Such great care and service. Did not feel at all like they were trying to sell us on unnecessary things. All the staff and vets were very easy to work with and I trusted them with our cats. Will return.

Per usual, was seen promptly (worked in as an emergency visit, actually) and my kitty and I both received the wonderful care we always do. Best veterinary practice around‼????❤

Always a wonderful experience. They do a great job making it less stressful for my cat, answering my questions, and providing whatever is needed like prescription food. We have been for both regular exams/shots and emergency visits and would highly recommend. I especially appreciate the techs

Staff is always nice, Dr. Anderson has great advice. Clearly my pup is pretty happy to be there waiting on her booster shot. ...I hear she gets lots of treats. Pardon the muddy fur, we visited the dog park first to get some zoomies out before the vet.

My cats have been going to MAH since Dr. Rose opened up shop on 5th Street. Since those early days, I think I have met every vet and tech who joined the team. In my opinion, they are top notch. My fur children have never had an adverse reaction to a staff member, and they have worked with me to find non-invasive treatments for kitties with long term conditions. I find them to be smart, kind, and easy to talk to.

Great staff and making it work in covid times to keep it as personal as possible.

We had a cat that we had spent oodles on trying to figure out what was causing her sneezing. She had been scoped and our old vet consulted with multiple specialists. These guys figured it out in one visit. We have since moved all of our animals to their care and we have been pleased with the service.

We experienced a bad health outcome with our youngest cat Oreo Monticello Animal Hospital did everything they could to save her! Oreos doctors were so sincere I thank them for the care they gave her! It's so hard to accept the loss of a pet,but knowing oreo had the best care relieved our minds! I thank each of the staff and Doctors for their help! Thank you! The Farrish family

The staff here, professional as well as administrative, are all top-notch. Dr Anderson also helped save my pet dove when he was injured by a cat, even though exotics are not their specialty

Dr. Hoy is absolutely an incredible veterinarian. We have a geriatric dog and her examination and consult were far more in depth than the specialist we saw previously. She read his records throughly before our first visit and researched potential medications and other treatment options, taking the time to explain and answer all of my questions. Her knowledge and kindness shine through, even in telephone consultations, and I feel like she truly cares about the health of my dog. The other staff are all consistently friendly and caring, making scheduling and followup easy and pleasant. The fear free methods are also evident and amazing, our dog is normally traumatized by the vet but he is not afraid to go in to this office and is in good spirits when he leaves. Everyone and Dr. Hoy in particular is far beyond what I have experienced with other practices. I couldn't recommend Monticello Animal Hospital more highly!

Always great service and care from the team at MAH. They’ve adapted their practices for minimal contact and are still very efficient and thorough at each visit!

My dog has been a patient here since we got her as a puppy almost 14 years ago. I've always been pleased with their service and the care my dog has received.

I waited outside for a while after giving my dog his parvo for my receipt.. Might want to remind them a few more times because they left me sitting outside till I went to the door.. it's to hot for this.. I know the routine has changed but it was a receipt for gosh sakes... Thank you
