I am a new pet owner and found this place based on the reviews. I have used them already three times. They do a very good job grooming my dog, easy to get an appointment and friendly staff.

Outstanding grooming has left my cat acting like royalty!

I have been taking my babies to the Groomery for almost a year now after years of trying different groomers I finally found the perfect place for my babies. I take my 5 year old Maltese and my 1 year old Maltese/Bichon frisé mix and they always come home looking beautiful. Su & Jessica are very detail oriented, and make sure you always leave 100% satisfied.

Good service, really fast and the grommer really listens our instructions of how we wanted the cut.

We’ve been taking our dogs to The Groomery for years now and they always do a wonderful job. They offer straight-through appointments, so I can pick up my pups as soon as they’re finished. They also have a nice play area outside for dogs who stay there. Everyone there is also so friendly!

Took my cats in for a nail trim the staff was very friendly and they are very reasonably priced, the service was quick as well, I was in an out in 10 minutes.Highly recommend.

Laura was recommended by a friend, and I was really happy with the grooming and friendly customer service. Love the haircut she gave our 4 month old shichonpoo. She took her time and he looks and smells so good!

Absolutely amazing place for cats and dogs

ive been audibly in awe since i picked up my shihpoo from the groomery. she has never looked this beautiful! ive always groomed her myself but it is a night and day difference having professionals groom her. i will definitely return. i got full pet grooming, and also got this cute style, i paid $67. i also just found out on the internet i should have tipped, i didnt know because ive never taken a dog to the groomer ???? anyways, great service, woman at front desk was lovely, as well as the groomer.

The staff at The Groomery take wonderful care of my long-haired cat. I take him there at the change of seasons, when he's shedding, because I can't keep up with it, even with daily brushing. The Groomery does a great job! He comes back with a silky coat. All the excess fur is gone, and if he had any dandruff, that's gone, too. Although my cat is happy to come home after his grooming session, I can say that he's never upset from having spent the day at the groomer. They are very kind to him.

Had a matted up Persian. Now he is so cute. They did a nice fade.

I want to give a warning to all owners. I brought my Pomeranian in and he has a growth on the back of his neck. We have told them multiple times about this growth. When I picked him up he was acting a little odd. I checked him over and saw they had cut into the growth deeply. It was not disenfected. No one had mentioned it to me. It would have been impossible to miss they cut that. When I talked to the owner he was not apologetic. He admitted it most likely happened but he had not been there that day. To paraphrase he said we don't tell the owner about it unless he was bleeding when he left. I was furious. He kept insisting it was a growth and if it was not bleeding why would he tell me or disinfect it. Then he said to paraphrase "it's like when we cut a dogs nails to short if the bleeding stops we don't tell the owner". I told him we were not coming back and I wanted a refund. He had the nerve to ask for a picture first which is insulting as he admitted it happened basically but that it was not uncommon. Consider this before bringing your pet here.

Unexpected change in service. The person by the counter is rude and turning customers even after complementary call. Never go there again and do not recommend anymore.

It was nice to not have the dog sitting at a grooming salons for hours upon hours unnecessarily.

Groomery staff are talented and helpful. I have been using their services for over 30 years. I've always had cats.

I like the Groomery, however; I originally made an appointment on 20 April. When 20 April come around, I didn't receive a phone call or anything (Yes, I got a text message to confirm). Two hours after my original appointment time, I got a phone call saying that I needed to reschedule due to the fact the person called out sick. It would had been nice to receive a call earlier in the day. 27 April (my reschedule appointment) The lady who showed up at my house was really nice and very professional. Everything went smoothly the second time around.

They always take great care of my dogs when I take them in for boarding or grooming. When they come back from boarding they are always happy and tired!

Squeezed me in last minute for an appointment with my elderly shih Tzu, paid ten extra for an Express Full Groom, and Harley was ready in 1.5 hours! I will definitely be back! Amazing job. He also appears to be in zero physical stress, which has happened in the past at other groomers

Best groomer in the area! We brought our dogs for many many years and were always happy. We've moved and we really miss being able to use their services.

I have a Persian cat whom over the years gives me such a hard time to groom him. After having kids, my attention has shifted and my time has become less- and his coat gets matted. The groomer here always does such a wonderful job with him. It takes a LOT of patience and GUTS to work on any cat, let alone a Persian coat of fluff. They always follow my instructions on what to cut or leave long and he is such a happy kitty once he is cleaned up. I always return!! Thanks again!!!
