I was very impressed by the care, diversity, and quality of their reef section. I picked up some nice corals and fish.

Folks are nice, just not a big supply for diverse products

I went to buy some things here, but they were charging more than their own advertised price, from their own website. I'm not playing that game.

Very rude workers and the dog daycare is extremely dirty. However they do have a wide selection of products as well as a cat adoption center.

I think there are 2 people that still work there besides the groomers, hard to get assistance and young staff members just don't know much to be able to give you some advice or recommendations. I used to live going there because the employee by the fish tanks was so knowledgeable and helpful but I never see him there anymore.

Before I took my dog there to get her groomed it was just a place to get dog food so I wouldn’t really see any reason to give it a bad review. But after The horrifying experience of getting my dog groomed there I had to say something. When I brought her and she had a slight matting on her ears and tail, but she’s a Bichon frisée so it’s not unexpected they tend to Matt. So, I took her to Petco to get her groomed and what I got back was a whole new dog. I didn’t even recognize her she barely looks like a dog now. It’s the worst haircut she’s ever gotten I am beyond livid and I will not go to Petco ever again. The groomer shaved her ears and tail she looks like a freak and it’s going to take forever to grow back. They also spritzed after I explicitly told them I’m deathly allergic! I guess this complete disaster is why they wouldn’t let me see her till I had paid.

I do not like to give bad reviews, but this time i am so upset. I took my little dog for grooming (not the first time). When i picked him up I've noticed the hair around his ears were still long, so when i touched to see why the groomer did not cut this part, I saw my baby skin was cut (you can tell it bleed) and he did not even bother on let me know. I will never take my dog to petco again :( .

Very messy and many empty shelves. Birds seem fine, better than a few weeks ago when hot air was blowing on the cages and I was told it was “so that they would eat less"... Many prices have also gone up a lot this month.

Customer service in the Fish section has improved a lot in the last few months. There are very knowledgeable employees in the subject area of fish keeping, aquatic plants, equipment, etc. Please keep up the good work!

I stood in the store for over 10 minutes twice. Without any help or greeting. What is the point of reviews if nothing changes. I will not shop here anymore.

Low stock of reptile supplies. Barely any mice or roaches. Staff is not "rude" but definitely not friendly either.

Phoebe is always happy after Petco grooming services.

FISH!!!! if you're looking for aquatics stop here for a great selection. forgive me but I am not entirely sure about the name for the guy who runs the aquatics section but that guy is AMAZING and the real reason I drive all the way out here. he is definitely the best hands down and very informative

This is a smaller PETCO but had everything I needed.

The staff is super friendly and the groomers are great! Nice clean store, not like some pet stores that reek of animal.
