Great place to take ur loved dogs

Extremely accommodating for my senior cat. Prices are all fair and within reason, they always have the special food and medicine ready to go either the same day or first thing next day. Front desk staff do a lot and are always friendly, asking how my cat is doing.

Immensely grateful for Dr. Stevens and all of the wonderful staff at Gentle Care for providing consistently excellent service and helping our (non-human) animals thrive. Our community is so lucky to have such compassionate, knowledgable veterinary professionals to care for the furriest members of our families.

I had my dog groomed at Gentle Care. My dog is very sensitive and nervous when it comes to grooming the staff was so good with my girl. Price was great and she looks amazing. I would highly recommend. If you have ever had a difficult time finding a groomer who is patient with fussy over dramatic dogs (mine is) this is the place for you! And very clean!

So glad I found Gentle Care. They are wonderful with my dog. He had to have his eye removed and is going blind in the other. They did the surgery and were in contact with me through the surgery and after. Now I take him to be groomed there and they are so good with him. They care about the animals. Thank you Gentle Care for giving me peace of mind knowing he is being cared for and taken care of.

Kind and caring. Dr. Steven's is the one we trust with our animals. Our Harley had surgery and the wound healed quickly. She is back to her old self.

They have provided great care for our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. We have seen each of the docs at various times. We are appreciative of them not rushing us through and listening carefully as we explain symptoms. The place is spotless, never smelling like an old kennel.

Fantastic vet. They are extremely nice to the animals and practical in their treatment. They ate very good on keeping appointments on time and keeping costs relatively loose.

This Animal clinic was wonderful. My little girl was scared going in, but became very comfortable while there. Very relaxed, people at desk was really sweet.

We called because we were visiting Lynchburg and our puppy came up lame. Saw the doctor an hour later and it is just a sprain. Very friendly office.
