Very nice, kind, & understanding employees ~ called me in on a cancelation & treated me very kindly even though I forgot the folder that I have for my kitten outlining her vaccines...we called the Vets & obtained the information needed so I didn't have to drive all the way home. I have recommended them to family, friends, & even a stranger that was headed toward the Animal Shelter & asked me questions... I am glad they provide a caring environment and services for at least 1/2 of what a Vet does...

Pro: Low cost option for spaying/Neutering your pet. Cons: The phone always goes to voicemail and you won’t receive a call back for a few days so if the call is missed the process starts all over. When I got an appointment and showed up there was multiple people with both cats and dogs waiting outside and a worker was coming out checking paperwork and allowing one person at a time to enter the building. I have a large breed dog I advised them ahead of time he doesn’t do great around other pets. I ended up leaving him in the car and got a spot in line. After about 30 minutes of me waiting outside in the cold the front desk worker advised me they couldn’t help me until I had my dog with me in line and immediately took the person after me and didn’t even give me a chance to explain the situation. She came back outside and I’m still standing outside the door and she wouldn’t even look at me she immediately asked the person behind me to come in I interjected and explained the situation and she said, “oh ok we can take him at another door.” I don’t understand why she couldn’t have just asked me why in the first place or at least allowed me to respond. Last, be prepared to get microchip as well as any vaccines you don’t have certificates for the ones they say are “optional” are pushed very hard by staff especially the microchip.

They were very good with the two feral kitties that we had spayed. The cost was really low.

Absolutely horrendous experiance. I can believe people vote this place up. I brought my cat here for her spay and almost walked out with absoutly nothing in hand. Finding out now through ANOTHER VET that she should have gone home with a collar, and pain meds neither of which we recieved! I mean dear God, we had to ASK for after care instructions as if that isn't entirely obvious and it's nothing but, don't let her jump around come to find out, it's much more than that! Don't even bother wasting your time here. If they can treat a select handful so well, and others with total disregard, then it's not worth your time.

The price was excellent and the receptionist were very nice. They called me as soon as my 2 kittens came out of surgery to tell me all was okay. Easy pick up too.

The staff is caring, supportive and love what they do. They are informative, will answer all your questions and do it with confidence. Had my little one spayed and chipped, they informed me of her status after her surgery, how she did and when I could pick her up. Overall a great experience for how busy they are. Keep up the good work!

I got my rescue kitten spayed here and I am so so impressed with the help and services this shelter provides to the community. I wish we had more places like this because there should be more options for people who need to spay/neuter rescue pets to control the pet population. Thank you Kincheloe!!!!????????????????❤️

They told me to expect an early call, and by two months early that call came!! I had no issues with my boys neuter (cat) I'll be calling to schedule my new girl, that I rescued after a litter of kitten's! 5 weeks until we can do anything ❤

Surgery went great. I understand the clinic is a high volume/fast paced clinic, but the staff that greeted me upon arrival was very abrupt and I felt bullied into micro chipping my dog. They had me choose that over my dog's heart worm prevention medicine and flea meds.

I have visited this place two times in the past 30 days with different pets, I have nothing but good things to say about the staff they have always been kind courteous and excited that they could help me and my furbabies.

Take in staff very rude to myself n 2 other clients dropping off their pets( 9 july21) to be fixed .. also overcharged me $10 ... bad experience at the place and its the first time using them. Their first impression was NOT a good one!! If they are rude to the pet parents makes me question how they treat our furbabies in their care. These two workers acted like drill instructors instead of caring pet lovers. Makes me worry about my boys under their care. Six o'clock cant get here fast enough

Not sure how anyone can have a bad thing to say about a place that cares so much for our pets! They are a non profit and charge a fraction of the cost a vet would, and so they are constantly booked up for months, that's understandable though! I am very appreciative that a place like this is out there!

Always a pleasure! Overall very polite nice workers. Definately an asset to the community. They help keep my little ones happy and healthy. THANKS! Thanks to Kinchloe's great commitment to animals and their lifetime of care. These happy go lucky brothers: Bamm Bamm and Spunky Barney turned 11 years of age today.

They expect you to have an appointment before you trap a feral cat in a Have A Heart trap...ok so when I put the trap outside I'll have to tell the feral stray cat " don't go in the trap until Tuesday morning because that's when I have your appointment to get fixed "...useless! Took the cat to my vet and she immediately took it without an appointment. Obviously she knew the urgency. When I lived in PA, the cat clinic only took cats from the county you lived in and no appointment was needed. So yes needless to say I was very disappointed when I was the 2nd person in line and she told me I needed an appointment, they were booked solid for the day. She said you can leave the cat here and if we get to it we get to it and if not we will call you at 6pm to pick it up and bring it back the following day. Now if you're reading this, tell me... was it worth the hassle? Nope.
