the employees are vets and fit to give diagnosis). They were hysterical on the phone saying he was in quarentine and that if he wasnt collected he could never come back. My partner had to leave work to pick him up and take him to the vet who informed her that the dog didnt have kennel cough (and was shocked that the day care would have made such a silly assumption). The vet also said our dogs throat was swollen but most likely from being choked. All in all an awful experience with unprofessional staff who offered no appology for the inconvenience of my partner missing out on almost a full day of work for their treatement of our dog. We will not be returning.

We send our dog there when he needs exercise. They have people there watching the animals play.

Very nice place, and our pup always comes home happy! (And very tired too, haha)

The people are always so friendly and excited to see your doggies!!! Our 1 year old always comes home exhausted after a full day of fun time with other doggies.

Took my pup there 3 times. First time was great and free! Got a report card on how he did with pics! Second time seemed normal, he was obviously tired and seemed to want to go back again, but no report card or anything mentioned by the staff. 3rd time he seemed he liked it there but returned home exhausted and it's now the day after the 3rd time I took him there and my baby can barely walk and won't let me look at what's bothering him (something in his paws) Not sure what happened but something obviously did at doggy DAYCARE as he has slept since we have gotten home...the whole point was for him to be taken CARE of, not to come home injured and in pain and probably a vet bill for me. He's only 10 months now, not an older pup at all, so his behavior from returning is not his normal self. Won't be using them again.

If you want a service that you absolutely love, look no further. Got a pup? They'll come home tired, got an older dog with endless energy? You've found a solution. Dogs are excited to go in and ready to come home- tuckered out. Their salon service is unparalleled. Welcome to the house of relief.

It's a very nice daycare for the price. Simple and straightforward, they make sure your dog gets exercise and is cared for. Which, when it comes down to it, should be the main things you want in a daycare.

Dirty and they do not watch or supervise the dogs. They are left in chain link pens un attended

My dogs get extremely excited when I tell them they're going to "daycare" - That says it all!

I can't say enough good things about this place. They take amazing care of our kids and make the whole experience easy for me.

All the help is amazing . Always go above and beyond and when I leave Boston I leave with confidence that he is in good hands.

Service is usually great and dogs seem to be well taken care of. I have used another daycare service in town and my dog has health issues for most of the year she was there (throwing up, not eating etc) started using dog services instead and all of that went away.

My dogs go 3 days a week and they love it! Come home tired and look forward to going every morning!

This place is horrible. Dog went for daycare for one week. By day three the dog didn't want to go in. Day four I had to carry a 50 lb. dog in because she resisted. A few hours later, I get a call that another dog bit my dog, that the dog went all of herself and that they would clean her up. Went to get her and she had not been cleaned and they charged me. Day 5 - she will not be going back!!!

They treat my baby girl like their own. My dog is a rescue and is extremely high maintenance. She fits so well at DogServices. All of the employees know her name!

My dog loves his daycare. He goes three times a week. When it's his day to go he sits by the door all morning with his leash. The staff take wonderful care of him through out the day and are very observant.

Love this place! My puppy has always enjoyed it. Reasonable prices and friendly staff!

Have been using them for years. Always reliable, my dogs enjoy it here. Friendly staff. Can be hard to locate until you know what to look for.

Great service for big dogs. My 180lb puppy loved it.
