We are very pleased with COCO Clip’s grooming services. Our golden doodle always comes out looking regal. They do a very clean and magnificent job.

Our little Pomeranian and Newfypoo get the sweetest cuts from Coco Clips! They are so professional and will take however long is warranted to make sure your pet is comfortable and the style is right. It's great knowing your babies are in good hands!

Expensive, but my Westie has been with me for 9 years and as a veteran who's lived in 6 different states, I haven't had a better groomer for my little dude. Very happy with the consistency of their work. Every time I get my old pup, it seems they do a better job than last time; but I think that's just because they consistently do a good job. I really appreciate how PJ remembers my little dude and his big list of particulars -- even when something changes. This groomer is worth the money.

My dog goes to Coco Clips every month for a bath and a haircut, and he absolutely adores them. He rushes to the door in a full body wiggle and promptly forgets all about me. He cannot get through the door fast enough. In their online photos, I immediately noticed an uncanny lack of stress signals in the dogs' body language and expressions. Instead, the dogs generally look relaxed or happy. For a dog breed that requires significant grooming for life, my top priority is that it shouldn't stress him out any more than necessary. From the human side of the experience, they're also patient with me. This is my first curly grooming-required dog, and their communication with me has been invaluable. They gave tips over the phone about desensitizing gently to grooming before my dog went in for his first puppy appointment as a baby. They somehow make sense of my vague descriptions ("umm...slightly shorter than last time?") and ask followup questions until they get a feel for what the heck I actually want. They give me straightforward answers about what parts of the process my dog seemed happy or uneasy about. Oh, and my dog always looks good when I pick him up. Clean, dry, tidy. The attached photo is from a grooming day at his peak wiggly age, around 6 months old. Make your appointments early. Their appointment slots can fill up several weeks out during peak seasons.

Coco clips is the best!! My dog always looks amazing after a haircut and it is very evenly cut and adorable on her! She has had some very bad shearings by other groomers- choppy and uneven- and the difference is readily apparent in pictures. Between this dog and my prior senior dog, we have experienced some not so good haircuts over the past 17 years so I know good and bad. They even took the time to explain her hair type to me and how best to handle it. It is worth being on their wait list if necessary rather than going to someone else.

Love how they transform my furbaby here. She always comes back smelling amazing and her haircut is so cute! There’s a reason they’re usually booked for weeks out!! Go reserve your dog’s appointment, they won’t disappoint!

The cut was good, but the attitude I received from the staff left a sour taste in my mouth and I will never go back.

Coco Clips is the best dog groomer I've ever been to, and their services are worth every penny. I have an anxious and squirmy Mini Goldendoodle, and they are gentle and kind with him every visit. The staff is always professional and courteous, and they even help me with grooming tips. My dog Kepler always comes home looking so adorable!

They are very expensive for the work performed. The grooming is mediocre (uneven in places and not a nice look) and they treated me and my puppy terribly. The guy that took my call and to whom I handed off my dog was condescending and negative. He lacked any caring and I was hesitant to leave my dog with him. They are definitely not worth the price.

This groomer is amazing. My puppy is very anxious with nails and getting anything done to her. This groomer returned my Dog super happy and looking exactly how I asked. She trimmed where we wanted even better than we imagined and didn't touch where we asked her not to touch. We got our pup home and were already talking about pur excitement foe next time we take her there.

I was not satisfied with my dogs groom and the owner was very nice and understanding.

My large dog is terrified of nail clippings and cowers in fear and stress. Everyone at Coca Clips goes above and beyond to keep her relaxed and distracted. They’re caring and knowledgeable and gave great advice on things we can do to help with her fears. More than once they’ve stayed late to accommodate our schedule. Couldn’t ask for more!

My experience was not as I'd hope. Details of their process were never shared. My 4 month old puppy was kept the entire day. Never feed the food I left and ????vomited bile when we got home. When questioned she responded that they don't feed because they don't know what the other dogs are allergic to ???? Just wish I'd been informed when I handed her the bag at drop off! Hair cut was good.

Coco Clips is providing very professional grooming services to my miniature Schnauzer, King T'Challa. Thank you PJ for your patience and for facilitating great gooming results for my dear dog. I know that I can always count on you.

Absolutely one of the best groomers! The staff is professional and friendly and take great care of my cocker spaniel. I recommend them highly!

Always do a great job with our Furbaby

Great grooming service! Coco Clips is quite pricey with all the upcharges and service performed, it's worth every penny! I was apprehensive with the vague pricing and super speedy consultation at drop-off (pricing based on temperament?), but I'm so glad I took the plunge and got my fluffy fur baby, Shanti groomed here! While I haven't been inside to check out the shop due to Covid (curbside pick-up/drop-off only), I truly do believe Coco Clips is like spa day for your pet and they put a lot of TLC into your pet. Coco Clips did a complete makeover on my double-coated Keeshond. When I took Shanti to another local groomer (Happy Tails), they de-shedded her and removed her plush undercoat. She looked like a different breed with wiry coarse hair. Coco Clips help to restore Shanti's fluffy thick coat and she finally resembled a Keeshond. She smelled great from the specialty shampoo and conditioner. She was trimmed around her private areas and received an anal gland expression along with nail filing. Overall, we paid $125 (no de-shedding) and was well worth every penny! While PJ gives a quick thorough explanation of services performed, he can be very curt and dismissive. During check-out, he urged me to quickly to call and make an appointment. As I'm a busy mom, I just wanted make the next appt on the spot, but he shooed me away and went on to the next customer. I left with a bit of a sting. Why can't appointments be made on the spot or online? The customer service and website could use some grooming! Given all the cars pulling up and appointments booked months in advance, I can easily see why the groomers are so busy. Will be calling and making my next appointment soon!

This is the only place I would take my dog for grooming. The people are incredibly nice and professional, and they like and know animals. They do a very nice job with the cuts. Try this groomer. You won't be disappointed.

My dog is a mini golden doodle and her fur is like that of a poodle. I went to other places before but they always ruined her fur by cutting it in choppy and uneven lengths, causing her fur to come out whenever i brush her. (Her fur rarely ever falls out because she is a hypoallergenic dog.) however, ever since I took her to Coco Clips, she not only looks fantastic but also has the PERFECT haircut!!! Her fur coat looks fantastic even when it grows out. That just proves Coco Clips does a great job from the beginning. My dog also loves going to the salon, which just gives me trust in them that they treat her well. Count me as a loyal customer from now on!

Great First Experience, 10/5. I cannot say enough great things about this place. From the welcoming atmosphere to the professional service. Coco Clips TRULY cares about each dog that steps into their salon. After having dealt with repeated bad experiences with our old groomer, we decided to start looking for another groomer and luckily we found it with Coco Clips. I could tell that they took very good care of Sadie and most importantly were gentle with her. We have found our new groomer. :)

Loved our experience here. We received a call before and after the appointment and Coco came out looking fluffy and adorable. She did not seem traumatized (as with a previous experience elsewhere). We look forward to taking her back in the future.

Review Update - I have been consistently taking Ozzy to Coco Clips since his first appointment, but I’m hesitant to go back. It is difficult to communicate appointment specifics or requests and hard to know what work has been done. On a recent appointment I sent an email a week in advance to communicate some specific requests for Ozzy’s next groom. Ozzy had been boarded so he was a bit more tangled than normal. I noted these were requests, and that if it wasn’t possible I trusted their judgment as professionals. After hearing so response, I gave them a call the day before to make sure they saw the notes. I had to call 3 times - the first two I was hung up on with no response. I reiterated my email and felt reassured after hanging up. They said they’d call me during the appointment (like they normally do) about any updates. At no point during Ozzy’s appointment did I get a call about his haircut, which I normally do if something can’t be done or Ozzy was being difficult. His appointment normally takes 9-12. When I didn’t hear anything at 2pm, I called and they said he would be another hour. When I went to pick him up, Ozzy came out with his normal cut and none of my requests completed. I shared that I was disappointed I didn’t hear from them about the cut, and was told Ozzy wouldn’t sit for more of a poodle trim. I requested that they go shorter on his chin. They took him back in and did that. Since it was closing, they clearly were rushing to leave so I paid and left. When I got home I was able to take a closer look at him and while the haircut was good, there were a number of long pieces, and his nails were not trimmed down. Overall, they do a fine job, but I’m pretty disappointed at the communication from this appointment and Ozzy’s nails not being done. - first review - Coco Clips was amazing. Besides some at home trimming, our 5 month doodle has not been to a groomer before. When I first called to make an appointment, they walked me through their process, answered all my questions, and offered some great training tips in preparation of the appointment. We worked with Ozzy and created a positive association with the buzzing noise by rubbing his body with an electric toothbrush and then giving a treat. It paid off - he did great. When we confirmed our appointment they walked us through what the puppy trim consisted of. I mentioned that if it was possible, we’d like his body to be trimmed, too. They said if they could they would, but since it was his first time wanted to prioritize creating a positive experience for him. It meant a lot to have someone looking out for out puppy’s best interest vs agreeing to our request just to make more off the appointment. During the appointment we got a call about half way through letting us know Ozzy did really well with his bath and blow dry and they wanted to confirm if he did okay with the trim if we wanted to go ahead with a full body cut and the details about length. I was so grateful they called. The whole appointment took about 3 hours. Ozzy looks so fab and we will 100% be taking him regularly. Before and after photo of Ozzy attached!

Easy to work with. Good pandemic process. Have had no issues with any of my dog's haircuts. My dog seems to like them, and he has had fear issues with places I've taken him in the past before moving to Vienna.

My labradoodle wasgeting groomed at another Vienna salon and had delvoped a skin rash and was not cut correctly. Coco clips soothed and gave him the best cut he has had in 9 years!

They were very professional and showed great concern about the handling of my puppy. Rescheduled and will continue to take my beautiful boy here for his grooming care! Thank you!

I took my dog to CoCo Clips for a haircut and just wow! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the service and leaving Willow there to be groomed. When I picked her up I was astonished. Willow is a beautiful dog but she has never looked the good!! She was so well groomed and even had cute accessories to match her leash I left with her. She didn’t want to leave! Will definitely be back.

I never write reviews but I absolutely adore Coco Clips. My dog has been going there for roughly three years. The owners and staff are so carrying and friendly. She is in the best hands when she is dropped off there. It is unbelievable how often I get compliments on my pup's haircut. I will only trust them to cut her hair. They are the best!

The owner is a wonderful man. He is very attentive to my older dog Rafaela. I one time had a misunderstanding and he personally called me on Christmas Eve to clear the situation up. That was very much appreciated and showed me not only what an attentive business owner he is but how much he truly cares about my dog as I'm sure he does the same with everyone else's dogs as well.

We've taken our dogs to this groomer twice after our previous groomer unfortunately went out of business. Good news is that the actual quality of the grooming is phenomenal. Seriously, first class, talented staff. The reason for the three-star review is strictly due to the lack of professionalism and kindness of the owner. I had an issue with her attitude the first time I brought the dogs, but let it go because one of the groomers intervened and smoothed things over (plus again, they really did a great job). This time, one of my dogs was going into an unexpected surgical procedure, and I called to see if they could fit her in earlier than my scheduled appointment since it would be several months before I would be able to get her groomed. Instead of showing any kindness or compassion for my dog, the owner chose to berate me about how she doesn't ever "fit in" a dog. I have been in the business world over 25 years and have worked with groomers for even longer than that. All she had to say is that she was sorry she didn't have anything, but would let me know if there was a cancellation. I have no desire to give my money to a company who cannot speak respectfully to their customers, even if they do a great job itself. There are too many competitors out there to deal with rudeness, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. If the owner relates better to animals, I can certainly understand that...just have someone else deal directly with the customers.
