Friendly staff but was not aware we could not be with pets at service to ongoing pandemic

The team at Goshen Animal Clinic helped my poor cat. She swallowed some sap from poinsettia and was vomiting for hours. Dr. Carrier was able to see her and confirm it would be ok. I was so worried, but everyone took good care of both of us.

Dr. Carrier is just the best! She really cares about your animal’s health and makes sure you understand everything they need.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I also had a phone call from the Doctor as it was Covid-19 and they were taking precautions and social distancing to inform me about my dog in detail.Even though I live in Northern Virginia it was worth my 25 miles travel. Thank you once again for taking care of my dog.

Have struggled finding a good vet for my cats - these guys are absolutely incredible. Will be bringing my pets there from now on. They do have insurance plans if you want - they have labs on site and actually felt like they were listening and trying to help. Dr. Carrier is a gem. I can not recommend her enough. She's an all around compassionate human and was able to help where other vets couldn't. Sydney, one of the vet techs (I believe) is also amazing! Have finally found our forever vet! Dr. Carrier is great. She took great care of my sick Boston terrier puppy and is now recovering nicely. Everyone I dealt with at Goshen Animal Clinic has been friendly and professional. As a new dog owner, I had billion questions, Dr. Carrier and the staff took time to answer all my questions and concerns. I have nothing but praise for this place and would recommend them to everyone.

We just love Dr. Carrier at Goshen in Gaithersburg. Our cats have always been skittish for vet visits, but Dr. Carrier has a way with animals we hadn’t seen before. She is calm with our pets and explains everything to us very well.

I'm disappointed. I came today to get shots for my puppy expecting I'm only going to get charged for those shots but unfortunately there's a $59 examination that took for less than 5 mins which I don't know if they really did the "examination" to my puppy. I already came there 3 weeks ago and had my puppy the examination and other shots. The doctor recommended me to come back and get the rest of the shots in 3 week because my puppy is a small breed and he might won't able to take all the shots at once. If you are going to buy the Groupon, I recommend you only do what's included in it. Get the shots to other place if they will recommend some shots to your pet. They are too expensive compared to other place I went to. They should give the costumer a combined discount for the shots they will recommend. I will never coming back to this place.

Dr. Carrier was so sweet with our dog, Bailey, when we had to have a soft tissue mass removed. She explained the process and recovery. Such a great team at the office, everyone was great.

All of my fur babies love Dr. Carrier. She is an amazing and caring vet and that is not only my own observation but it comes from my pets as well. She knows how to make that connection not only with me but with her patients as well.

Goshen Animal Clinic is a great facility to care for your pets mainly because of both Dr. Carrier and Dr. Chand. They are both excellent and highly educated veterinarians who are very experienced and quite friendly. You can tell that they love your pets just as much as you do.

Hank, my 9 yr old rescue beagle is doing very well under their care. His allergies are under control and we're working on weight loss. Friendly staff. I miss being able to go in in person to talk to doctor during examination but hopefully that won't last forever. Highly recommend.

Oh heck no...that sums it up. Who have they paid to write these glowing reviews? This place is not where you want to take your pet. Its pretty dirty, the sales that they advertise are not real (you'll see when you call), and you will NOT see a vet, and your dog probably won't either if all you need is shots and an exam. They are hiding behind the COVID excuse to not let people in, so you cant see what's really going on. You'd do better at a vaccine clinic at the humane society. The level of service will be better and it will be way cheaper. I almost want folks who read this review to try them just so they can see what Im talking about. Complete sham operation. Based on the reviews, maybe they were good at one point, but not anymore. Go elsewhere. Or make an appt. yourself and see what I mean.

My pup’s preventive health care is just as important to me as mine. Thanks to the friendly staff and amazing Dr. Carrier, I have no problem taking him for his checkups. He loves Dr. Carrier.

When I was really worried about an issue my kitty cat was having, I could not have been more thankful for how carefully Dr. Carrier handled her and how well she explained exactly what was going on to me. Simply said, both my kitty and I left Gaithersburg feeling much better.

Dr. Carrier is the best. My cat had a urinary tract infection and they told us to come right away. They worked us in and confirmed that he did have an infection and started his medicine right away. I was so worried, but he is fine now. Thank you!

Goshen Animal Clinic is a great vet. They care for my two dogs and do a great job. We are seen on time and she takes her time. When my dog had an infected tooth, they removed it and took wonderful care of her. Dr. Carrier and the whole staff is just great. I won’t go anywhere else.

This place is unreliable, they have multiple staff that need training. They switch up their prices like nothing and then call YOU, the customer a LIAR. First of all, how can you speak to someone so rudely, like where is the exemplary customer service you're supposed to provide to paying customers. Second of all, how do you quote one price and then charge another price, that makes no sense whatsoever. The front desk staff need to learn some basic math. Third of all, they basically try to threaten you by saying "IF there is a refund, you can never come back here again because we don't want to do business with you over being charged $50" like as if I want to come back here after getting some HORRIBLE, dirty, grimy, bottom of my shoe, bottom of the barrel looking service by the front desk staff. You got the right one today

I was never told my appointment was curbside so I was left standing outside & filling out paperwork WHILE holding my dog on a 90 degree day. Then I was told one price when I scheduled the appointment & confirmed it but charged DOUBLE that price in-person because they performed unauthorized exams. When I called to ask why I was charged double, nobody returned my calls and when I went in person I was told I could "no longer come back" even though I had an appointment for my 2nd dose of vaccines. Get this - when I went in person to ask about the charge there were 2 other patrons who had the same thing happen to them!!! HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Dr. Carrier was great and so was the Vet Tech that took care of my girl, Lily.

Realizing that my beloved Maine Coon’s lifespan is going to be shorter than if she was human (though to me she is), she goes religiously to this wonderful Gaithersburg clinic bi-annually for a checkup. She is super healthy and we both want to keep it that way. I think she secretly loves the way Dr. Carrier and the stellar staff fawns over her beauty.

Great professionals , they are very polite .

Our dog Reese is truly like our child and when he suddenly began to limp and favor his right front leg, we could not bear to see him in pain. We have always taken him to Goshen for routine matters and been impressed but the level of compassion exhibited throughout his x-ray, diagnosis and treatment actually made me rethink some of my own medical providers. Too bad Dr. Carrier’s expertise does not extend to humans.

Dr. Carrier has cared for our pets for several years and we are very pleased. He took care of our dog when we found out she had heart worms. She is doing great! This is a top notch animal clinic.

I am very happy with the care and service my two dogs get here. Dr. Carrier is a great vet and his team is nice too. I highly recommend Goshen!

Since Dr. Ostroff retired and sold the vet clinic, the service has down hill. I will no longer be taking my pets there.

We have been coming to this clinic for long time and our pets have been well taken care. Doctors here and their team take excellent care of my cats and our dog Max for us. One of my friends Vets refused to see and sent to emergency and he is still paying emergency bills. I am thankful that our sick pat appointments are taken care and 2 out of 3 times we were given same day appointment.

Dr. Carrier is such a great, caring vet. Our dogs love her and I do too! The staff is so friendly and helpful as well. I would not go anywhere else. Thanks!

We really like Dr. Carrier at Goshen Clinic. We have three dogs and one had heart worms which has been taken care of with their top notch care. I am so happy to have this vet near me for my dogs.
