Over the last 8 months, both of our cats have had life-threatening illnesses and the vets and staff at Centreville Square Animal Hospital have helped bring them back from the brink of death. Our cat, Desi, is back to normal from his June 2021 illness, and our cat, Tank, is now slowly on the mend. The vets and staff are some of the most caring and patient people we've worked with. They not only provide expert medical care for our fur babies, but provide psychological reassurance for the owners when we're so very anxious. We appreciate CSAH for being there when we don't know where to turn!

We have used CSAH for years but they keep getting better! Our pup got into a fight with a fox. I called our vet and they saw him right away. They cleaned him up and treated him with excellency! I was able to send in a video of my concern and Dr. Wards response time was impeccable! I never feel bad for asking my questions. Also, huge shout out to our vet tech who remembered our dog and treated him like her own. 5 stars all day ⭐

We've taken a dog and multiple cats to this office for vet care and boarding for over 20 years now. All our animals have felt comfortable with their care. We highly recommend this practice.

We highly recommend Centerville Square Animal Hospital. All three of our dogs go to Centreville Square Animal Hospital for their healthcare needs. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They have been particularly helpful with preparing my dogs for their overseas trip with all the required vaccinations, tests and last but not least paperwork.

I took a chance on this office when I moved to the area and have been blown away by their kindness, professionalism and care for my animals. They are very easy to communicate with and have treated my pets like their own. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Dr. Pierce is fantastic and has really helped our old dog thrive in her later years. All staff are very friendly, prompt and professional.

My puppy had a cough and I called every vet in the area to be seen on the same day but no one could take us. Centreville Square Hospital was able to 'squeeze' us in, and I also got a chance to talk to the doctor who answered all the other questions I had. Also, the front desk staff is very patient and communicative. Love them and will transfer both of my dogs to this Vet Hosp :)

Knowledgeable, polite, and treat my pets well

I adopted 2 feral kittens this summer and have the kitten package to get them vaccinated, chipped, and neutered. During the pandemic, Centreville Square Animal Hospital efficiently and safely processes all customers. I also used them to board my kittens for a week while I was out of town. While I could not visit the boarding space in advance, the technician went out of their way to take a picture of it, explain how two condos could connect, and even recommended I look into other cat-specific boarding options if I wanted them to have more space. I did look into other options but I slept better knowing they were with their vet during the pandemic. Centreville was able to use the time to accelerate the kittens' vaccination schedule and use play therapy to get them to relax a bit at their vet's office. When I brought the boys home from boarding, they were happy to be home but were also clearly well looked after and cared for and did not exhibit any retaliatory behaviors.

Dr. Pierce is a wonderful vet. She takes the time to talk you through everything, gives you options, and I always know my pets are getting the best care. She has caught things early with the routine bloodwork she's has recommended and is always so thorough. My pets love her! Heather, their lead receptionist, is also amazing! So friendly and kind, goes out of her way for us. Love this place, never had a bad experience, refer aml my friends to Dr. Pierce. Only complain (if you can call it that) is I just wish they would move to someplace bigger!

Been going here for a few years now. All the doctors here are great. Our geriatric dogs couldn't do car rides anymore and they offered to bring the equipments to our home for a home visit - with extra fees, or course. They were great and showed so much love and compassion when one of our dogs crossed the rainbow bridge and we were a mess. Recommend this animal clinic in a heartbeat.

Dr. Pierce and staff were right there when we pulled in for Baby's emergency. All were very professional took care of her immediately.

My dog had an emergency, I called CSAH and they were able to see my dog right away. They where very friendly and super helpful giving me all the information I needed to know. I had so many questions and I felt like the doctor was patient and not rushing me. I called the next day to get a prescription for my dog and the receptionist told me that the doctor would call me after surgery and sure enough the doctor called me back and followed up. I was really happy with my experience with the whole staff and most of all my dog is feeling so much better. I hope your pets don’t need a hospital visit but if they do, i would totally recommend bringing them here.

Been taking my two dogs to CSAH for about 3 years. The whole team is very skilled, responsive, and transparent. I have never felt like I was being nickel and dimed nor do they push unnecessary tests. My dogs have been seen by different vets there and they are all knowledgeable and walk me through their health status and/ or treatment plan if something is off. And I mean they actually spend time checking them! It's not like where some places I won't name look at them for like a minute and say, "they are good" and then bill me (like at least pretend to care). I have gotten so comfortable going to CSAH that I usually just make an appointment based on my schedule and see whichever vet is attending that day because I've had good experiences with all of them. I will note that the receptionists and vet techs are super nice and know their stuff. I'm pretty sure I have called with probably random questions, and they have always answered them or had the vet call me back. It's reassuring and relieves my concerns and it's nice that they do that even though they don't really have to. I definitely recommend giving them a try!

I was able to schedule an appointment for my dog’s UTI the day after I noticed it! Other places weren’t available to see her for at least a week, which wasn’t okay, as I didn’t want the UTI to worsen. I was able to quickly receive help for my puppy and the staff were very friendly and professional :)

Every ounce of me want to write a terrible review of this place, every ounce except the truth. Truth is as much as I'd hate to admit it, Centreville Square is everything you want your pet to experience. Unbelievably nice and professional board certified staff. Prior to the pandemic the building was immaculately clean (which was the last time I was inside). Pricing and plans does need some clarity. Update: I was asked to give an example. If you pitch me on the phone and face-to-face on a $600 package that included all the puppy shots the first year then attempt to bill me $80 for 2 shots that are on that list. That's an issue requiring more clarification. Update 2: I'd like to thank Centreville Square Animal for reaching out. It was very much appreciated. As usual they were professional and courteous. Update 3: Today I've missed another appointment for my pup, (3rd missed not in a row). As usual the staff was beyond patient and understanding. I bumped them up to 5 stars because I think it's been a privilege for me to bring my pets to C-Square.

Fantastic bunch of very experienced and friendly staff, absolutely love what they do and are very knowledgeable. Were able to assist with an unusual issue with our cat. Trustworthy, reasonably priced and punctual. Very flexible on time especially when it’s urgent.

Beginning with my call for an appointment, the person helping me was friendly and the appointments convenient for what my needs were. Once there, everyone was friendly and helpful. The doctor called me to discuss my dog's visit and was detailed, helpful, friendly and authentically concerned. Clearly everyone here loves what they do. I felt that from the beginning to the end. I HIGHLY recommend bringing all of your pets to Centreville Square Animal hospital.

As a first time dog owner with no knowledge at all about dog health, the vets and everyone at CSAH have been fantastic and helpful. They have been very patient and responsive to all our questions and giving us great advise. We have a happy puppy now!

The staff here is very friendly and informative! They don't try to charge you for a bunch of unnecessary things but want what's best for your pet! I switched from my previous vet and am so glad I did.

Dr. Pierce has been seeing my senior dogs for many years. She handles my shy dog with patience and love. My other dog is starting to have health issues. Dr. Pierce has been wonderful in explaining what is happening, what our options are and supporting us in what the next steps might be. Highly recommend the practice - the front staff are friendly and welcoming...even during these COVID times. Again, highly recommend!

We’ve been taking our Boston Terrier for over a decade and when we got our rescue we took her as well (5 years now). Our rescue has a LOT of anxiety and they are so good with her. The doctors and technicians are very caring and we trust our furbabies in their care. We moved out of the area but still take our dogs here because we like them so much.
