Paid 50$ for a bath and sanitary cut for my moms golden retriever, tipped 20$ cash as is customary for me. Got home and realized dog had not been washed…just had nails clipped and perfume put on her. Avoid.

All of the kitten and cat products were very easy to find. The staff is very helpful and the store is wonderfully organized.

I'm sure their service is great if they would answer the phone. I'm sure the phone has Covid so I understand the delays

It was good. Clean. Not spotless but clean. Certainly expectable for a week near the ocean. Staff were friendly. We had a problem with our balcony door not closing which caused an air leak. I called the operator , Chris. She has answered before for something I had called about, she can sound gruff but helped by forwarding my message. This time I needed Maintenance, Lindsay was there within 10 minutes, diagnosed, fixed the problem, was pleasant, and courteous. Thank you Lindsay.

My one dog Ace is in love with Liz. He was so excited to see her this morning to have his nails cut. Also, my other dog Abby is terrified to have her nails touched. It would take 2 people in the vet's office to handle a 11 lb pug to have her nails cut. Liz handled her greatly and was gentle and Abby gave her no problem. Highly recommend Liz. So thank you Liz from all of us.

Great experience today. Clean store. They were actually cleaning while we were there. Awesome to see. Both cashier's working today 9/8/21 were super friendly and knowledgeable.

I like going here to get the frozen rats for my ball python because they are cheaper than the other large pet store chain in the area.

A solid pet store with good staff, though some of the best of the old guard have moved on over the last months. Selection is limited and changes sometimes suddenly, but it's worth checking in before heading farther from town for a PetSmart or to the web.

I've been going to Petco for dog grooming for 9 years. Jess is a superior groomer - highly skilled at restoring my miniature poodle from a mop to a clean, attractive pet. That can be a challenge, but Jess is always positive and welcoming and her work is excellent. She was also really great with my senior dog. She is trustworthy and upholds high standards as well as being a kind and patient dog lover.

The groomer injured my snauzers back he can't walk straight ,I called to MGMT and the refused to allow me to see the video of his hair grooming, I was only told to take him to a vet and if they find any injury related to the hair cut they would pay the bill, they are horrendous, don't take your furbaby there cause this lady is mean as a snake a charged me $150 for grooming my Yorkshire terrier and snauzers haircut ridiculous.

Not only will I never shop here again but I'll never shop at ANY Petco again. I do not believe in wearing a mask and didn't wear one for the past year but to be told to put one on AFTER the mandate ended, by a snotty college kid with an attitude, is just TOO MUCH. There are other pet stores in town. Goodbye Petco.

Rude employees. Pet smart and pet supplies plus is closer to us, and we will not be making the extra weekly trip to this location. The younger man who helps with the fish is amazing! However, I can not say the same for the others.

Lots of choices of cat food but no longer carry the fancy feast seafood broths. Which unfortunately are the only wet foods my cat will eat

Fast service, professional attitude, good food, decor, and tank items, although sometimes the live fish are a little weak.

Bought a small collapsible bowl for longer walks- $25- customer service was absolutely fantastic friendly and welcoming- just thought price was just a little high for the item though.
