Featherle did amazing with my American eskimo! Not only is he not the easiest little fellow to deal with hes also not the biggest fan of the groomers but featherle took awesome care of my little guy, they did exactly what was asked of them if not more . Thank you !

Staff at Featherle Pet Care took wonderful care of my year-and-a-half old Border Collie! We love the natural look of collies, and staff did a wonderful job keeping him looking natural. Friendly, accommodating, and an understanding of the breed needs. We’ll be back! Also, be sure to bring cash as you cannot tip on your card!

We took our whoodle puppy, Waffles, just for a face trim. They did such a good job!

People are so nice and accommodating. Did a great job on my multipoo. He was not traumatized at all.

I just had my two baby Westies Bonnie and Oliver groomed for the first time! (6 mo and 8 mo) Christine who’s been working there for 18 years did their grooming services. They say it takes 10 years to master something..she’s def a master! I know Westies need hand stripping and different grooming requirements and not many groomers know how to properly do it. I can’t even bring scissors or the nail trimmer in the same room without them running away so I’m not even sure how she did it. They came back sparkling clean and super fluffy (as part of my request). Can’t wait to take them back!

Very friendly workers and the lady who did my pom listened so his cut was very nice.

They know how to cut hair but my dog ended up with fleas. So in the end I paid over a hundred bucks for my dog to get fleas and then pay for her to get rid of them. Never going again.

They have groomed many dogs for my family. They are great. Jenny used to be the only one who groomed my old little poodle because she was the only one patient enough. Mary's work is fantastic and I love how my dogs look when she grooms them.

Great dog groomers, our dog loves the affection and care they shower him with, and I love the good smelling pup I get back!

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They not only are great at what they do but care for your pets. Pricier than some groomers but worth it! I've been taking my pup here for years and will continue to do so.

Mary and Jenny are the best groomers - always attentive to detail, caring, compassionate and keenly aware of our dogs needs and sensitivities. Sixteen years and still our monthly routine.

I am truly baffled at the moment. Its truly saddening. I just called this place to set up a grooming appointment for the 1st time for both my Dogs. Not even a minute into the conversation I get a women saying, "oh this must be your first time calling"... hmmm...? What difference does it make if it was or isn't. Thats not why i am calling. Seconds later i get asked the type of Dogs i have. As soon as i say Pitbulls, boom! Immediately says, "sorry we don't do Pitbulls", with an attitude. One thing is saying you don't groom Pitbulls another thing is making them sound like bad dogs! Seriously??? Both my pits are trained and certified Dogs. Both in which are my service dogs. FYI, it isn't the breed thats bad, its the humans that teach them the bad things!

I just had the most unnecessarily awkward phone conversation of my life. I was in the middle of trying to make a reservation for my senior dogs (very gentle and sweet) and when she asked me what breed they were, I said mixed (because I truly don’t have a clue what they are, we rescued them). I immediately got transferred to a manager without any warning, and she was very curt and rude and said that they don’t work with pit bulls. 1.) my dogs aren’t pit mixes-zero pit bull in them. 2.) even if they were, this was not the proper attitude or way to handle this professionally 3.) apparently chow mixes (or anything that looks like a chow) is against their policy too..they have a list apparently) So you might want to check before you call, or you’ll get a really nasty attitude. Seriously, I’m glad I didn’t bring my dogs here. If that’s how they treat people, I’m sure they are worse with dogs.

Impeccable grooming of my 2 schnauzers, plus a love toward them I've not seen anywhere else.

Really very disappointed with this groomer, who has recommended my sweet puppy be SEDATED prior to being groomed bc he has a few mats in his fur. Rather than love a nervous dog, and make him feel comfortable with being groomed, they have instilled fear of clippers by not being able to control a 20# animal from jumping when he is touched with them. I cannot believe the treatment my pet and I received while visiting them, and would NEVER recommend their services to a friend. When asked why another person couldn’t help hold him bc he was jumping, they gave a baffled answer as to why they were not trained to handle a high energy puppy; and we ended up leaving with half a leg shaved. Absolutely ridiculous doesn’t summarize this undertrained, complaining diva of a groomer. NEVER AGAIN!!

Stormie, the Asst. Manager in the Countryside location, took our Westie "Reggie," with no wait and gave him an EXCELLENT day at the salon! He was groomed perfectly and HAPPY!

Love this place I took my dog to Feartherle pet grooming for almost 4 years now even though I live far from their location. Mary is excellent sweet , she is the Only who take care of my baby and I'm thankful for that.. Couldn't find a better place for him.

I took my young Old English Sheepdog Artemis to Featherle to get his first professional groom. Mari took amazing care of Artemis. I brush my dog daily, but mats seem to be unavoidable with him and after picking him up from Featherle he was so handsome and barely any mats remained. I was so embarassed as there was much more heavily matted fur than we initially expected (no one wants to be mistaken as a bad fur-parent right?!). Mari suggested different grooming tactics for me to do at home to keep him looking his best. The team at Featherle stayed well past their closing time to make sure Artemis was finished, and if that doesn't say anything about their character and business, I don't know what does. He even got a cute holiday bandana. I'm so pleased with how he looked and how well he was cared for that I wouldn't think twice about bringing him back or recommending Featherle to others.

Excellent experience. My little ones, 3.5 lb Yorkie and 4.5 lb Maltese get their "spa" treatments monthly. The staff is patient and loving and my dogs always look even more adorable coming out than they did going in.
