Horrible, absolutely horrible service. Cheap for visits but Veterinary Dr. Cook will not help your dog. I brought 2 of my dogs there and he neglected to take a look at my second dog which is my oldest. He rushed to look as if he was busy doing other things. He was supposed to feel my dogs leg to see where the problem is, but instead told me I needed 3 different x-rays. Why would I need 3 different x-rays when he didnt even bother to try and see where the problem is. If he did I would only need one X-ray. Very rushed service. They will rob you for your money. So after the visit I felt the vet didnt do his job and tried to get help from the call center. After Calling 3 times, 2 different Haileys and an Andy hung up on me. Very poor customer service and a scam Vet office. I am speaking with an Attorney now to try and get help. Warning, stay away from this trash company!!!!

It was a wonderful curtsy phone call about my cat, Burger. They thought it was very important to see my cat ASAP since he needs his shots while my house does receive a wild mouse visit ow and then! Thank you Value Pet for being there.

I have been going to value vet for 5 yrs with 3 pets as with any vet , the more you pay the better service your dog gets but they are helpful and kind to the dogs however ordering meds is a nightmare i think that if mgmt would invest in better employees then they would have less problems and refunds Ms savage from mgmt is always very helpful with clearing up any issues

They don't answer the phone! All "local" numbers get routed to an 800- no., which is VOICEMAIL. This is unacceptable for a healthcare provider for your beloved pet family members.

Great service and care and they don’t try to upcharge you for anything unnecessary. Extremely reasonable rates compared to other providers in the area. Especially appreciative of Dr. Lisa Puscheck for her patience, attention, and support during a recent visit and for her helpful follow-up afterwards. Thank you!

I had my dog neutered here. My fault I let him do too much too soon after surgery, so it took him longer to recover. But the vet was extremely patient with all of my follow-up questions and request for pain medication. Would definitely use them again.

Really like this vets office, to get a full blood panel on my senior cat who was at his end of life it was around $150 when his other vet had quoted me over $450. I continue to take my other 2 cats here especially if they need tests run because it’s the same tests and a fraction of the price ... the vets i have talked to have always been nice.

The vetinsian and the staff are very kind, competent, and knowledgeable. Their prices are quite reasonable

I went today to get my dogs Bordetella shots. I would first like to say that my dogs are hard to handle and they sound aggressive but do not bite, they just bark a lot. I let the staff know this as well. We had to get them Bordetella shots to be sent to training because of their behavior. I also let them know this. They are working on socialization but are usually okay enough at the vet. I went in and my dogs were already barking at someones dog in the waiting room. they immediately put me in an empty room, which I appreciated. next they were to be weighed. I struggled for a while and all of them watched and nobody offered to help or offered any advice on how to make it work. I actually saw/heard one of the staff yelling in the back saying WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?? keep in mind that they had another dog in the back SCREAMING its head off, but we were treated as the inconvenience. I came up anyway with a solution to put one in the room while the other was being weighed. it was time to get their shots. the staff watched me struggle and struggle and struggle and instead of leaving the room so my dogs would calm down, they had two people in their just watching me wrestle them to get them to be still enough for the shot. all the while the staff member is YELLING at me to hurry up because they have other customers and yelling at me because she did not like the behavior of my dogs. I told them again we were getting these shots so they could go to training. I clearly know their behavior is not ideal if we are sending them to a two week board and train. it was already a high stress situation and I did not appreciate her yelling at me whatsoever. I was in tears from all of the stress. she also made me muzzle my dogs (after I told them multiple times my dogs do not bite) but would not tell me how the muzzles worked (I had never used one) and just watched as I tried to figure it out. this was the worst vet visit I have had in my life. yes the prices are cheap, but you get what you pay for when it comes to service.. 0. you would think that this would have been handled better as these people are supposed to be very experienced with all kinds of pets. my dogs are reactive but not actually aggressive and this was said multiple times. I just can't believe their best solution was to yell at a customer. we will be avoiding this place from now on.

So thankful to have switched to Value Vet. Complete transparency about prices, happy to perform just the annual services I wanted (without pressuring me to add a dozen more I could not pay for), and even made everything super easy with Covid restrictions, etc. At our previous vet, we were always made to feel like terrible, cruel pet owners if we didn't do every single thing they said we needed to do. The folks at Value Vet were incredibly kind, professional, and extremely good at what they do. They extracted a troublesome broken nail, gave our big guy pills to stop him from licking the spot raw (a very reasonably-priced medicine that my previous vet did not tell me about or offer me the last time we had a bad hot spot situation), did the annual exam and minimum necessary shots on my request, all for far less than I have gotten out a vet's door in years. Highest recommendation.

Just used their services for dental cleaning at Falls Church location . Couldn't be more satisfied. Friendly professional and reasonable. My 12 year old dog needed two extractions as well. They kept me informed on her progress. Excellent service.

Great experience ! I unfortunately missed the doctors name . She was very friendly and honest. I appreciate she did not try to push things, and made sure we were comfortable and paying for what was actually needed for our kitten Toby.

Best ever! This vet finally gave my dog ear meds that cured what he had even though my previous vet gave him numerous other ones! Also i almost paid half the price for his yearly visit with vaccines! I am really happy & don't get why my other vet bills where so large! Do your dog & wallet a favor & switch to this clinic!
