There are a lot of options for dog and cat food. There is also a lot of dog snacks. The staff is friendly. The store is nice and clean. It's well organized.

The staff here is overall pleasant, similar to other PSP stores, but cashiers are not as efficient (lines build), and don't seem as knowledgeable about products compared to other locations. Lastly, really hard to purchase regularly needs due to the store not being regularly stocked. Not sure why but this store is always out of stock, even when no other store in Nova is. If these products truly sell well in this location, shouldn't there be better inventory measures to ensure supply?

Over the many months of the pandemic, I've had curbside pickup service from the Pet Supplies on Rte 7 (in the mall with Trader Joe's). The staff have gone out of their way to make sure the kitty litter and other products I need are available. They are a great team, and the curbside ordering and pick-up are so easy.

The staff at this store are very friendly! They have a good variety - even on items other pet and grocery stores are heavily sold out or limited on. The parking lot is a little tight and busy, but I've always been able to find a spot.

Always have what I’m shopping for and the staff are always helpful.

Need to give a shout out to the Amazing Ashley! She goes above and beyond every time our rescue pup comes in for grooming including today when the store was missing a manager to open the building! She deserves recognition for the caring service her clients (and their humans) get. Leaving a star off because the store needs better planning to make sure it opens on time.

Great location, open pretty late compared to Most. Staff was helpful to explain more about cat food things to me. They have a good selection of cat products. Business also has clearance section with a lot if items. Business also assists with local food and supply drives for local shelters. The woman who helped me was very kind even though it was close to closing and I had to ask product questions. There is a good selection on small pet items too. Was able to get items for my hedgehog there. Pretty much great all around. No complaints

I am going to Ashley for almost about 3 months now for my dog grooming.. Ashley is the most gentle sweet kind person with my little Bella . Before I find her I used to to go pet smart at Tysons . They were bleeding my dog and she was Lamping coming back home.. So after that I found such an angle like Ashley which is so kind and so sweet and Bella loves her so much If I could give 10 stars to for her I would . But definitely go to her. Most recommended .

Ashley at Pet Supplies Plus is professional, caring, efficient and takes the time to explain the best options for care of my Labrador/Golden Retriever. She's very patient in answering our questions, and in putting our Lab at ease so that our Lab happily goes in for her grooming. As a result, our Lab, Heidi, has a soft, beautiful coat, trimmed and smoothed nails and a very happy tail since Ashley truly loves and cares for each one of her furry customers!

Friendly staff. The manager is super accountable; personally takes care of customers. Only 4 stars because, like other pet suppliers, most of the stock is for dogs and groomer no longer takes cats.????

Great place with a lot of selection. Go at off-peak times or you can get caught in rough due to neighboring popular stores.

I have shopped at this store for pet food exclusively for 18 months. In the past month we had a bag of dog food that had bugs and larvae crawling inside of it AND they had a rat infestation a few weeks ago. The store smelled like concentrated urine (like 20 cats had an accident in the store) and when I went to get bags of dog food off the shelf they were sticky and 50+ pieces of rat feces fell on the floor/my feet...the stickiness was rat urine. I looked for clean bags and couldn’t find any of that brand (I checked ≈30 bags) that wasn’t covered in rat urine/feces.

Great pet store. The selection in store is good and the prices are very reasonable. Their website works really well too and they deliver same or next day for free. That's been a huge lifesaver this year. Everyone on staff has always been super friendly and helpful -- I've never taken them up on the offer but they always offer to help me carry heavy stuff back to the car. Really a great, affordable shop!

Very nice place to get your supplies, an employee named Slater helped me out with everything and even took my supplies to my car. I've never experienced customer service like this before, it compelled me to write a review. It gives me hope for the young folks.

Best place to give your dog a bath. Nice, sturdy tubs,tubes, and much better footing than the stainless steel ones.

The customer service is great. The location is convenient.
