I wanted to rate this a 3.5 but I can only provide whole numbers. I really like Bark 'N Bubbles and I've been bringing my dog here off and on for several years for a bath since he was a puppy. -The pros about BNB is their friendly and professional staffs and very clean shop. -The cons about BNB is that I think they've adjusted new policies that just do not make sense for large dogs. (I have a standard poodle with fairly fluffy hair) I'd like to highlight that since the new policy change, they only provide you 1 hour to bathe your dog. With a 55+ lb dog with long hair, it's now virtually impossible to bathe and dry my dog before leaving. I think they gave us extra 20min to wrap up, but we still left the shop damp and I believe I was the only self-service bath customer in the shop. I wish they notified me about the time limit otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. I don't want to leave my dog damp because he's prone to getting matted. I understand policies but this new adjustment doesn't work for me. Logically speaking, larger dogs should be able to have more time for bathing and drying down. The staff was very sweet to my dog and I really appreciate their kindness, however, the policy is only good for small dogs not large dogs. For this new policy, I give this store 3.5 stars and I will find a new store without this time limit.

I paid for nails to be cut and dremilled and the girl only cut them and was done in less then 10 min

I have never had such a wonderful experience!! I have a very anxious dog that is generally fearful of anything and anyone new. I was so surprised how he greeted everybody with kisses and walked away with the groomer very happily and never looked back. He’s 4 years old and I’ve honestly never seen his nails so well done. Everybody there was so friendly and attentive that I’m definitely going to be a repeat customer from now on! Thank you! 10/10!

They've always taken great care of our pup and treat her as the individual she is. The employees are always courteous and understanding. We've moved from Fairfax to Manassas and we still drive all the way to this location for service.

Excellent service! Friendly, experienced and they love dogs! Wonderful grooming of our 10 pound cav a poo n he got "The Works" which included a blueberry facial! We drive from NJ to bring our grandpup to Barks n Bubbles!

Took our two 4 month old Goldens there today for the first time. Sandi and Candy were great with Titus and Cosmo. When I picked them up they were so happy. They treated them like they were their own. We will be taking them there every month as a treat for their baths and nail clippings. They were kissing and loving our puppies so much. Best experience ever!! Thank you guys so much!! Love you guys!!!

Wonderful people who really love dogs and take the time to treat your pet with care. My dog won't let me cut his nails but behaves peacefully while they cut them. This is also a wonderful spot to wash your dog, whether you do it yourself or let the staff do it.

Very friendly staff and great service. My boyfriend has been taking his dog here for years and has never had a complaint. Would take my dogs here !

Really sweet front desk reception and nice area. I was washing my dog, (my very excited puppy was scared of the hose and bath in general). I took many breaks to calm and hug her but the pink haired groomer found it necessary to walk over to me and explain to me how I could potentially traumatize my puppy by running the hose and blower when she was scared. She went on to explain how dogs are, and bassets in general, despite the fact that I’ve been raising them for 30 years. I’m sure she thought she was being helpful but she took the blower away for me, went on to advise that I towel dry only, then went on to give me more towels. While I appreciate the overinvolvement , I didn’t pay for a self wash to be micromanaged by a groomer who doesn’t know my dog at all. Won’t be back.

Bark and Bubbles is extremely inconsistent so be careful taking your puppies there. I specifically told them they cut my dogs too short last month and Provided photos of them and my groomers in Florida and notes to make it easier for them and they still couldn’t groom then right. Barbra Can’t even cut straight. Oh and they charged for extra brush out and a $12 shop fee. Seriously

Great groomers and friendly folks.

They have a very friendly and accommodating staff. Felt bad taking my husky who was blowing his coat because of the amount of hair flying around. But they were very nice. Will be coming back again on a regular basis.

The place is nice but way overpriced for a self service wash. Won’t be returning at the rate I was charged. Also, this was the first time I have gone somewhere for self service wash and needed to fill out paperwork.

I have taken my dog here several times and he always returns to me looking much improved. His hair is long, so the work that goes into grooming him is extensive and I really appreciate the groomer's care! The store is always clean, which has to be hard with so many dogs coming in and out. They also have a few neat dog supplies. You have to call ahead to schedule an appointment, and may not be able to get in the same day; plan ahead! They also have self dog wash stations on site. Wonderful experience and the staff was very helpful.

They always treat my dog very well. My dog is calm and happy there. She always leaves looking amazing and always has a cute bows in her hair. It is the only place that is my dog's groomer

We just recently found Barks n' Bubbles. Everyone is so kind and friendly and they do such a good job on our little dog. We found our new favorite place!

I go here for to wash my dog with the self wash. Great place. Friendly staff. Reasonable price.

They are so caring and gentle while cutting my dog's nails. He was also treated to a nice bath after his romp thru the mud puddles at the dog park. I love this place!!!
