Unprofessional and unsafe/unhygienic practices. And incredibly expensive.

The staff at Ridgewood animal hospital is amazing. I believe Kayley was our tech. They are so kind and helpful and took care of our puppy even though we were just in Forest for a week-end and not regular customers- we thought our puppy had a tick and couldn’t remove it on our own. We called Friday and they were able to schedule us on Saturday. Thank you so much for helping us on short notice. Highly Recommend- if we lived in the area, we would definitely choose them.

Dr Lane is amazing. Knowledgeable, caring. I wouldn’t take my fur babies anywhere else.

We always feel comfortable taking CoCo to Ridgewood. The doctors and all the staff are very nice and reliable. Dr. Lane has taken care of CoCo’ health issues very well. CoCo is a fourteen month old Cocker and wild as a reindeer but everyone takes really good care of her. Love Ridgewood.

First visit to the vet with our new recently re-homed dog. Pre-check-in, through bringing our baby back out to us went very smoothly. They listened to my questions and concerns and provided answers and information. They had good knowledge about the breed and things for me to take care of.

I brought my puppy in until he was older than a year. They failed me multiple times: taking months until we could get a insurance thing settled when it should've taken a week or two, not giving my puppy his twos when boarded (I knew because they were new toys and unchewed), and failed not once but TWICE to inform me that my dog needed a specific vaccine booster within a tight time frame before saying he needed a third booster to protect him. In the vaccine scenario they wasted my money and time, and forced my.poor puppy to be sick from a third vaccine booster. My puppy had severe anxiety and mental problems before I switched to gentle care veterinarian practice who was very sweet to my poor puppy.highly recommend Gentle Care if you're looking to switch

I transferred my dog to this clinic after not being satisfied with the care/professionalism at her prior vet's office--we had been there earlier this year and we had been feeling rushed and that me and my pets were a burden to them. They were wonderful at Ridgewood! They were extremely thorough and kind and actually gave me a long term treatment plan for my dog's skin condition rather than just treating things when she would get flare-ups and infections. I never felt rushed and they kept me updated throughout the entire appointment. Definitely recommend!

All the Vets are wonderful. They have been very kind helping me with my older dogs and helping me with the new pup we adopted. They are very caring and helpful. I highly recommend this practice.

Have been bringing our 12 year old dog hear for a few years now. Always felt they really care about our pets, respond quickly to calls and questions. Prices are about the same as other good vets.

Drs. Lane and Rosner, as well as all staff have been so kind to our fur family. Our fur babies have been clients for the better part of 13 years. Although it can seem sometimes like our pets need a job to support their bills, it has never not been worth it. We will continue to support this vet practice. Our fur family is worth the quality available at Ridgewood.

Dr Lane is caring, knowledgeable, personable and just a wonderful vet! All of the staff and workers there are amazing. We love Ridgewood and take both our large dogs there. We have an Aussie and a Rottweiler and he is Amazing! We can't say enough with how awesome he is. ????????????????????

Thank you for taking the time to thoroughly look at her symptoms and narrowing down the tests that needed to be done, speaking to me face to face, answering my questions, giving me tissues for all of my tears (when we didnt know if she would be ok), and shedding joyful tears with me, when we found the right diagnosis for her. I am so grateful that you all had the knowledge to think about testing her for the uncommon disease that she has. Thank you❤

We love Ridgewood Animal Hospital. Our pups absolutely love the staff. They get the excited bark when we pull in...….just like they get when they go to their Grandma's house! They truly care about the animals and do what is best for them. Absolutely the best!

Poor communication. They could have let us know on the phone you need to sit in the parking lot and fill out paperwork while pets are in a carrier panting. Not really conducive for setting up first time patients. May be fine if you already have a relationship with the Vet, but not if you haven't. It's also about a client getting a feel for what kind of Vet they are trusting with their pets care, not just handing them over in a parking lot. Was told "Well a lot of places still doing this" which pretty much negated the whole "construction" excuse in my opinion. We really wouldn't have booked an appointment if we had known any of this.

Just left and they over charged me for the same amount of medication he got last time. The prices are way more than other locations and they try to convince you it’s ok. Highly recommend going elsewhere because I am.

Dr. Jerry has provided exceptional care for our aging dog and cat during a difficult time. He and his staff have been professional, gentle and realistic. They have been direct and caring for animals and people; the dog actually prances in the door! In 70+ yrs of pet parenting I've never had a better vet clinic! and thanks for keeping everyone safe!
