Excellent care. Staff takes pride in their work. Vet tech and doctor both take time to explain the assessment and treatment plan. They also called the next day to check in on our puppy.

Dr. Castro has been seeing our family dogs since 2016 for many different illnesses and we are very pleased with his services and with his staff. Professional and fair with the treatment costs. To us he is "Best Vet in the Fairfax area".

I have been taking my Havanese to Dr Castro for over a year and it has been a great experience. He is always willing to take the time and talk to me after each consultation and explain if something is wrong with my dog and what can be done. He is never in a rush and always address any concerns or questions I may have. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a vet who is going to listen to you. In addition, they always follow up after each visit with a phone call next day to know how your dog is doing even if the dog just visited for a vaccination. I also enjoyed that they have an app that reminds you of future appointments, when vacines are due etc. You can also request an appointment using the app.

Everyone is very nice. They answer any questions & take time with you. No complaints.

I really enjoyed the service that I got from them. They help me whenever I have a question with my kitten. Which is the first cat I have ever had. They call to check up on her after her appt and have been very helpful. I will be returning for Panther next visit next month.

I highly recommend Tango Pet Depot for dog grooming. They did a wonderful job with our 8 month old goldendoodle puppy, who is very nervous while being groomed. Their groomer, Will, was very patient with him and did an outstanding job! The staff member at the front desk was also very kind and helpful. I highly recommend Tango for grooming services!

Cocoa is always comfortable here and feel better after the visits. I'm always comfortable bringing Cocoa mentally and financially.

They take great care of my cat every time

As a store, the reptile section is half of it is hermit crabs and improper products for hermit crabs. 50% or more of the reptile products are dangerous for reptiles, rock heater can cause fatal burns, vita sand has calcium and vitamins that encourage the animal to eat the sand and will cause impaction, red and blue bulbs are entirely unnecessary and can mess up the reptiles day and night cycle. They dont sell Uvb bulbs which are essential to most reptiles. The had one basking bulb in stock and it was too low a wattage for the most common reptiles. Over all the reptile stock was the worst I've ever seen anywhere. Additionally, they were selling a beta full set up that was a half gallon, bettas need 5 gallons or more. Unfortunate that they are encouraging fish abuse

Did a great job, very pleased. I had several experiences here and all good. Not as pricey as other vets. I like that the same vet sees your pet each time.

My dog is difficult around others. Only person who can handle him is Will. I’ve taken him to see other groomers when Will was out and the results were horrible only because I know my dog was being difficult.

I took my boxer mix to the grooming department last week and had a wonderful first time experience. They were able to fit my dog in the day after I called, and even got her medical records from my vet. The groomer did an amazing job. Sure, my dog doesn’t need actual grooming/styling because she is a short haired breed. But the level of detail was impeccable! They gave her a thorough bath and actually clipped her nails. Everytime I take my dog to petsmart they barely clip her nails and have her “groomed” within 30 minutes. Tango Pet Depot took the time and attention and it clearly showed. My dog was mad we had to leave the groomer, she really liked him. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Tango did a great job on my dogs teeth! They have a very fair price and didn't push for a bunch of upsells. They gave me some recommendations, two of which I accepted. I'll definitely go back to Tango.

Staff and doctor were amazing. This was our first visit and I had many question because we recently adopted a cat. Dr. Castro answered all of my questions and made suggestions which will definitely help.

Took my 10 pound yorkie for his first teeth cleaning and the process was great. The vet walked me through the entire process. Received a call with an update of how everything went before I picked him up. Definitely recommend!!

Tango is fantastic! Dr. Castro and his team are caring, kind and smart! It is also terrific that you can wait in the office as opposed to your car which unfortunately is the norm these days. Just a wonderful place! Oh did I mention that, for a Vet in Northern VA the prices are very reasonable!

Will the groomer was so gentle and took such good care of my elderly dog. He looked like a brand new dog.

I love the staff, caring and friendly; the vet--Dr. Castro--who always takes time to patiently explain options for treatment; and I especially LOVE Dennis, the groomer who takes care of my cat. He is awesome!

A little far from Arlington, but worth the trek. Very reasonable prices - nail trim less than half the price of some of the vets in Arlington, and I also really liked Dr Castro's knowledge of food and safety of supplements. I will be using him as my primary vet going forward.
