The drs are great. I moved and make the hour trip each way so these wonderful drs can care for my elderly English Bull dog. They even mail his routine medicines to me. Highly recommended.

Awesome vet practice. Caring staff and very reasonably priced. They don't push the extras on you that you don't need. Have been going there for 9 years and will never change vets!

I have 3 dogs and have had several emergencies over the years and alpha has always been there for us. I absolutely love this vet office everyone is amazing and caring and have always got us in there in a timely manner. I recommend them to every one.

It is easy to see that the vets here really care about taking good care of my dog and the other pets/friends I have recommended here. They take all of my concerns seriously when I’m worried about my dog and take the time to answer my questions.

Alpha is one of the best, most responsive and kindest locations for pet care not just in Northern Virginia but anywhere that I’ve lived. They approach pet care recognizing pets are part of the family and they go above and beyond in these busy, crazy Covid times to help… which isn’t always easy. But they are reliable and good. Equally the follow up by them with pets is better than I receive from my care as a human!

My girl, Zula, had an urgent medical need and there were no Vets available in the Tysons/ McLean area. I am thrilled with the attentiveness , thoroughness and professionalism provided to me here and will likely be returning for all of her future appointments. Rock star team. Thank you all again.

Alpha Animal Hospital is an excellent hospital. The doctors and staff love animals. My dog is always happy to go into the hospital and knows that when she sits on the scale to get weighed she gets a treat. They have always been able to help my animals and have given me direction in time of need. The hospital preforms many services from routine vaccines and dental cleanings as well as variety of soft tissue surgeries such as spays, neuters and mass removals among other types of surgery. I recommend them to anyone who have animals they care for.

Just love this place. I get great professional care of my pet, and it is easy enough to schedule a visit.

Personnel is really attentive with follow ups and providing me with multiple options. I really trust their advice and they always have flexibility when scheduling with them.

Dr. Brook and Segl are the best. I foster dogs for a rescue so I go to the vet a good deal! They're thorough, kind to my fosters and my own pets and reasonably priced. They are always willing to discuss the pros and cons of each treatment and the alternatives. I always leave knowing more about what is happening with my pets and fosters and feeling good for having made the trip in to see them.

I just got a new puppy and Alpha Animah hospital was recommended to me by a friend because it's where he takes his pet so now as a friend I would like to recommend Alpha animal hospital to you they ha e a very warm welcoming staff the veterinarian are wonderful and down to earth they did not nickel and dime me and listened to my every concern with an open mind and explained what I was doing wrong or right so they will be the very gor my pet from here on In

My first visit to Alpha Animal Hospital was a pleasant one. Friendly front desk staff greeted me as I entered and immediately provided with the necessary documents for my dog to become a client. Upon completion of the patient information we were led back to an examination room. Moments later Dr. Brook greeted me and began her detailed routine to determine my dog's medical issues. In short order but after a nice conversation about my dog's symptoms, Dr. Brook diagnosed my dog's most likely ailment. Three days later my little dog is back to normal. Looking forward to future visits.

Fantastic! Dr Brooke takes fantastic care of our dog along with the other DVM and all staff at Alpha Animal Hospital. Im actually neighbors with Dr Brooke so we know her well and trust her with our dog and any pet. We consider our pets to be family and like our kids. Everyone at the hospital is wonderful. Our dog is much more comfortable(emotionally - she calms down faster, and physically at this vet office then others.) They even bring out foam pads for our 13 year old girl to be comfy on. They dont push products or recommend things that aren't needed(but they do recommend what is best /what are the different options out there. They make sure to address what you ask and follow up on past things you have been seen for if it is appropriate even if you didnt bring it up. They are committed to the well being of their patients and working with their clients and patients together. Thank you to all of the kind and highly trained staff at the hospital. Ive met and worked with many DVM and I very much trust Dr. Brooke. Im sharing this so others might know of a place they can trust.

My pets have been seeing Dr Brook for many years. She tirelessly rescues abused and abandoned animals. This experience has prepared her to diagnose quickly and with great accuracy. She is an excellent surgen! Her bed side manor is very strait forward. If you value this kind of honesty. She is the one you have searched for!

I recently took our senior dog to see Dr. Brook at Alpha Animal Hospital and the entire experience was excellent. Thank you to the very thoughtful staff members that scheduled us and worked with us. The staff including Dr. Brook are gentle, kind, extremely intelligent, have excellent communication skills, and so much more. All positives from our first extensive visit for CCL tear. Dr. Brook explained everything to us very well so we understand what our options are. They even brought a soft mat for our sweetie to lay on! I feel so much better about everything after going to Alpha Animal Hospital. Our dog is already doing better pain wise. So happy to see her wanting to play in the yard. We've been taking our cats here for years. The vets are very knowledgeable and sweet. They go out of their way to make sure your pet gets the best care possible. When we unfortunately had to put one of our cats down they were sympathetic and made the terrible experience as calming as possible for both us and our baby girl. They are a bit expensive but worth every penny.

We've been taking our pets here for over a decade. Never once a bad experience. Trustworthy, friendly, quality work matched by quality pricing.

I love all three vets, Dr. Segl, Dr. Brooks and Dr. Kreher. A special recognition goes to Dr. Segl, who made sure both dogs fell in love with her before ever taking the next step of medical care. My dogs have their tales wagging wildly every visit, because they love seeing their doctor friends. Also, in an urgent situation, Dr. Brooks saved the day by getting my dog an immediate specialist appointment. My dog is healthy and mobile thanks to her. I LOVE Alpha Animal Hospital, and so do my two little dogs.

Have a sick ???? and will probably have to put it down. The Dr was helpful and service was greatly appreciated. Vet tech was helpful, knowledgeable and handled the situation with great diplomacy.

I think Alpha Animal Hospital is Good place to take your pet. We received very good help with my Maltese Lapso Apso when must have found something and ingested which made him Sick. It took medication and special diet to get recovered. He is doing great now. We appreciate the care our little Bailey received.

I've been seeing Dr. Segl for several years now and she has been excellent. I visit with the two species of birds I share my home with. I've noted she does not over-prescribe and, in my opinion, tends to use a conservative approach whenever possible. For certain aspects involving more complex avian surgery she might consider referring me to a different specialist, i.e., she keeps the best possible outcome for the patient in mind, which I appreciate. My brother and his wife have informed me they like to visit this hospital for their somewhat elderly cat. She also seems to have clients visit with exotic creatures such as geckos, etc. I would strongly recommend this veterinarian and I've done so with several coworkers and friends.
