My fur baby was blind for almost 1 month. Due to being diabetic. I was going thur tiktok and found Dr. Ann Bosiack. I was so excited. Book the Consultation. Than when I looked up the address it broke my heart because is 3 hours away. I knew my car wouldn’t make it. My friend took off so he took me to the appointment. We meant with the Dr. she did the surgery. God’s timing and gods speed. She is amazing. May god keep blessing and favoring her hands. Her assistant’s are very nice. The place is nice. So after surgery we had to go back the next day. Than a week after. So am posting our journey. My baby could see the right after the surgery. We still got 3 more appointments this year. dr. Ann Bosiack is the best.

My dog got hurt so we were referred here by our vet. They didn’t call me to set up an apt (was told by our vet that they would call me for an apt) so I finally called 3 days later and they let me know kinda rudely that they didn’t have any openings for that day and that the soonest they’d be able to see us would be Monday (our vet said it was an emergency apt n my dog had to be seen asap), which would normally be fine but considering my dogs situation that was a little late. So we scheduled the apt for Tuesday just to make sure we’d be able to be there and such, our tire on the car popped on Sunday and our car requires a custom tire, I called and canceled/rescheduled the apt bc my partner said the car should’ve been fixed later in the day n we could’ve made it to the new apt which was the following day, our tire still hasn’t been fixed (limited edition truck with custom tires) so I called a couple hours before our apt this morning to notify this office that we needed to reschedule the apt again and they told me that the soonest they’d have for me would be January because I had already rescheduled two apts in an incredibly rude and judgy voice, as if it’s my fault our tire popped and we’ve been having issues replacing it. My dog is blind in one eye until further notice (as in we need a doctor to look at his eye and let us know what’s going on) and this vet hospital is incredibly rude and unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Very friendly and professional all around. Reasonable cost. Highly recommend to friends whose pets need eye care. You'll need a referral from your vet first. Took us about a month to get an appointment. (And beautiful facilities)

We had to bring our pup in to have an ulcer looked at on her eye and everyone could not have been nicer! They were able to fit us into their busy schedule and really put us at ease and have helped heal her up so quickly. Rosie says thank you too!

My dog developed cataracts because of his diabetes and went blind within a few months. It was very sad to watch. My vet recommended I come see Dr. Bosiak and my only regret is not doing it sooner. My dog had cataract removal surgery in both eyes back in May and he's doing fantastic now! If you're on the fence, it's worth every penny.

Very nice doctor and office staff. My local vet overreacted to a problem in my cat's right eye. Doctor looked at it and told me it's nothing to be concerned about and save me a whole lot of worry and misery. Office visit fee of $100 was perfectly reasonable for a specialist like they are. Seems they mostly deal with dogs but they're very good with cats too

Wow! Fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was in and out within 15 minutes. My boxer has been dealing with an ulcerative eye for two months. Dr. Bosiack looked at it (with cool looking instruments) diagnosed it, and performed a diamond burr keratectomy. She put a contact lens over the eye and we were out the door. Less than fifteen minutes and just over two hundred dollars. I wish I had gone a month ago! I highly recommend this practice for you pet's eye care! Thank you so much.

Need a OFA exam for my collie ad was charge for sick visit. Front desk lady was rude to my friend who took my collie for me as I had car trouble. She said the vet was fantastic that why I left 3 stars. We didn’t know OFA was weekend only as we are not from the area southwest Va. first time taking one of my dogs there not impressed.

They fit me in with no notice, which was great. I did feel like the the discharge process was rushed. I know they say those things dozens of times a day, but it is my ONE time, and am upset to boot. But hopefully my baby will be OK. I think the medical care was good. Fingers crossed the surgery was a success.
