Crosspointe Animal Hospital Fairfax Station, Virginia

We had been seeing Dr. Burbrink for both our Standard Poodle and Doberman for 2 years. She was THE BEST vet we have ever had. I cannot say enough positive things about the hospital or the vet. Dr. Burbrink was caring, thorough, kind, professional, extremely knowledgeable, etc. EVERY TIME we visited. And I never felt they were overcharging me so I can't agree with some of the reviewers here on that part. We ended up moving to a different state recently.. I still have not been able to find a vet like her. We miss Dr. Burbrink dearly! I highly recommend Crosspointe Animal Hospital to all my friends and would to people who are in a search in the area.

We are all done with this Vet. Our "Gracie" has been there since 6 weeks old and is now 8 years old. Crosspointe Animal Hospital is expensive, and happy to take our money for all these years, but when a minor emergency came up today at 10 a.m., two hours before they closed on a Saturday, they refused to see her. We even called back to to speak to the manager on duty and were refused again. They said "We are booked, take her to another Vet that does Emergencies" How's that for customer service? So important to close at noon sharp rather than taking care of your doggie patients who have been with you since they were a pup. I dare say it borders on being unethical. Gracie says "I won't be back, you weren't there when I needed you."

Thankful for the caring and knowledgeable staff at Crosspointe! Dr. Watson is amazing; I am glad to have her as my dogs' vet. One of my dogs was in need of emergency care and Dr. Watson was quick to jump into action to catch the dangerous symptoms. She has been going out of her way to keep posted on my dog's progress and I couldn't be more grateful. I recently switched to Crosspointe from a friend's recommendation and I'm blown away by the care and love everyone at this hospital has shown my babies. I'd been going to a vet in annandale for ~9 years prior to switching over. I regret not coming to Crosspointe sooner. Everyone I have talked to and interacted with Crosspointe has been so kind and gentle with my dogs; you can tell the staff truly loves animals and takes care of your pets like they're their own.

Crosspointe Animal Hospital was designated the one I needed to take foster dogs to for treatment. Due to neglect, one of the foster dogs was under weight by 17 lbs., had heartworm, mammory cancer, Lyme disease, intestinal parasites, and, at 8 years old, had not been spayed. Dr. Watson attended to Grace taking her through all the stages to ensure a healthy survival. Grace is cancer free, heartworm negative, free of Lyme, spayed, and living a wonderful life. Grace is happy and very loved thanks to the efforts of the staff at Crosspointe. The other foster, Darwin, was seen by Dr. Girard, another kind and loving animal care specialist. Darwin had an infection in his paws and mouth. I had him only one day, but they treated Darwin as if he were there patient forever. They lovingly cared for him and provided the medicine necessary to get him to his permanent home. Their prices are very reasonable, there care is outstanding. If you love and care about your pet, do not hesitate to take your pet to this hospital. They will receive the best care you could possibly ask for.

They are personable and reliable. They do really like animals. Quick service, good customer service, polite, welcoming, and the cost is exactly right.

If you really love your pet, and are concerned it gets the best possible care, you can't beat Crosspointe Animal Hospital.

Had taken my pup to Banfield 5 times in a week after they had him in for routine vaccinations, picked him up and something was off but the vet said he was fine each time even when he wasn’t able to walk and she said he was just being a baby and his condition just digressed as the days went on. He was on a puppy plan at Banfield and I assumed they would know how to take care of him but long story short a week later he wasn’t able to walk or eat or move I took him to crosspoint and within two hours they had found a fix and he was walking and by the end of the day he was moving faster and running within two days. My price was half what they had told me over the phone. I was so happy and will never take my dog to Banfield In Springfield VA ever again, how can one vet fix my dog in two hours and another dismisses anything is wrong for a whole week and five visits?? Once I reached out to the manager she confirmed there was an issue and they wanted to charge me three times the cost of any other vet?? Crosspoint has continually provided me with great service and taken care of my pup as if he was their own. Thanks guys :)

I have only used Crosspointe Animal Hospital for Veterinary reasons, I have not used boarding. The staff here is absolutely amazing. Their response to Covid-19 is amazing. Whether you call, text, or email they are extremely prompt in their response. My dog never wants to leave and even whines will driving away. The team here really takes care of your dog and always have great suggestions to any of my million questions. I have Dr. Watson as my Vet and she is absolutely amazing, patient, and really cares. This hospital is out of my way, I moved recently and refuse to transfer animal hospitals. Great Job to all of you!

I have only been a client at Crosspointe Animal Hospital for a few weeks now, but I can't recommend them enough. The staff is extremely professional and helpful. During the COVID-19 pandemic they are taking extra precautions and doing curbside service, coming out to the car to take your pet inside and conducting check-in and check-out over the phone. I appreciate the extra precautions they're taking during the pandemic. Thank you Crosspointe for caring so well for my pet!

I have recently changed to Crosspointe Animal Hospital after being with our first vet for 8 years. Crosspoint was there for us when my little guy had urgent needs when our old vet could not accommodate us. From the inital phone calls to the visit and the followup calls.. everything was amazing. Definitely will continue our care for our furballs with Crosspoint from now on.
