Been using them for 7+ years, great service and great people.

We have enjoyed this company’s service for a few years now. We love our groomer (Dominique) She’s friendly, she’s bonded with our four dogs (and us lol) and of course does a fantastic job on all of our dogs. The company is easy to communicate with and you do get scheduling well out into the year and our groomer has been flexible. It’s a very convenient service and it’s so much easier on your companion animal. Of course you can expect to pay a little more but for us it’s well worth every penny. We also make sure we tip generously as well. Our groomer drives way out of her normal business area to groom our dogs and we really appreciate it we highly recommend them. Oh and the vehicles are impressive, modern, well outfitted and very professional…and yes they have warm water for your animal.

Dominique Holland arrived promptly and was ready to work within a minute. A super pleasant lady to deal with, she quickly understood the needs of each one of our three huskies and dealt with them without a glitch. Tons of hair and a few hours later, our dogs look like the royalty they are in this house ????????????. All that loose hair, the dust from the yard, the mud from digging... everything gone and replaced by nice smelling, calmed, soft beautiful Huskies. Definitely worth the visit. It’s not a cheap service but it is top notch, and it requires none of my involvement other than walking them to the van. Which in itself is priceless! ????????????

Unfortunately I won’t be using them anymore. I had appointments scheduled that they sent me for the year. For some reason the schedule they send me and the schedule that they decide to show up on are completely different. It’s always something. Someone leaves and my dog looses his appointment. A van breaks down and again my dog looses his appointment. I even took the day off from work 8 months in advance and was told I’m wrong.

We have been VERY happy using APM service here in Prince George, VA for about two years now. Our groomer is flipping awesome...an expert groomer! She [Dominique] is always on time, very friendly and professional and the vehicle set up is roomy and up to date. You also get a long term schedule with lots of time to make adjustments if needed. For us the service is so convenient and our 4 dogs don't have to stress in car rides to and from a groomer in a shop or vet clinic...nor do they have to wait to dry before they can be picked up in some cage. They are very responsive if you need to e mail or text them as well. We gladly are willing to pay a little extra for this service...its worth every cent. We highly recommend their service

Very professional organized service. Our groomer, Casey Spano, did an awesome job with our golden. Daniel. He was trimmed perfectly...feet, tail and rear all clean, neat and fluffy. Casey is so personable and easy to work with. She listens and asks the right questions to make sure your pup is groomed to your satisfaction. She also knows how to be patient with squirmy large dogs.

Beware! They do not hire professional groomers! They charge a lot ($130 for a mini Goldendoodle) for a job you could do yourself if you want your dog shaved and not groomed! You'd be much better off going to PetSmart for a groom than to hire Aussie PetMobile.

Can’t recommend them because they will not come out for only nails for multiple dogs, they will only come out if we pay for a full service and than can add on as many nail trims as we need but we bathe our own dogs so that is a waste

I give Aussie Pet Mobile five paws! After my pups long time groomer moved out of state, I have been using Aussie Pet Mobile. I have used them 3 times so far. Although there were different groomers each time, my little Maltipoo (Josie) looked the same after each visit. They make meticulous notes about your particular pets cut and temperament. They keep track of likes and dislikes. To me, this is SO important because Josie is not fan of the dryer or her front paws being held. Each professional that comes to groom Josie knows exactly what to do, and what not to do, beforehand. I do pay a little more with Aussie compared to my old groomer but the convenience of them coming to my home and the beautiful work they do more than makes up for it. Josie comes in from her appointment looking beautiful and happy. And that makes mom happy! :)

The best part of Aussie Pet Mobile is their customer service. I spoke with their worker Ellie who was so kind and professional while booking my appointment. She was patient and willing to work with my schedule in order to make sure I got a time slot that worked perfectly for me. The groomer had to cancel my appointment the day of due to a family concern, but Ellie immediately got me rebooked for the very next day! Thank Ellie, you rock!

Truly enjoyed the whole experience

I find it hard to believe that this business has such a high rating, my daughter just had them come to groom her Cane Corso puppy, when finished, you could not even tell that had done anything at all, she was returned, soaking wet, stinking, and nails still too long. Very, very disappointed, would not recommend and will NOT use again.

This was my first time using this organization. My groomer was running a little late, but called ahead to let me know. She showed up and did a great job. Mocha looks amazing and I've already scheduled her next service. Great job Aussie Pet Mobile! New Happy Customer

Another great grooming job with Dominque April 7 2020 best groomer I have ever had

I have used Aussie for several years. Had a lapse due to moving from North Chesterfield to Varina as I was not aware that they service here too. I called to make an appointment today and was scheduled for November 9th at 12:30. I received a phone call from Dominique early this afternoon that she had a cancellation and could come today. That worked out great! I know that you pay extra for the convenience of them coming to your home, however, I did not check on the price prior. Needless to say I was quite shocked that the price was $160. It took her approximately 30 minutes to shampoo, deshed and dry. I know it’s been a couple of years since I have used their service, and unfortunately probably will not use their service again due to the extreme cost. ???? Dominique was a great groomer and Zakk looks and smells great!

They were great at first, and then suddenly they pushed us out nearly two months for our pup's service, which was a stretch but we were willing to wait since they'd been so great, even with the pandemic. Today they pushed us out again to November and I finally just canceled with them. It's really too bad that they've fallen this far.

A bit pricey but they did a great job. Unfortunately, too long of a waiting list! :(

Tried this company for a safer pet grooming experience during COVID19 and will definitely not be a returning customer. I made my original appointment for 3:30PM, but noticed in my appointment reminder text a few days prior they had changed …

They always return my call!

I Don’t write many reviews, but I just had to. First time customer, I am very pleased, Ashley was amazing, she listened to my feedback from previous experiences, Whiskey was happy after the grooming, and that was never the case with Petsmart, she did a great job!!!!! Thank You so much Ashley!

Veronica came today and groomed by dog Turtle. She did an AMAZING job. Her attention to detail is evident. She was so nice and Turtle came back into the house happy. I highly recommend her.

I don't write many reviews, but just had to say how happy we are with this service. Our groomer, Kasey, is absolutely the best! Our two poodles are 15 and 14, so we have had a lot of experience with grooming. Aussie Pet Mobile is hands-down the best we have every used. The poodles used to get stressed going to the groomer and having to stay in a crate all day. Now, the groomer comes to them, and they come back clean, cute and happy. Couldn't be more thrilled!

I contacted them through the web to see about pricing and availability. Their response was quick and friendly. I was booked for a Christmas Eve appointment. Shannon arrived early for the appointment and took the time to get to know a bit about each of my 2 dogs before grooming them. One of my dogs is elderly and suffers from dementia and other issues. Shannon took her time with her and came to get us immediately when the pup started acting confused and anxious. She gave us the option on how to proceed and let us take the time to make the decision. In the end, since our dog was already groomed and washed, we decided to stop the process to avoid further anxiety. Shannon was awesome about offering to continue if we wanted and understanding when we didn't. Our other dog is a bit younger and completed the whole process without issue. Both dogs ended up looking amazing when Shannon was done. We have taken them to other groomers before and they have never come back out looking as great or as happy (even the elderly dog in the end) as they did this time around. I chose them because I liked the idea of not leaving my elderly dog alone at a place where I didn't know if she would be crated or how she would be dried. I also chose them because the response I got online assured me they could work with my elderly dog's issues. I will go back to them for the way Shannon took care of both of my fur babies and for how incredible they looked and acted afterwards. I have recommended them my pet owning friends and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fuss free way to have your dog groomed. We will certainly be repeat customers for our dogs now and any future dogs we own.

This business is freaking awesome. My dog was matted and shedding her under coat pretty bad! She wouldn’t even let me brush her. I got her signed up with Candice for their spa package with the dematting and sanitary trim. Candice did awesome with my dog Candace (ha ha). My dog has a hard time trusting new people and especially hates being groomed. Candice was able to groom her with no problem and didn’t even require my assistance to do my dogs nails. I will most definitely be back. And would highly recommend Aussie to anyone. And especially Candice! Y’all rock !

Our dog Snowball was taken good care of by Carolyn. She took the time to make him feel relaxed. Not many groomers do that these days. She did an excellent job with his cut and nails. We will be calling her back????

Let me just say, this was our first time using Aussie and this was also the first time my golden has ever come back so happy after being groomed!! Shannon arrived on time, was professional, and overall happy to see my pup! The type of happiness she had comforted me, knowing that this would be a good experience. We went over all expectations prior to her taking him to the van to get started. She was so genuinely caring! I loved the convenience of having them in my driveway and the fact that my dog didn’t have to sit in a crate to “dry” for hours on end. Paws down ???? (hands down) ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!
